Bud was handled well with complete densely packed trichomes on the exterior giving it a “caked” appearance. The backgrounds were mainly bright green with some areas of soft purple tones; providing a contrast to the long and curly deep orange pistils. Trichomes were a good mix of clear cloudy and... amber heads. The terpene profile kicked off with prominent sweetness with some mild herbal and berry undertones.

The burn was close to perfect with some near white ash with mild peppering; and an oil ring a third through the joint. The flavor was moreso sweet, with some earthy and herbal notes on exhale. A well-rounded high with comforting and euphoric cerebral effects followed closely by generalized calm and relaxed sensations felt throughout the rest of the body. Nice mellow smoke without any sedative effects that could be nice in countless situations. Not really going to motivate you to do much but will help you enjoy whatever you’re up for.See More

Medium sized and moderately dense buds with a greasy sheen atop an array of greens plus some patches of dark and dusty purples. There was a respectable amount of resin alongside some short curly burnt orange pistils. A closer peek at the trichomes revealed mainly clear and cloudy heads. The typical ...smell for PK was there with mainly earthy and sweet scents alongside some mild herbal notes.The burn was good with a decent oil ring appearing mid-way through the joint; then finishing with a mainly white salt and pepper ash. Found the smoke to be very smooth with the same earthy flavors found in the smell. The high was felt initially in the head with a pleasant relaxing vibe that quickly spread to the rest of the body. Right from the start the high was very comforting which made it easy to relax and zone out on the couch to watch a movie; but would’ve likely been difficult to do anything else. I did experience some sedation an hour later which made the eyelids a bit heavy; which would have me saving this for late nights or lazy weekend afternoons.See More

Out of the four, Purple Gorilla obviously had the best bag appeal with copious resin coverage atop the dusty green and purple backgrounds. The buds were moderately dense, and the trim was decent. The redeeming factor was the extra sugar leaf left behind did have some generous portions of trichomes p...resent. The smell coming off the buds was mainly earthy with some mild herbal and berry undertones. After a day in a jar with a humidity pack the smells pungency improved dramatically.

The strain burned well with relatively smooth smoke and finished with a near white ash. There was some slight tickle at the back of throat near the end of a joint, but this was mild. I was hoping to have a bit of the berry flavor come through in the smoke, but the taste was mainly sweet and earthy. The buzz however was surprising as it initially started off with a decent dose of energy and uplifting euphoric vibes. It then settled into the rest of the body with a moderate body load which had me wanting to do very little. As I tried to stay active it felt like my legs were fatigued with every step and movement seeming more effortful. A strain I will be saving again for winding down at the end of the night; or activities that require little energy.See More

As I peered closer the trichomes were long thin and mainly clear under a macro lens.  The smell was strong with herbal, hash and c...ured meat smell; very odd but surprisingly intriguing. Can’t say I’d be on the lookout for this type of terpene profile, but it was unique.
The burn was great with another obvious oil ring present a third through the joint; ending with a fluffy light grey ash. The strain produced a smooth smoke and the taste was dominated by spicy, earthy and herbal flavors which were prominent. As with hash plant I’ve smoked in the past. The high was relatively strong starting off with a period of short-lived mental stimulation, but quickly transitioned into a purely relaxed buzz. A stress-free vibe without any noticeable sedation. Something I would likely use moreso for evenings but could easily smoke mid-day when I wasn’t looking to accomplish much.See More

Product arrived in some heavy-duty packaging with a matte black pen with gold accents. The pen itself felt solid and when removing the bottom revealed a micro-usb charging port. No button to activate, rather as you take a draw the pen heats up automatically. I did find it very difficult to get a big... toke off the pen as the airflow was very limited. I did find this to be somewhat frustrating as I have become familiar with carts and appreciate how effortless it is to get a decent toke.
The taste does have a reminiscent orange flavor you’re looking for however it also comes with a mild yet odd artificial oily or almost metallic aftertaste. After three draws I started to notice a buzz felt at the top of the head progressing to some relaxing sensations to the muscles of my neck. Found I also felt a bit spacey but generally relaxed. As with most distillate products, after 45 minutes I felt the effects start to wane and a need to track down some flower or product with that “full effect”. Something that I could use in a pinch or in a public situation where I needed to be discrete and social.See More

product arrived in a small neat and tidy box to protect the cartridge. Found the taste was a mix of sweet doughy flavors on inhale and floral aromas moreso present on exhale. No harshness weird aftertastes or burnt flavors I’ve experienced before with other distillate products. The terpene profile... may have been a bit over the top at times but still really enjoyable.  It was also effortless to take a decent haul which is always a plus. The buzz I found to hit me behind the eyes with a hazey/stoney cerebral high plus some generalized relaxation settling on my shoulders and neck.
I found after 4 decent rips I had a solid buzz going which made the activities I was working away on more enjoyable. As time went on, I did find the buzz to be a one note, overly relaxed sensation. Ease of use, solid flavors without being overpowering and a generally relaxed vibe; makes this an easy choice when you’re strapped for time or don’t want to get too ripped.See More

Another budder which had a muted nose which only became apparent as I agitated the budder. Had some sour orange notes as I whipped the product but again nothing comparable to the strain it is representing. Product did appear fresh with a wet sappy appearance; yet the consistency was denser than the ...initial look would let on. Easy to scoop a respectable dab as it acted like creamed honey; with a tendency to stay relatively glued together.

The smoke was smooth with some earthy and mildly citrus terpenes. Buzz once again was a decent hybrid vibe with some hazey cerebral effects felt behind the eyes that slowly transitioned into a relaxed vibe felt throughout the body.  Decent smoke and buzz however the lack of a distinct terpene profile in the smell and taste has me wanting more from this budder. Especially as it is representing one of the more naturally flavorful strains out there.See More

Light peach backgrounds and a wet crystallized sugar appearance made for a visually appealing concentrate. Upon opening the jar, I found the nose to be slightly muted, however as I agitated the live resin; I picked up mainly sweet notes with some minor woody undertones. The sticky or tacky consisten...cy made it simple to collect an appropriately sized dab. Had a relatively clean melt, smooth smoke, plus some sweet and mildly citrus flavors.  Found the buzz to be an overly enjoyable hybrid buzz which both some nice stoney cerebral highs plus some heavier body loads making it difficult to stay motivated.See More

and chunky with some varying “shades of green” ranging from lime to dark forest greens. The buds were sticky with a somewhat greasy appearance likely aided by the healthy layer of resin. There were also some rusty orange pistils and dashes of purple on the tips of some sugar leaves; adding to th...e visuals. The nose was initially muted but after a day in a jar released some floral, kush and mildly gassy aromas.
Burned really in a joint using OCB papers with a distinct oil ring and a near white ash finish. Found the smoke to be mainly sweet with some mild floral notes; without the distinct diesel flavors noticed in the smell. Had an excellent hybrid high hitting with significant euphoric episodes that had me feeling good with a head in the cloud type vibe followed by some decent body load and some mild sedative effects. Impressive smoke, I’d easily recommend as an evening smoke due to the latter sedative effects that would’ve likely sent me to bed after another joint.See More

The budder was incredibly dense and tacky with dark amber to brown colours. Snagging a dab was simple as it clumped together easily but had to put some effort into digging into the pile to collect it.  The consistency had a crusty exterior with a  a hard shell with a thick gummy interior. No perce...ivable smell upon opening the jar.  However, after messing with the product; there was some sweet and doughy smells with some herbal notes to follow. Smoke was smooth with a sweet, earthy and mildly herbal flavors. Burned relatively well with some minor residue left on the end of the nectar collector I used. Had some moderate hybrid effects with some clear cerebral effects followed closely by a relaxed body stone without any noticeable sedative effects. Nice smooth smoke but would be nice to have some more prominent flavors and smells.See More
