Camel Hash - Westcoastreleaf - April 2025

Strain: Camel Hash Looks = This hash has a nice, rustic look to it. It’s dark and light brown with little golden speckles throughout, giving it a bit of a glimmer. Texture = Not too crumbly or soft, it breaks apart easily with your fingers. Aroma = Scent is earthy, herbal, and a little spicy. I like how it lingers when you break it apart. High = It is smooth and has calming effects in the mind and body. It’s relaxing and euphoric, without feeling sleepy. I do however prefer stronger stuff.

Great White Shark & Cobra Oprah Popcorn

Both are labelled as Craft. Great White Shark 80% Indica Dominant Mine came in medium and large sized, rounded buds that were fresh and got a slightly sticky texture. Colours were a darker olive green with mossy tones and touches of lavender. Bright orange hairs stood out beneath a thick, frosty coating. I wasn't a fan of the flavour, as it had a smokey, leathery, slightly citrusy taste. For the effects, it was a fast hitting euphoria that lifts the mood, making it feel like I had heavy eyelids and full-body calm. This is best when productivity isn't a priority. Cobra Oprah 70% Indica Dominant Moderately dense popcorn buds with good stickiness and a fresh interior when broken apart. Colours of a deeper green with trichome leaves wrapping hints of purple. Light orange hairs weaved throughout. I favoured the flavour of this strain over the other as this tasted a lot sweeter. It had a nice orange flavour with just subtle touches of earthiness. The high delivers a burst of energetic motivation and uplifting euphoria initially easing any mental clutter, then gradually winds down into a mellow, relaxed finish.

Mendo Kush AA (Apr/25)

Rating: 7.5/10 The buds are frosty, and have that purple hue. The taste is sweet and earthy with a nice fruitiness. My bag came in mostly small and medium sized nugs. The high is relaxing, but not strong enough to get stuck to the couch. My only complaint is that I found a few stems in the bag, which isn’t a deal breaker, but it’s always a bit of a letdown. Plus, the effects didn’t last as long as I hoped.

Diamonds - Lemon Freeze Pop

Visual 5/5 - Honestly, best looking diamonds I've picked up. I almost wanted to keep them in a display case instead of smoking them lol. It definitely has that high end look going on, really got me excited. Smoke/burn 4/5 - The smoke was smooth, and the burn was pretty clean overall. It didn’t leave me coughing like some others, and the taste was citrusy and refreshing. The only reason I didn’t give it a full 5/5 is because I did notice a slight bit of harshness toward the end, but nothing too crazy. Effects 4/5 - I was relaxed but still clear headed enough to get stuff done. Not too heavy, so it’s a nice balance if you’re looking for something uplifting. The reason I dropped it down to a 4 is because it did fade a little quicker than I expected, but that could just be me. Still, a nice mellow vibe that lasted a good couple of hours. Overall absolutely beautiful appearance, but effects weren't as matched. Still a good experience though!

Sauce: Granddaddy Crack

The flavour is the classic Granddaddy Purp vibes with smooth grape, earthy undertones, and a natural sweetness that isn’t overpowering. Super smooth hits with rich terpene flavour. The effects are strong and relaxing, a heavy indica for sure, great for nighttime use or unwinding after a long day. It hits fast and lasts a while, but doesn’t completely knock you out unless you overdo it. The sauce is pretty thick, so it needs a decent battery to hit well and avoid clogging. Still, it’s flavourful, potent, and delivers a chill, body-heavy high. I’d give it a solid 8.5/10.

Pink OG - Pacific Cannabis - April 2025

Picked this up as part of my purchase for 420 and it was quite pleasant. Smell is that of classic gassy pink aroma with a bit of sweet floral in the background. Taste carries over well in a joint: smooth, earthy, and rich. The high is solid but once my tolerance built up (maybe because I smoked way too much for the past few week) it doesn't feel that good anymore, went from 3 hours high to an hour or so of buzz.

The nugs isn't dry as it looks but it's rather airy inside. It's also leafy and squished slightly too. Other than the appearance it did pop up a bit of earthy pine aroma once grounded up. Burn was okay with light grey ash. High leaned more on the lazy side, with some cerebral cloudiness but nothing memorable. Not terrible if you are just after a mellow buzz, but definitely lacking the knock out punch I was hoping for from GG

Biscotti - Weedsmart - April 2025

Somewhat smaller bud with a few leafy spots here and there. Not super sweet but there's a creamy bakery note if you break it up. The smell is subtle it reminded me of LP weed. The high is relaxing but not couchlocking, there's munchies and it does feel euphoric but I wouldn't pick for the potency.

Overall very decent looking the buds are firm, dense and hairy. Came in good size as well and still fresh. Smell is strong and a bit gassy, definitely better than some of the other stuff I’ve grabbed recently. The high is uplifting and it feels very relaxing on the body. There's also some munchy so I will suggest having food ready beforehand. Potency is overall very good I can feel every single penny spent worth it.

The buds are fluffy but dense where it count. The size is decent however bad appeal isn't it main strength. The appearance is a mix of very light greens and orange hair. The first few tokes were smooth but the taste is rather mute, an earthy scent and a mellow sweetness. Effects hit me heavy behind the eyes and light in the chest, for what it takes the potency is good imo. Final take: It doesn't doesn't look or taste great but for the high it's solid.

Shatter Bars

Shatter Bar/ Higher Fire Extracts/trippytreats.net Available in 1000mg and 2000mg sizes, they are an excellent offering both in flavor and effects. Although there was a brief cannabis flavor in the beginning, the taste of the chocolate soon came through. Not too sweet and very smooth on the pallet. I don't usually get any kind of effects from edibles but these bars are an entirely different thing. I started with a 500mg dose. After approximately 1 hour I took an additional 200mg. The effects were felt in approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. I enjoyed the relaxed state and initial euphoria. In about 4 hours, couch binding was the feeling predominately. I found this to be the case in both the Sativa and the Indica bars. I would definitely recommend.

Violet Fog - Broke kid grows sourced from TheQuadFather

I’m pretty impressed with my first time trying anything from broke kid grows. Here’s my thoughts after finishing the bag. Bag appeal: 8.5/10 - Well trimmed sticky deep green nuggets accented nicely by purple sugar leaves covered in trichomes. Good mix of a few larger nuggets but mostly mediums and some smalls. Flavour: 8.2/10 - From the dry herb vape the taste is very good for me. Taste remind of me grapes with a bit of gassy or skunky flavour too. Burn: ?/10 - I almost only vape now but incase someone asks I’ll leave this. Smell: 8/10 - The smell on this is great, to me it smells like a mix of grapes, berries and maybe a slight bit of skunk on the backend after grinding. Potency: 7.5/10 - Perfect smoke for the day time. Won’t knock you out like a heavy indica but for sure isn’t weak either. Final rating: 8/10 Overall I enjoyed this strain by broke kid grows from TQF. Next time I see a new batch of Violet fog on there I’ll be grabbing some again. For the price this stuff is proper definitely a re-buy.

Lemon Lamb's Breath - Frost Factory - April 2025

Super cakey appearance, just drenched in milky amber trichomes. As for the taste, it is quite similar to its aroma. It smells exotic like, has a sweet cigarette with lemonie lime undertones. Smoked amazing in joints. All the while tasting spicy and dank with lime undertones. Very smooth with a nice potent tickle. Lemon Lamb's Breath has more of a mellow and balanced high. Being quite potent for a Sativa dominate strain. The high is quite long lasting. Quality - 9.5 Value - 9

Bought a mix QP smalls of the most recent Bonzai Boyz drop. Out of the 4 I received this was my favourite. Upon opening the bag you’re greeted with a citrus / fruity aroma. In a joint it burnt very clean and was super smooth, terps translated very well throughout the whole joint. Bag appeal is great, it’s coated in crystals. For smalls these buds came in at huge mediums so I’m very happy with this order. Everything was in stock and no substitutions were made. Would rate it 9/10

Overall pretty happy with this purchase. First time trying Natty Roots. Right out the gate,, this stuff was caked. I saw some pictures on another post with the top colas and it just looked insane. Honestly when you break it up, there is more kief than plant matter. Wasnt sure what I was expecting terps wise, but I would describe it as a very savory earthiness. Some others says it's garlicky and mushroomy and I can see that. I wasn't overly impressed with the terps but it did grow on me as I found myself craving. The smoke was smooth and ash was pretty consistently white/light grey. The potency was slightly above average. The only issue I had was how loose, stemmy and leafy the buds were. But they are smalls so I am not allowed to complain cause the value is definitely still there.

Scented Marker / Gorilla Goon Genetics / Sourced From The Quad Father

Lineage: Permanent Marker x Pineapple Fruz -permanent marker ([biscotti x jealousy] x sherb bx) -pineapple fruz (animal mints bx1 x zkittlez bx1) Grower: Gorilla Goon Bud Appeal: Not the best trim job and I got a bunch of popcorn with some medium nugs, to be fair this strain didn't produce big buds in general. The buds themselves are a beautiful deep purple with bright green leaves and a fair amount of amber pistils. They're pretty caked up with nice milky trichomes. Structure is fairly dense, moisture level is great, grinds up into kinetic sand. Aroma: Predominantly gassy and sour with citrus, berry, and tropical fruit undertones. I've never had pineapple fruz before but it seems like both parents are well expressed here. Flavour: Tastes like permanent marker, gassy, floral, soapy, and funky. But the pineapple fruz adds some fruity and tropical complexity. It's like straight permanent marker on the inhale, and the exhale gets more fruity notes like pineapple, lemon, and berries. Burned very clean and smokes extremely smooth. Effects: This hit like a balanced hybrid for me. A pretty potent full body relaxing high kicked in as I was nearing the end of the joint. Doesn't have a heavy couchlock but the body was relaxed and the mind was calm. Good for any time of the day. Overall Opinion: It's some quality flower forsure, but I also got the malibu marker #35 and I enjoy that one more. They're kinda similar in the sense they are tropical permanent marker crosses. But the scented marker hit me like a 50:50 whereas the malibu hits me like a more indica leaning hybrid which is what I prefer. If you're looking for a balanced hybrid this is a solid choice, but I'd try the dripz instead, it's better overall imo. 8.5/10
