Up next is this Island Pink Kush from OWO. I didn't find it to be as good as the Stinky Pinky overall as it set a very high standard but it definitely still has all the pink characteristics that I love. Buds are sticky and semi dense, displayin...g a forest green appearance and heaps of thin, wispy orange pistils. Very frosty as well with many visible juicy trichomes. A little leafy in areas but nothing major. (Came with an integra boost)

The profile on this kush checks all the boxes on a pink in nose and taste. Sweet gassy-floral goodness with underlying aromas/flavours of vanilla and pine. Also a slight touch of skunk in the mix too that is more so noticed when combusted rather than in the smell. Only thing it loses points for is the burn that happened to be rather dark with a little heaviness to the smoke. Not overly harsh or anything but just not as clean burning as the Stinky Pinky.

A heavily euphoric and relaxing buzz with a solid mix of heady and body effects. Familiar and welcoming, like your favourite comfort food. That's pretty much how I consider a pink high as it just feels like the ideal indica for me in multiple ways. Decently long lasting and potent as well, just wish the burn matched it's other qualities.

Smell- The smell is really pungent and gassy. Notes of woody, nutty, sweet and skunky. Big smell in bud form but even bigger when ground up. 8.7/10

Cure - Semi sticky on the outside and sticky on the inside. Ground up weed really sticks together great! Buds are freshly cured well and don't crumble. 8.6/10

Smoke - High quality smoke in the bong. Great flavour, smooth hits and light clean ash. Great sessions! 8.6/10

Vape - Very enjoyable vape sessions in the ditanium. Huge wonderful flavours, super smooth hits and bowls last a long time. 8.9/10

Smell- The smell is sweet, tropical, a bit floral and also the typical kushy gas aroma. Fairly strong in a jar but really strong ground up.

Cure - The buds are cured well, with a sticky interior, very slightly sticky exterior and uniformly semi sticky when ground up. No crumbling at all and the cure seems freshly complete.

Smoke - Great quality smoke in a joint. Good clean flavour, burns great and leaves a white ash.

Definitely a first for me as who wouldn't remember trying a strain called Stinky Pinky? Not really a clear cut answer to the lineage of this one but multiple sites mention that it exists from inbreeding Stinky Pinky F4 IBL. Greasy and sticky ick...y with a fresh, healthy green appearance and purple streaks within. Dipped in a sugary blanket of trichomes and long, wispy orange pistils. Minimally handled and well trimmed, followed by a lovely cure and semi dense texture. Also worth mentioning that it arrived with a 62% rH Integra Boost humidity pack.

The profile is very much that of a Pink Kush but also slightly reminds me of various tuna crosses in ways. Gassy fuel paired with those iconic perfumey, floral PK nuances, all accented by a subtle vanilla like sweetness and dank earth. Identical when smoked, providing those same gassy, floral, and earthy flavours but the smoothness and cleanliness of the smoke is the part I found most impressive. Very easy on the lungs with no heaviness at all, allowing for larger than normal indica bowls where I usually go smaller. Joints burned even and slow, producing a thick resin ring and a salt and pepper ash.

Packs a potent indica punch with full bodied effects that definitely seem best suited for a lazy day in. Relaxing and stress relieving, making it a pretty effective couch locker of a high. I could also see it being a decent sleep aid if you're already tired but it's not necessarily an instant KO more than it is a slow, soothing build up. Next up is the Island Pink Kush.
