Taste was delicious, I didn't wanna go back to smoking weed lol! Nice and shatter- like but I actually let some of mine budder up and the smell came off so much stronger too. As for the high, I felt focused and motivated, ready to get some work done, with a pleasant head buzz lifting me up at the same time. They have very good shatter prices and you can get some cool free shit for ordering from them too.

Prices are fairly cheap by MOM standards, a couple of 90$ options, up to 150 for their top strain. Communication: Very courteous, rapid PM replies on the forum, not much to say here. They've been competent at answering people's question on the forum, good stuff. Packaging: Clear dimebags, double good grade vacuum bags in a small sturdy cardboard box. Zero smell. Only complaint I have is the buds were literally squished really bad, some air in the bags would be a big plus to keep the buds better. Products / Photos: https://imgur.com/a/WFYWTVk Purple Trainwreck: Bud was pressed almost to a solid block (all the strains came like this, more or less). It's hard to comment on how good it looks, it's really been mistreated by vacuuming hard. Despite this, you can clearly see (well not on my fuzzy pic) the trichones that cover the whole bud. The microscope pic speaks for itself. It's the least dry of the samples, but it's still pretty dry, but there is very slight risidual humidity in the core. The colors are magnificient, it's a mix of dark greens and deep purple, the bud is almost cut in the center with 3/4 of it mainly purple, but the other end is green with almost no purple. The nose is faint but nice and complex, sweet with hints of berries, a hint of citrus. The smoke is smooth, no harshness but the taste overall is not super present when smoking it, but perceptible with every draw of the joint. The buzz is a good mix of indica/sativa effects, you get a strong body buzz but it's not tirying, so you really get the best of both worlds. The dryness and appearance prevents me from calling it a quad but it's definitely a AAA+ and a very nice deal at it's 150$/oz. Giving this a 8/10. Watermelon x ZSkittles: Bud was pressed almost to a solid block (all the strains came like this, more or less). This came in VERY dry, it's like pot pourri dry. There isn't much nose coming out of it. The taste had little terps but still had a very faint sweetish state, but it came with a harshness that made it not much fun to smoke. Buzz is moderate, good mix of body and mind, not too couchlocky. Giving this a 5/10. 130$ oz. Pink Berry: 90$ OZ. Pretty much no terps, but smokable, a slight harshness but forgivable for the price. 3/10 Cherry: 100$ OZ. Tiny bit of terps, nice taste but it comes through faintly and sporadically. A bit harsh. 4.5/10 OG: 110$ OZ. Not much terps but tiny hints of pepper/sourness, reminds me of cookie strains. Bit harsh but manageable. 4/10 Mango: 90$ OZ. This one has some terps but faint, it's flowery/perfumy. Slight harshness but forgivable for the price. 4.5/10 Goo Berry: 90$ OZ. No perceivable terps, bit harsh. Least interesting of the 90$ options. 3/10 Watermelon: 90$ OZ. Some terps but faint, very low grade version of watermelon. A bit of a sharp harshness, smokable. 4.5/10 Incentive for Customers: Free shipping on 250+, 15$ flat rate shipping otherwise. Incentive for Review: The pack was offered with no strings attached, they did not ask for a review in return. Notes: All strains except Purple Trainwreck were extremely dry (bust with your fingers in a few seconds dry).

soft? seems like it. still, maybe don’t do too much at once. then there’s that issue of maybe making it last because you know you want to smoke as much as you want! someone says, ‘it’s fucking surged up my face man, but i see why it’s cactus it’s like a prickly, ee! right in the face.’ yes, lots of tingles. what is that? is that nerve-endings? feeling it in the follicles. love that. micro-shivers. love it. wow, a whole dome of tingly energy in the follicles. noticeably unique. nice. if i had to smoke one weed only and live in a sci-fi paperback it might be cactus breath. great fucking name. i have a helmet of happy fire around my head. thank you weed. now, let’s see where it goes... meditation : in a word, spectacular. 3-4 hours in and after a second visit to the bong, a nice little whm breath hold, 2.50 mins, the cranial corona produced by the weed vivid throughout, indeed it exploded. but it was a fully detached journey, lots of golden energy, until surfacing into a full-on ten minute relaxed infusion of energy breathing, very comfortable in detachment, (feels almost out of body but there is only embodied); wow, the relaxation into heightened focus is the best i’ve had with weed so far, can only imagine going deeper. and the tingliness of a breath-hold matches nicely with the cactus tingles. if you’re into the altered-states type meditations, cactus breath seems ideal; pranayama, baby! this herb, wow. couple days later : there is a definite sense of comfort and well-being associated with this weed now. take a small hit, go back to work for an hour or two; smooth, happy, well-being. it is very favorable to breath work, energy meditations, and probably great for doing outdoor activities. it’s a strong high with an agreeable level of support. words like ‘that’s the best weed ever man’ have floated around our millenial household because there’s no question a single toke delivers. greedy too. we share the other stuff, but not this. except we want to boast! every review i’ve read remarks on look and taste, and that is there for sure; it is a bit exotic, like a treasured pick of tea, and almost edible. capers, shallots, cremini mushrooms, basil, garlic, olive oil, and no doubt many more seem to be echoed in this weed’s odor and appearance, which in our case was nice medium buds. definitely caked in crystal, as stated in other positive reviews out there. no question this weed is not like most others, and it is better for it. two weeks in : apart from hoarding the last few nugs, this is go-to evening focus time; we write for hours, watch tv for hours, clean house, meditate, whatever. it’s kind of the perfect long-lasting and heavy stone for a head like me. a layered stone. and i would say more than most weed, a living stone. very interactive. if you believe in communing with the spirit of the bud, this would be a good doorway. bonus review: watermelon https://kootenaycraft.com/product/watermelon/ : never tried watermelon before. tight buds, lots of crystals, dusty with ‘em, and a rich fruity aroma. breaks up nice. two tiny hits in a glass pipe, go sit down with a jolt of a quad in brain from earlier, wondering what this will do. a minute in, faint, then the nice heavy creep into a strong head hold. definitely a nice overall body high, but with a clear path to focus on thoughts and brainwork. a nice heaviness, not too draggy. notable are the buds which look like little romanescos. they also smell heavily of watermelon, and the weed tastes like watermelon. this got everyone talking about how terpenes are the same in weed as in watermelon etc. strong watermelon smell and taste, coupled with effects, made for a pleasant mid-to-heavy-hitting indica with a bit of focus. conclusion : kootenay craft offers great tasty weed. their best is a bit pricy, but the first-time buy deal gives us a try. as for the future in this house we all discuss getting more cactus breath the next time it’s not sold out on the site. stuff sells fast, so if you’re curious, jump on it. watermelon is very nice weed but i’m not sure i’d prioritize it. we are a bit more curious about kootenay craft’s living soil weeds at this point than getting more watermelon, though i can easily see getting more in the future on an impulse buy. it’s very tasty and delivers. thanks for reading and have a great high! thanks thinkbach

Honestly never heard of this strain before but i had to try it so i ordered a half ounce. Just got it today, and damn these are some big buds! These two are about 13.3g; the other .7 was a separate nug. Very impressed by the initial appearance of this strain, and i plan to roll up some of this ASAP. Lots of small nugs and stems but not much leaf. Has a musky, earthy smell to it thats not too overwhelming . Buds are dense and a bit dry but not too dry. Burns white though i found it a tad harsh. Produces a deep couchlocking indica high great for falling asleep. Quite strong for an AA strain, i assume its rated low because of the bag appeal.

This time we have Purple Lights, Blueberry Afghani, Purple Punch and OG Kush! Sign Up: Sign up is simple and straight forward. Requires ID. Packaging: Well packaged, discreet, smell proof double vac sealed bag. Products / Photos: Purple Lights This strain isn't as great as a lot of other strains from GanjaWest. Very small nugs, mostly pocorn or slightly larger .3-.5g nugs, with lots of unnecessary stems. Bag appeal is basically non existent. Pretty disappointing honestly. With that said, the smell is absolutely wonderful, and very potent. Sweet berry aroma that fills the entire house when the bag is opened. A slightly harsh smoke, with grayish burning ash. Potent medium length indica high that will put you to sleep if you aren't careful. My whole 14g was 5 nugs total. all of which are pictured. I wish this strain was trimmed better, because it'd be absolutely beautiful to look at and would be even more so with a better trim. The smell is a strong grape smell, reminiscent of a grape cola, extremely enjoyable. I had a friend smell it, and I've never heard him happier about the aroma of a marijuana strain. Nice indica leaning high, similar to the Purple Lights, a little stronger, a little longer lasting. Just seems to be better quality all around. A little bit will have you locked to your couch, a lot will put you out for the night. 8/10(AAA) in my opinion. https://i.imgur.com/QZwfZQK.jpghttps://i.imgur.com/g550nwE.jpg Blueberry Afghani This is the only strain GanjaWest currently has marked as AAAA (as far as I could see, anyways) and honestly, it doesn't quite meet that mark for me. With small/medium sized lightly colored, slightly leafy nugs that average .5-1g each the bag appeal isn't quite up to par with what I'd consider a true quad. On the other hand, the smell is absolutely remarkable. Extremely pungent, kind of sour, cheesy, berry smell. Very unique, and quite difficult to describe. The smell seems to linger forever after being smoked. Not a remarkably strong high, but an enjoyable one that seems to me to be sativa dominant. The buds themselves are all fairly small, and slightly leafy. Seems to be a recurring issue. But the smell is extremely gassy, even in such a small quantity it's impossible to miss the second to bag is cracked open. The diesel taste that comes through during smoke is wonderfully strong. The high is where this strain knocked it out of the park for me and earned it's rating. Incredible indica high that creeps up slowly, but knocked me on my ass once it did. Hey folks, just a quick question for those who have tried the recent run of Peyote Cookies that CWF currently have - what's your take on the strain? It was recommended to me from the CWF folks last time I messaged them, but ended up going with their White Montage instead. I like my flower to give me a nice heady, psychedelic buzz with some body effects (although I do like Indica's to treat my pain). Purple Punch has a deliciously sweet taste, with notes of berries and grapes being the first to inspire. The buds are really frosted with lots of amber trichomes. the bud Is not very dense and burns well, the smoke is smooth and white. Very effective for my back pain and a good couch lock.

It’s really nice . Great bag(jar) appeal. Good looking nugs, perfect moisture . Smell is out of this world. I can’t explain it really , my girlfriend thinks it smells a bit like aloe, with a hint of sweet cucumber? It’s a treat every time to open the jar and twist one up. Burns nice, unique taste and a pretty potent sativa leaning hybrid. Quad in my eyes!

To me it almost has a similar smell and taste to a gassy pink kush with some sweet and earthy notes. I felt the description was accurate in being a strong, speedy sativa dominant buzz. This isn't the space queen pheno that's supposed to smell like cherries, apples, and vanilla but it's still a nice smoke imo.

It's defintely reminiscent of Trainwreck which is in it's lineage (Trainwreck x thai = oriental express lol) then the oriental express is crossed with east coast sour diesel. It's energetic and uplifting and makes you want to be active. Feel the behind the eyes trademark high from the sour diesel. Buds are dense and slightly sticky and have a citrus/diesel/earthy aroma. Translates nicely into taste in the vape. I've yet to smoke this one in a joint or bong yet.

It’s been ages since my last toke. To reign in Mary J’s new legal status I thought I’d give this MOM a try. Definitely a treat, dense sticky nugs that are fruity on another level. Like a pack of juicy fruit gum, reminds me of sugar syrup. Good thing I chose a Sativa or I would’ve been couch locked for days and missed my flight. Even though it’s been so long, the smoke was especially smooth. A hearty smoke but light like hookah smoke, almost forgot I was taking bong hits.

Not a bud over .7 in the entire Oz. Nice flavor and smell almost like black licorice. Should have been priced closer to a $99 based on bud size alone. 6/10 JJ's quality use to be top notch but now it seems as though they dont care what's going out for $150-$200 an Ounce...

I would pick this over el jefe all day. I'm not the best at describing flavours but I'd call it gassy. Its the exact rockstar flavour I was used to through my guy and havent had for a while now. I tried two different mom rockstars other than this and neither had that flavour. Its sticky, not as sticky as the jefe but very sticky all the same. Powerful aroma and flavour. Ash burns a nice light grey to white with a little pepper. Nice indica couch lock type of high imo. For the price I paid with mix and match I am very happy. Shipping was quick, packaging was on point. And it needs to be, because CP has been squish testing the living shit out of my recent orders and no issue so far.
