Wow, another good buy from TopShelfBC. Their BbAK oz came in mostly big buds. Even had a monster 5.2g bud. Very well trimmed and also very dense. Hard to break up but sticky and crackly at the same time. Visually its an amazing bud to look at under the sun. Lighter greens with hues of deep green and blue tints. Also has an awesome trichomes coverage, the heads seems undisturbed and mature which is a plus. Was impressed at my macros for the price of this weed. Smell was a strong point as well, VERY berryish smell and smells also creamy?! With a slight hint of skunkiness mixed in. The taste also was fine, not as strong as the smell, but quite enjoyable, especially vaped. The high of their BbAK is above average potency. The first thing I noticed is a mood change, I labeled this strain my grumpy cure haha! Switches the mood back up, lost thoughts in head, feeling social. Then it turns into the more indica side, couch lock, less talkative and also a good weed to nap in the afternoon! Very good reprenstation of indica leaning hybrid. All in all, I recommend the BbAK, it is very worth it for the price. I will be getting more when back in stock for sure. On my TAQ scale, this gets a V10 and Q8.75 !

Blueberry AK - Top Shelf BC - April 2020

An old-school crossing of Blueberry and AK-47. Dense, rock solid nugs with a very tight trim. Sticky as well and a small little nug breaks up to a hefty pile in a much needed grinder. Light green appearance with very subtle purple hues in areas, accompanied by a modest trichome coverage and stout orange pistils. Not only do the looks really remind me of the strain Blue Cap Crush but the profile is nearly identical and very 'Blue' in nature. Sweet and musky berries with undertones of earth and herbs. A lot of the times these blue strains are all smell and not really flavourful but this one translated over without a doubt. Terpy and smooth with a very light ash. Very easy going and enjoyable hybrid that isn't too overpowering in any one department but more just an all around high. Definitely an uplifting smoke that puts me in a happy, positive state. Also just enough of the blueberry to take any energetic or anxiety inducing factors away and is instead mellow and relaxing. I don't usually talk about munchies but this strain absolutely turned me into a chip eating fool.

Green Crack - Top Shelf BC - April 2020

Very frosty batch of green crack from topshelfbc. Forest green, quarter sized nuggets sporting subtle purple streaks with plenty of fiery orange hairs. Slightly fluffy in appearance with some extra foliage but the majority is of the sugar variety. Also a tad crispy on the exterior but decently sticky on the inside with a really good cure. Classic green crack nose and taste, producing sweet notes of herbs and spices. Real pronounced, leaving an almost woodsy, hash like aftertaste on the pallet. Burns clean and smooth on the lungs with a light coloured ash. Just like any good green crack, this one brings along quite the cerebral and energizing effects. Super functional and uplifting with a buzzing head stone. Real good for getting stuff done as it keeps you focused and attentive without any urge to sit down and be unproductive.

Pink Bubba - Top Shelf BC - SAMPLE - 4/20 2020

I ordered some of their Everest shatter using their 20% promo code, not knowing it was a one time use coupon so when I wanted to place another order for more shatter they offered me two 1/8ths of my choice for me being unable to use the code again. I thought this was really great of them to offer as a compromise for my own oversight. Good start with them. I chose an 1/8 of Pink Bubba and I'm REALLY glad I did. Upon opening the bag I was met with a STRONG typical Bubba fuel stench. This stuff is VERY gassy and is getting stronger by the day in the jar so far. Amazing nose! Nice and sticky too. The burn on this stuff is what surprised me most. The smell translates to the taste completely, leaving you tasting strong 'Pink' gas terps for quite a while after finishing the joint. The surprise was in the ash...it burned PURE white!! Maybe the whitest ash I've ever seen and that's saying a lot. Seems to be a perfect flush and cure on this stuff. The buzz was your typical Bubba high with strong body relaxation and eventual couchlock for me. I get knocked out by average indicas so when I get something that's even a little better than average I'm on my ass within an hour so it may not be total couchlock for some of the heavier smokers here. Still very potent and a great smoke imo. Unfortunately I've just noticed that this strain is sold out so not much sense speaking value but it would've been a great value at the sale price of around 130. At normal price I'd say this is an average value, however the burn alone puts it up a notch for me. Amazingly clean smoke! Thanks for the taste TopShelf! You guys are great to deal with and the sale you had on Everest shatter was super generous, so thanks for that as well!!

Size of buds: 7/10 - I got some medium nugs but it was mainly smalls (around less than a gram). I wished that there was more bigger buds but they advertised me for the smalls before I ordered so I can’t complain. Bag Appeal: 8/10 - As mentioned, lot of smalls but the buds themselves are really caked and nice looking. Cure & Humidity: 8/10 – Buds are well cured but they came a little dry. However, they also advertised me before that this batch was on the drier side so it wasn’t a surprise. Came with boveda packs. Smell Intensity: 8/10 – Not the most intense but a very interesting herbal and kind of fruity smell. Harshness vs Smoothness: 8/10 - Tried a joint of it and it was pretty smooth. Taste Intensity: 8/10 – Not the most intense dank taste but still nice and flavourful. Heavy indica that came at an awesome price of 128$ Everything you’d expect from a quad, even if some might call it a 3A. Gassy smell, dense sticky nugs with trichs all over. Burns very well and is a bit heavy on the lungs. I’m a heavy smoker and the buzz was just right when lit in the evenings. If you do smoke this all day and your tolerance ain’t high, chances are you’ll be taking a nap sometime in the afternoon. Value 10 Quality 10

Didn't have much questions personally but for future strains I may message them prior to ordering :). 10/10 Packaging - Buds are in a mylar bag, vac sealed and inside a compact box.(This is great as it protects the buds during travel!). Pretty standard for MOMs but I'm glad it's nice and professional. The buds could come with bovedas especially for oz's+ but for the price it's fair it is not included. 8.5/10 Products/Photos - https://imgur.com/ZywGonb https://imgur.com/xjPiGqI Strain Name - Orange Crush Size of buds - Small! No Shake. 7/10 Bag Appeal - Light green with some orange pistils mixed in! Overall similar to the picture they posted and is representative of what you can expect. The buds are small and no wow factor nugs in the batch. 7/10 Cure & Humidity - Medium firm density but still squishy and not too dry. Inside crystals look really nice and upon breaking up the bud is sticky. Not super glue sticky like some higher end pinks but I was amazed at the price that it was still sticky! Not dry at all and smoked well (Smoked through a pipe). White ash with a little grey mixed in not ghost white but still pretty good! 7.5/10 Smell Intensity - Milder sour smell with a small hint of citrus. 7/10 Harshness vs Smoothness - Smooth! 8/10 Taste Intensity - I smoked this through a pipe and the flavours match the smells of light citrus and sours that aren't super strong but not missing either. Enjoyable but definately ranked where it should be in the scale rating set by TSBC. Buzz Intensity - Mentally clearing and productive! Really mellows you out but makes you super focused as well.
