Catpiss AAA+ Sativa

Catpiss. Do not let this name scare you away from this well-rounded Sativa. First let’s get the smell out of the way. This flower pacts a powerful sc...ent of citrus (orange) cleaning products, however you also get an almost hidden scent of diesel as well. I will say; the more I continued to smell this flower, the more my mind wanted to tell me this smells just like a cats litter box ?. They came small to medium sized—Catpiss is like the ugly duckling—with lighter green leaves and barely visible trichomes. They are coated in crystals giving them a snowy appearance. The buds look light and fluffy; but its definitely misleading as these are quite sticky and dense.

As for the method of smoking; I HIGHLY suggest smoking as a joint. The reason for this, is because I found when I smoked this via BONG, the smoke was quite harsh and the terps are stronger and not as pleasant.

When inhaled via Joint, you are first hit with a strong citrus taste which is at first very pleasing, but it leaves behind a semi strong cleaning product taste in your mouth (which isn’t as bad as you may think). If you can get past that, then you really will enjoy this strain. It hits your cerebrum immediately; and you slowly feel it clear every inch of your mind. This leaves you in a very uplifted mood; I couldn’t stop smiling for the first 20 minutes of the high. I felt super productive and driven to keep busy. After the high starts to taper off; you will feel a full sense of calmness and relaxation; just enough to feel content and not ready for a nap.

Overall, this a solid and “hard hitting” Sativa if you can get past the flavour profiles. If anything it might induce some childhood memories of when your parents would deep clean the kitchen or maybe that room that has a litter box chilling for your cat?.

Visually, Raspberry Mint Cookies, is very appealing to the eyes. They are covered in dark purple leaves with bright orange trichomes for that beautiful contrast ...that really pops. They were medium to small sized buds, that were light and fluffy to touch. When the bag is opened you are hit with a sweet but fruity smell that has a slight nutty aroma that peaks through near the end.

The smoke on this flower is noticeable but not over the top. It’s a cerebral high that stays behind the eyes. It just clears the mind and plants a smile on your face. Your focus is honed in on whatever is in front you. The one downfall, I found is over a period of time it can develop headaches. So, this is a great day time strain in moderation. It’s currently sold out online, however its a solid daytime hybrid if you’re looking for something that is a bit more subtle of a high. I would however rate this as a AAA+ rather then AAAA.

I’m going to start off by saying, that if you have not tried this strain, then you need to add this to your list! This beauty hits you with a very strong, fruity aroma (a mixture of all the berries), but the thing ...that is extremely pleasing, is the smoothness behind this smell. I received one medium size bud, and the rest were popcorn sized or a bit smaller—almost like it was ready to be poured into a bowl and you just needed to add some milk— which I liked, as I had almost no stems. They came densely packed with trichomes giving almost a milky appearance.

You will not be disappointed whether you smoke this as a joint or bong, HOWEVER my recommendation is a joint! Lately the weather has been a bit down in the dumps; so I decided to have a fun little hotbox session. Best decision ever and here’s why. The entire smoke was extremely smooth. The taste was subtle but fruity to the tongue. And as my car filled up with the smoke, I just felt like I was swimming in a bowl of cereal. The high at first was felt behind my eyes, until I got out of the car to go inside; it hit me all at once. Complete calmness just entered through my entire body. Any worry, fear, negative thought I had, just evaporated and I was left feeling light. The rest of the high, I was chatty and slightly giggly. It lasted around 2-3 hours this high. As it starts to taper off (last hour), you just feel a sense of relaxation and calmness. You get the same effects smoking from the bong just less intense and a shorter high. This strain is great, for people who have anxiety or depression, as it truly helps clear and relax your mind and body.

I know that its said the smell is of cookies, but every time I smell the bag, I get a sweet berry and creamy scent. When inhaling the taste is very subtle; almost... unnoticeable for me but a smooth intake. The buds came small in size with pretty much no stems.

I felt this in my face right away especially in the eyes. I was able to achieve an overall feeling of relaxation but not enough to make you tired. I definitely feel like if you increase the amount you smoke; it could very easily have you in couch lock. The strain does not disappoint when it comes to giving you a major mood uplifter; a smile was permanently planted on my face. Overall, it’s a pretty well balanced hybrid, but I didn’t find this strain to be standout for me, as it felt like a similar high that I’ve had with other strains. However, it’s a solid pick for those looking to kick their feet up and chill out, whether with a group of friends or on your own.

When I first saw OneTwoTreez release this strain; I shy’d away because I had yet to have a cheesy strain and the thought of that didn’t seem appealing. However, I am beyond happy that I... decided to try it out when they had their 4/20 sale. Does it really smell and taste like cheese? Hell yeah! And it’s actually pretty damn delicious; its accompanied by a slightly diesel smell and upon inhaling you get all that plus a dash of nuttiness, which makes for this to be extremely creamy during inhale and exhale. I received medium-large sized buds (keep in mind; I only purchased 3.5g). They were dense and full of darker coloured leaves; giving this treat a more subtle appeal.This is going down as one of my all time favourite strains, and here’s why. This high for me—which I will state is quite different then what I’ve read online and from others—started off in the head (more so to the face). I found the increase in focus was quite noticeable at first, but then tapered off into something I never expected. I found myself laughing at everything and anything. It’s been a long time since I’ve had the giggles from smoking a strain and it was the most pleasant surprise. With the laughing; this allowed the high to immerse into the rest of my body. This beautiful hybrid deserves more hype as it truly does leave you stress and anxiety free during your high. I really couldn’t get enough of this strain; and as I said above I had only got a small amount. This will be a strain that I will be buying more of; as soon as I see it’s available again. If you are looking for a mood booster/uplifter but still wanting to socialize and go about your day, then you too, should make sure to try this when you can get your hands on some.

As soon as you open the bag you are hit with an extremely strong and sweet berry smell. It almost makes me want to line my room with these nugs, so I can just breath in thi...s beautiful scent. The size of the buds themselves are medium to small. They are not as dense as some buds I have come into contact with, they feel lighter and more fluffy, but quite sticky! Visually, they are very appealing to look at. The colour on these nugs compliment each other so well; that I would pick this solely off its beauty.

I have smoked this strain in both the bong and as joints; and I will say I definitely prefer the high from smoking this strain in a joint form. The cerebral rush that sets in, is more focused and strong then most other daytime strains I’ve tried. It works effortlessly at clearing your mind and allowing you to focus at whatever you have in front of you. After a bit, the cerebral high seeps into the rest of your body allowing you to achieve the feeling of being content. Personally, I think this strain works great for my anxiety. It helped keep me calm to the point, where I was able to be present in the moment, which prevented the attack from rearing its ugly head. However, I do find for me that this has me getting a bit more relaxed then I would like it too for an early smoke.

BBB can totally be used as an anytime of the day strain, but for me; I like to keep this more so towards the late afternoon/evening because of the amount of relaxation that takes over my body and mind. It does set me up for a solid night time smoke session, as I already have that relaxation effect in place. I will definitely be keeping this on my list of re-orders for the future. Especially during times of high stress; which can trigger my anxiety.

Keeping this one short and sweet. A great day time sativa that keeps you happy, uplifted and focused! It’s pretty hard to kill your vibe when smoking this strain. The flowers came small but they hit the right spot. I tried King Tut pre-rolls previously; and by far the flower is a way better option.... Fresher, smoother and cleaner smoke.

Pink Champagne AAA+ Hybrid (Indica dominant)Bred by: Ken EstesLineage: Kens Granddaddy Purple x Cherry PieWhen opening the jar of this strain you are hit with strong floral scents (almost like you just shoved a bouquet of flowers in your face) with small tiny hints of fruity undertones and of cours...e you can’t forget the diesel that makes an appearance as well. The majority of the buds came large (just like in the picture) with a few medium/smaller ones mixed in. They came dryer then other buds I’ve received but nothing that couldn’t be fixed within a night. As for the taste while enhaling; it was very subtle. It burned very easily, and had a decent oil ring almost throughout the entire smoke. I decided to roll a joint for this one to kick off this beautiful spring weather that has arrived. I was sitting while smoking and didn’t feel any effects… until I stood up. You’re immediately hit with a strong head high leaving you feeling quite euphoric. I ended up getting really chatty, and as the high started to seep through to the rest of my body, I could feel myself starting to relax. And then came the desire for some munchies with my movie. I will say that the appetite was not overpowering like some that have you raiding everything in your kitchen. After about 2 hours my eyes became heavier and I knew the next thing to do was turn off the lights and get under the covers. Overall, I’m happy with this Indica-dominant hybrid as an option for my evening/nighttime wine down!

Pine Tar AAAA- 100% Indica

I found myself pleasantly surprised with the smell from this bud. I’m usually not a fan of piney smells, but this one definitely took my breath away (in a good way). The pine is not overpowering as there is a sweet and citrusy (tangy) aroma coming off these b...uds as well. The buds themselves feel sticky and came at the right level of dryness. Visually, Pine Tar is nothing to look at. It’s a pretty dull looking bud, with not much colour to show off. However, don’t let the lack of beauty steer you away, as this bud has more to offer once inhaled.

The smoke on this strain is smooth and gives off thick white clouds (when smoked from the bong). I have yet to try smoking a joint with this strain, as I’ve been saving this for before bed and lately its been a little too chilly and windy for me to have a night time smoke outside.

As soon as the smoke hits those lungs, the effects are immediate! You get an instant head rush of euphoria that slowly settles over your entire body. This leaves you feeling quite happy and uplifted, lasting for around 1-2 hours, before the other effects start to take over. Because, I chose to smoke this after my dinner and my “bedtime” snack—as I didn’t want to completely munch out—I found I was able to avoid that feeling of hunger as best as possible. Another trick to avoiding that rush to the kitchen, is to let the sleepiness that kicks in take over and drift off into a blissful sleep. If I fought the tired eyes, I would have found myself in the kitchen raiding the fridge and cupboards for sure.

Overall, I am surprised at how well I enjoy this strain. I picked it out on a whim; and it will definitely be something I will have in my stash from time to time. If you haven’t already tried it, I recommend you do! Just remember, this is best used in the evening before bed and be ready for these effects to take over as they are pretty powerful.

The smell of these buds are very sweet? with a hint of fruity diesel. The buds themselves are quite frosty in appearance and came with the perfect amount of humidity to make it ready to smoke straight out of the package. This hybrid is going down as one of my favourites and I will tell you why. Its ...a sativa dominate strain and the balance is phenomenal. You instantly get that laser focus and feel in-tune with your body and its surroundings. This lasts for around 1-2 hours (depending on if you smoke bong or joint), and then the indica kicks in just a tiny bit to give you that relaxation effect. Because the indica isn’t as strong in this hybrid, you aren’t left feeling couch-locked or sleepy. It makes for a perfect; anytime of the day smoke. You are extremely functional and can go about your day as usual. Or you could have this before bed if you just need a bit of aid in relaxing your body.
