It has that greasy chemically flavour gas that I enjoy (less like petrol more like windex). Hard to pinpoint it but a mix of that. It looks beautiful with its thick red/orange hairs. At first glance it looks nice but then I smelled it. It smells like M39 (chinabud, very very good looking M39 at that). I am disappointed with this flower. I tried 2 joints and did not enjoy the taste.

However, what I may not enjoy someone else may enjoy. It burns with a white ash and I d...o get stoned. A bit too harsh for me though. Basically my opinion is that it looks better than it tastes. 5/10

I'm interested to know what other people think.

After trying it, I can say this is much better than it looks. It is definitely a leafier grow, but my first joint burnt amazingly! It has a grey/white ash which surprised me (although I did a mini trim before rolling). Taste wise, it's better than I expected. Sweet with hints of gas. Overall, it... can use a better trim job but I get ripped as hell and I love the taste. 8.5/10 it lost a point for how leafy it looks.

Got it on sale and it arrived in less than 24 hours with the black death mku.

Damn man, that looks intense. Definitely looks like a great purchase to me!

Of the 4 strains I got, (m.a.c.#1 7g, black bubba 28g, dank Schrader 28g and this 3.5g), I was most excited for the Island Rockstar but I found it to be the most disappointing. The nugs are dense and crystally but the flavour isn't as strong as I hoped. 7.5/10

Edit: After putting another joint to the test, I can confirm it isn't as flavourful as I had hoped. I am really stoned though and I feel this has potential to be much tastier.

Another solid strain from HGA. Black Bubba has that bubba kush scent and taste, a hint of sweetness amongst the gas. It is potent and recommended for evenings. If you are a novice smoker, you will get very stoned. Dense and covered in trichomes. 8.5/10

I was impressed with the potential. It was a bit leafier than I expected yet it isn't as leafy as it looks in the pictures. The buds were dense, tight and up to golf ball in size. Taste, it has a strong flavour of what I used to say was ”windex”. Hard to describe, but it is in a good way. It...'s this oily/gassy/greasy green flavour. The high, I get very high and can feel it in my face pretty quickly. Even though it is potent, it is functional potent. 8.5/10

This stuff was almost white looking, caked in trichomes, smelling sweet/fruity/citrusy/baked goods/cookies nose, and gets me STONED. I usually smoke gassy/pinks strains, so this was a bit different for me. I love it though. 9.5/10
