Made a post earlier but it was taken down due to Title Format.
Today I received my WP order in the mail. My order was 6 ounces AAAA small nugs (70 an o, total of 425), I received 4 ounces of the AAAA small nugs and two AAA small nugs ounces that I never asked for. I emailed them at 11:14 ...AM and didn't get a response until 3:12 PM, where they offered me a $60 off code for compensation, I emailed them back at 3:17 asking for any better compensation and had no further email replies.
I resorted to IG. I messaged them on IG at 5:40 once again trying to get some customer support for my order after giving them a few hours to respond. They replied at 5:49 saying that they would give me a $75 coupon now. I asked them if they could just send the stuff that I paid for? And after a long 5 minutes they finally decided to offer me the $140 coupon code in compensation with leaving me with an abrupt ”Cheers!” without mentioning the code is stackable with other discount codes on the website. I argued I'd have to pay shipping for something twice because they have a $15 shipping fee and they rudely responded to me expected me to know that I could use two coupon codes at once saying that I was ”Pestering” them.
Now I'm stuck with 2 bags of the AAA small nugs (literally half shake) which is on the right in the photo, which should've been AAAA which is on the left.
