Tropicanna Cookies - Gastown / Gizmo - November 2021

This is a hybrid crossing Girl Scout Cookies and Tangie. This strain is grown in LSO. Beautiful looking nugs with lime green and purple colliding covered in a layer of sparkly trichomes and orange hairs. The scent and flavour are very unique and hard to describe, sort of a musky earthiness. The effects are uplifting and mostly heady initially with some body relaxation as you continue to smoke. Light grey ash. I enjoyed this strain for wake and bake and daytime use. Quality 9/10 Potency 8.5/10

Jello Shots #1 * Only Gas * November

Strain - Jello Shots Vistual/Texture - the half zip being unified by a mixture of mostly medium with some smaller buds amongst the mix. Fairly dry with a crisp feel to these elongated conical nugs, both airy with a slight bit of sponginess. Excellent coloring boasting off these nuggets with a majority rich vibrant purple hue taking on most of the visual including the sugar leafs, with medium green emerald undrtetones sharing little areas of the surface. Short light copper colored pistils modestly positioned throughout, and wearing a thick coating of glistening ice crystal trichomes Scent - being named Jello Shots I was definitely expecting a more powerful aroma to be existing on this visually appealing bud. A more pronounced scent emerging once ground. Smelling most of a herbal citrus, with a mild hints of sweet fruits, and a floral earthiness faintly in the background Smoke - pulling in fairly smooth clouds, lighter grey ash with pepper flakes, holding a small oily ring of resin through the duration of the burn. Inhales tasting of sweet herbs, sour citrus zest, and earthy fruit, with a flavor of sweet herbal earthiness coming through while exhaling High - not knowing much about the genetics behind this exotic strain, by its effects I would guess its more of a sativa leaning hybrid. Finding the high first debuting itself with a cerebral heightened head stone, with enhancing euphoria purely capable of uplifting your mood. Allowing all negative thoughts to be cleared out, leaving room to really focus on tasks, and maintaining motivation over the duration of the stone. A perfect daytime toke, providing necessary elevation with little in the way of productivity

Pink Kush x Afghan Goop x God Bud ⛽⛽⛽??? Straight up Stinker. Stunk up the room riight away with a very earthy, piney, gassy kush.....pink kush aroma. Heavy on the gas. I haven't grabbed anything like this in a while so I was craving something indica heavy for night. This one did not disappoint. Buds are huge, fairly dense for kush. It came a tad bit dry so I put a boost pack in it and today (about 30 hrs later) it was much better and very sticky to the touch. Smoke is really thick and the joint produced a pretty thick oil ring right away that ran the entirety. Taste is same as smell. With a bit of spice to it. Very kushy. Just complete gas!! The high was very heavy. My ears felt a bit warm, my eyes barely open. Nice euphoric onset, followed by a narcotic type sedation. Couch lock for sure. These Barbarians didn't f#%@ around. Would be great for insomnia. This is a definite night time only smoke.

This visual display leaves you in a trance staring at the flower; conflicted as to whether you should smoke or hold onto it forever. Toffee-like orange hairs weave their way around forest greens marbled with muted purples and blues, occasionally taking on more neon streaks of pink closer to the core. The flower arrived in a well-groomed fashion, medium in size and representing an appropriate cure. Gaudy resin glands have tucked themselves within every nook and cranny of this batch, bringing a clingy and adhesive quality to the already dense bud structure. This brings a pull and snap texture which takes a good amount of effort before it gives, fighting your grinder at every damn twist. Skip your next arm workout. Easily one of the most memorable representations of a lineage that we are all familiar with; boasting a gas, skunk and spice-forward concoction complimented with herbal, earth and citrus notes that truly hold their weight when burnt. An exceptionally terpene-filled transition of flavour brings with it potency levels off the charts - melting away the buildup of stress with every exhale. Weighed down, sluggish and snacky would accurately describe my experience with this powerhouse and I’m so excited to bring some more Major Q to this household for future reviews. Ultra Pink Death - HGA - November INCENTIVIZED REVIEW

HGA gives points and free shipping for a review here Ultra Pink Death: Potency is on point for an evening indica. Nice body euphoric high, and my mind is light as hell. I'm spaced out and couch locked. It doesn't have the Pink Death spicy terpine profile I'm used to, it's much more like a traditional pink bubba. Taste is a little bit underwhelming, but pink with earth undertones. Smell is that Pink Bubba I love. Customer service is phenomenal. Quality: 8 Value: 9 Edit, also got the WIZARD WEED Silly Putty 70% and it's really adding a lot of kick to some weed I have that sucks. It's the real deal, and I'll be grabbing more of this for sure.

funky charms-only gas- nov 2021

the name def sums it up. “funky”. a very deep jet fuel and pine tar mix on the nose. with a gsc coming through after ash is mostly white with minimal grey mixed in. it was semi dry at first feel. once squeezed the sticky came out and stayed mostly. buds as pictured for size ref. .5-2 g ish the taste comes out in a joint and high i would give around 7.5 ( i gauge highs diff and am a heavy user so high is not my best to describe). overall def a happy customer and give it a solid 8.3 overall. well worth the price. being non bulk

Organic Polynesian Thin Mints - OSO Fuego (Tin Series) Sourced by : @kootenaybotanicals Genetics : GSC x Face Off OG BX1 Bred by : @archiveseedbank Cultivated by : OSO Fuego Had a chance to check out Kootenay Botanical's new offering from their OSO Fuego Tin Series lineup. So far it's the only strain available but if this Polynesian Thin Mint is an example of things to come then they are certainly on the right track. Arriving in a sealed tin can suitable for 7 to 14 grams with a separate included Integra on the side. I didn't find a need for it but it's a nice touch nonetheless. Some extremely wild fox-tailing going on here and I have no idea how these buds were so delicately packaged without breaking any of the outstretched tips. Kudos on that and it's also apparent when observing all the undisturbed heads. Not sure if this strain has it in it's genes to foxtail but it's more likely to a heat or light stress issue but I didn't find it to effect anything. Fresh, snappy, and cured to a tee with a perfect moisture level and amount of stickiness that leaves the fingers coated in trichomes. Her colours are a mix of mint and forest green with subtle purple shading and heaps of peach hued pistils. The nose on this Polynesian Thin Mint is just incredible and very complex as there are so many layers to it. It's heavily pungent and even a little funky at first as it reminded me of a spicy garlic cookie cross. As the buds settle a certain mint aroma emerges that is actually more on the peppermint side than anything, followed by an earthy, cookie sweetness. A seamless translation to taste with all the characteristics found in the nose carrying over and then some. A very rich and and flavourful tastebud lingering smoke, producing a sweet peppermint cookie flavour with spicy and earthy accents, remaining delicious and silky smooth toke after toke. Joints burn perfect with a clean white ash and heavy set resin ring. The effects delivered by this PTM are almost instantaneous, storming out of the gates with a buzzing head high that leaves you feeling floaty, hazy, and spaced out. It's also very euphoric as well as uplifting, making for a tremendously effective mood lifter. The physical qualities that eventually come into play are heavily relaxing and couch locking. Definitely suited for a slow afternoon or evening as the burnout can be a little immobilizing and decrease productivity.

They have a darker forest green with purple undertones, bright orange accents and a beautiful sugar coating of frosty crystal? Rainbow Belt nose combines fruity and sweet notes, with a huge punch of grape and lime in a floral and fuel OG background. These Terps do not disappoint??. The taste is very similar leaving you with that big grapey lime taste and a huge fuel punch on the exhale! The burn was perfectly clean burning white all the way! The effects left me noticeably euphoric and giddy which onset pretty quickly and is a perfect daytime smoke??

Pink Menthol - WeedPosters Bag Appeal: Nothing crazy but still decent, big light green buds with touch of purple. Good manicure, classic kush bud structure. Nose/Smoke: I really like the nose on this one, gassy but sweet at the same, just what you would expect from a pink kush strain. Dairy Queen - OnlyGas - 11/21

I grabbed this at the end of October for 95/zip and havent smoked much since. I heard nothing but great things about this dairy queen so I had to try it for that price. I opened the bag and smelled straight hay, nothing resembling any creamy terps, super disappointing. Took a few bong rips, felt next to nothing. Wish I saved my money.

MAC 66 - ONLYGAS - OCTOBER BAG APPEAL This strain was very appealing medium to large sized nugs pale green to medium green in colours with purple hues scattered throughout.The nugs are caked in milky trichomes. Nice cure on these buds with a slight squish and good spring back. 9/10 NOSE Personally I find the nose on this lady to be slightly muted. Not overwhelming but it is present. Mainly driven by its sweet gas profiles once busted you can get hits if both doughyness and mild spice 7/10 SMOKE - 1 1/4 RAW Original and RAW Tip This joint burned very evenly without going out.Flavour burning was dominantly gas and sweetness with very small hints or spice on exhale. The ash was light light grey with the odd pepper spot. developed an oil ring about half way through that sat tight to the heater. 8/10 HIGH The potency on this lady is on the higher end over average. I'm definetly stoned and could eat a whole pizza right now. I am how ever not couch locked and I am feeling very productive still. This MAC is definetly well balanced. 8.5/10 OVERALL 8.5/10 - This is probably one of the best cuts of MAC that I have had in a while. Combined with the price this is an excellent pick up if you enjoy MAC strains.

GMO (AAA) from Order Weed Online Indica Dominant Hybrid Grower: Prohibition farms Nose: The nose was very spicy and musky with a garlic and cookies in behind. I also got some sour fruit smell. It was very pungent. Stickiness/Moisture: The moisture level was ok, and it was not sticky. Taste: I got a lot of the garlic spice and an herbal taste as well. It was also a bit earthy and woody and eggy. The taste was also quite pungent and spicy. Burn: The burn was good! The ash was a bit salt and peppery but it didn’t want to go out on me. Potency/Effects: It had a little bit of a punch to it and a good overall buzz. It didn’t totally take me out, but I got a really buzzy head and a bit of energy in my body. It put me in a chill vibe. The potency was great and overall it was awesome for a AAA!

JungleCake (WhiteFire#43 x WeddingCake) First off these buds are absolutely beautiful! They are chunky and absolutely covered in layers and layers of sugar coating! They have bright orange and purple notes coming through vibrantly?? The nose is absolutely insane! Theres huge kush notes immediately, which is followed up by and almost creamy diesely scent! Theres almost hints of frosting or marshmallow and the smell almost keeps evolving?? It has a very similar kind of taste with huge sweet creamy notes followed up by a kushy funk that's unforgettable and keeps you coming back for more!? Incredible burn as it was completely white ash all the way through! The effects hit me almost immediately and incredibly hard, I almost had instant sedating effects! This is some heavy duty smoke and is not to be taken lightly! This honestly might be one of my favourite cultivars I've ever had the chance to smoke, you can literally taste the hard work and love that went into these buds I may just have a new favourite strain??

Lime green buds with gorgeous lavender and some darker purple throughout with plenty of rust colored pistils and a heavy blanket of frosty white trichomes covering them entirely giving them that frosted appearance and upon closer inspection, are loaded with tiny little outer heads • ??? • Smell/Taste/Burn - right out of the jar your met with a sweet and creamy herbal funk that is gassy and has a touch of citrus amd once busted all gets louder and now has a fruity candy type finish. Like the smell, the taste is sweet, slightly creamy, herbal, and funky with a touch of gas and citrus and some earth on the exhale which has a bit of spiciness to it to go with the sweet creaminess. Joints burn properly and quickly form a nice oil ring and leave behind a salt and pepper ash • ? • High - a nice stoney cerebral high that brings with it some uplifting and motivating energy along with immediate relief of stress and a slow building body load. The energy seems to slowly taper down after about 45 minutes and becomes quite evenly balanced with some relaxing vibes while the head stone remains potent throughout the entirety of the high. A great daytime option to keep you stoned and well medicated • ? • Overall this is not my 1st time with this cultivar and definitely won't be my last as it has impressed me every time. Phenomenal bag appeal, delicious terps that translate to the taste, clean and greasy burning to a salt and pepper ash, and a potent and long lasting high. I rate this Quality 9.4/10

Rockstar Tuna - elite buds bc - Nov 8

I havnt smoked rockstar or tuna kush in quite awhile. I am trying to think of words to describe this taste but it's defenitly got that spicy kush taste and smell. Earthy, bit of sweetness, skunky, grassy, and slightly gassy. Also a bit of sourness. The spiciness reminds me of licorice root or some type of heavy aromatic. I put the joint out halfway because I'm starting to feel it's effects. Defenitly an indica. I feel that heavyness behind the eyes. This weed was like an olive green and it had some trichomes on the outsides but not alot of intacts. This weed got me surprisingly baked. I smoke weed all day everyday for the last 25 years or so and I can feel this creeping up on me nicely. Clean smoke, white ash, was perfectly manicured cured and dried. Anyways 6.5/10 for me. Not the best bag appeal, not my favourite terps but it got me where I wanted to be. Elite buds calls it AAA and I would agree. The buzz from this is decent. This bud was sent to me for the purpose of writing this review.

Ayahuasca Purple - BcCannCo - October 2021

Ayahuasca Purple Genetics : Master Kush x Red River Delta Bred by : @barneys_farm_products Cultivated : Royal Gold Sourced by : @bccannco Not much prior experience with this strain at all as I think I've only had it once. A cross of Master Kush and Red River Delta by Barney's Farm, arriving a touch on the dry side but not to a point of crumbling, just not as sticky as the other strains I have. The buds appear to have had a seed problem as there are empty pods all throughout the surface but I couldn't find any within. Forest green in colour with touches of purple throughout, lined by rows of thick orange hairs and long thin trichomes that are mostly of the stalky variety. A very musky, earthy nose on this Ayahuasca Purple with underlying notes of lavender and a subtle nutty aroma lingering in the background. Very similar tasting to how it smells, delivering flavours of dank earth and lavender. A bit of an acquired taste for sure as it can be a little overwhelming. A touch scratchy on the throat as well. Joints burn with a medium sized resin ring and salt and pepper ash. The high is a bit of a creeper and is mainly heady at first with a building cerebral buzz that is focused and clear headed. It begins to shift into more of a relaxed high further down the road but never feels overwhelming or sedating. Might be better suited towards beginners and light smokers as it's in the lower potency bracket.
