COMMUNICATION/SERVICE: 6/10 Customer service is pretty good . They are usually quick and friendly to answer any ...questions and concerns regarding there products or with shipping or anything in general. But this time they had giving me a wrong item but are sending a replacement. They are also saying Canada Post is liable for the KK being bone dry despite my other flower being perfectly fine. Their only solution to the issue was to seal it tightly it in a jar with humidity packs.
SHIPPING/PACKAGING: 10/10 Ordered on Sunday, shipped Monday and received it on Friday . Same professional packaging individually heat sealed bags and vacuum sealed bag. Always impressed with the packaging.
PRODUCT REVIEW: 4.5/10 Khalifa Kush or KK had a very strong gassy/earthy smell on opening the bag, very OG smell . The buds are mixed green with orange hairs. Bag appeal wasn’t great. Mostly medium nugs but a lot of shake considering how dry it is. Ordered an Oz. The smoke is a nice classic kush smoke if it wasn’t so harsh. Tingles the back of your throat a bit, kinda harsh. But the flavour on this is Tastes very gassy/leafy earthy. The taste is like some of that Old style Kush from back in the day. The ash is Mixed white and black but ends up more white. The buzz is a body high that’ll make you a little lazy. Overall dissatisfied with what they rate AAA+ and how dry it was, no one should have to get this dry flower. After a couple days in a jar with six Integra packs the flower is still decently dry but getting better but sadly isn’t getting any smoother
