Alien Breath - Grass Chief - March 2022
Good day guys. Just wanted to share some thoughts on the Alien Breath bud from Grass Chief. This is my first time trying out GC and I wanted to get something that looked like it was worth a try and that I haven’t tried before. So Alien Breath looked like a good bet. Since this was my first order it was nice to see that everything was packed well and that shipping was pretty quick. So good start. Time to open the bag: Aroma/Smell: 7/10 Right away it had a pleasant pungent smell. Something like a sweet, berry flavour with bit of skunk. Hard to explain but it was an enticing smell. Visual/Texture: 8/10 My pictures don’t really do this one justice but it was interesting to see it had a bit of everything Lime green buds with dark green leaves covered in orange hairs and hints of purple throughout. And covered all over in crystals of course. Very pretty looking buds. Mostly on the smaller size. They were very dense nuggets though. Pretty happy with the appearance. Taste/Burn: 8/10 Burned very well in a joint and left a nice white ash and a bit of a resin ring around the paper. Pretty tasty strain as well but it’s hard to pinpoint the flavour. Kinda skunky I’d say but it was a very smooth smoke. Effects/High: 8/10 This strain kinda surprised me. I felt it was a very good hybrid in the sense that I felt I was getting the best of both the Indica and Sativa worlds. Euphoric sedation I would call it. Not an overpowering high but it started as a smiley and pleasant head high slowly morphing into a state of peaceful calm, comfort. Doesn’t knock you right out but it is great to relax and chill. Feel like this one would be great for stress and anxiety. Overall Quality/Value: 8/10 I’d say this was a AAAA- quality bud. Well worth the price at its price point. If this type of strain might be what your looking for. Personally as someone who usually goes straight for Indica’s I found this strain interesting and would defiantly try it again. It felt like the Indica’s I know and love with more of a uplifting cerebral high than usual. Good pickup from Grass Chief I’ll give them another go for sure.
