HerbApproach is a COMPLETE Joke â Hidden Fees, MOLDY Weed, No Refunds & Now They Wonât Even Ship My Order
Iâm honestly DONE with HerbApproach. This company is becoming a straight-up scam and I wish someone had warned me earlier. Hereâs the full story because the level of bullshit Iâve dealt with is unbelievable.
Order 1 (Paid by credit card)
Before I even placed my first order, they slapped on a surprise credit card fee at checkout. No warning, no disclosure. And when I contacted them about it?
âWe donât refund, we can only give you store points.â
Nice. Trap customers with fees and force them to come back. The only good thing? The order actually arrived.
Order 2 (Paid by credit card)
Again, surprise CC fee. Again, no refund â just points. But hereâs the kicker: The product showed up with mold. MILDEW. FUNGUS.
And before anyone says it: NO, this wasnât from their budget buds category.And it came looking like it belonged in a trash can. When I contacted support, expecting at least a basic apology or refund, they literally told me:
âWe will send a replacement with your next order.â
So for THEIR screw-up, I have to order AGAIN and spend a minimum AMOUNT just to receive what I already paid for? Are you kidding me? But fine, whatever. I decided to give them one last chance, BECAUSE THEY HAD MONEY OF MINE AS STORE CREDITS.
Huge mistake.
Order 3 (Paid through Interac)
This one has pushed me over the edge.
I paid on DEC 1ST, and the tracking still says:
âShipping label created.â
Nothing else. No scan. No movement. No update. Every single day Iâve followed up and every single day I get the same nonsense copy-paste excuses:
âBlack Friday delaysâ
âOur truck is waiting outside Canada Postâ
âWe have thousands of ordersâ
âIt should update todayâ (theyâve said this for THREE days straight)
Meanwhile, literally every other Black Friday order I placed with other companies has arrived. So donât blame Black Friday. Everyone else somehow managed to ship. I even called Canada Post and they told me point blank:
If the package was dropped off, it WOULD have been scanned.
So this company is just sitting there lying to my face saying the package âleft the warehouseâ when it clearly hasnât moved an inch.
And the whole âtruck waiting outside Canada Post for 3 daysâ excuse?
What kind of clown show are they running?
And of course, since I paid via Interac this time, I have zero buyer protection. Convenient for them.
Letâs call this what it is:
Hidden CC fees they refuse to refund
Only gives store points to keep you trapped
Sends mold-infected product and refuses to replace it unless you SPEND MORE MONEY
None of the items I ordered were budget buds
Misleading, blatantly LYING about shipping updates
Customer service that does nothing except copy-paste excuses
Delays orders the second you pay using a method without protection
Zero accountability
Iâve given this company more chances than they deserve. Every order has been worse than the last.
If youâre thinking of ordering from HerbApproach â donât.
Save yourself the stress, the lies, the bullshit hidden fees, and the risk of receiving literal mold in your supposed âpremiumâ weed. They are literally soo many MOM's who are better in service and products offered.
This whole experience has been a joke, and not a funny one.
