This Widow Cheese from Kootenay Botanicals arrived as one dense and springy bud, sporting a typical cheese appearance with it’s olive green colours and faded orange hairs. Not going to win any insane bag appeal points like most cheese strains, but surely makes up for it in trichome coverage as it�...��s just littered with full, undisturbed heads. Also quite sticky as well.

There’s the woody-cheese type profiles, and the pungent, funky type cheese profiles, and this one is definitely the latter. Sharp, rank notes of aged feta with a faint berry back-end. Very cheesy and acidic, although entices you to keep smelling. Translates surprisingly well to the taste considering most cheese strains don’t, leaving a soft and subtle cheese taste on exhale but not in a overwhelming sense. Smooth hitting and clean burning with a light coloured ash.

The high is extremely heady and begins instantly with it’s uplifting, social, and euphoric effects. Very spacey and stoney, making it insanely easily to drift away with your thoughts and can be a bit too much for some. Slight physical effects kick in eventually but more relaxing than sedating. People that love cheese strains know all about the high it offers and this one was a great example.See More

Absolutely a big fan of Chemdawg related strains. This sample of Purple Chemdawg introduces Grand Daddy Purple into the mix, making for some very beautiful looking buds. A combination of dark greens and light purples, blanketed in full trichome heads.... A little crisp on the outside but not dry all the way through and could definitely use a little Integra/boveda love. It seems very well cured though and decently trimmed minus some sugar leaf.

The aroma instantly gives off unmistakable notes of sweet grapes, reminding me of purple kush, followed by hints of diesel. When broken up, the Chemdawg takes over with a rich, nutty smell and soft grape undertones. Translates to taste very accurately with an ultra smooth and creamy smoke. I will update on the ash and burn once I try it in a joint but in a bong it was effortless to inhale.

When it came to the high, it was no slouch either but it definitely had me slouched back into my couch. It was also very cerebral and focused making it the type of high ideal for show binging or gaming as it didn’t make me tired despite the heavily relaxing and long lasting body effects.See More

Really wanted to try this strain as I’ve enjoyed the Gorilla Breath by Mr.Nice as well. Just noticed a typo when I checked his IG and do believe this strain is called Big Cat Kush instead of Black Cat Kush. The genetics are Mendo Breath x Maximus and I added a 3.5 on top of my order which arrived ...in 2 super sticky, greasy, and dense buds. Very nice colours as well with hints of purple and no leaf at all.

The profile is very reminiscent of a strain I’ve had before but can’t quite put my finger on it. Aromas of pine and sour earth with pungent diesel undertones. Definitely influenced by the Chemdawg genes. The taste is identical when smoked, producing a thick, milky smoke that is extremely smooth allowing for big rips. Nothing super exotic or tropical but just an old-school, nostalgic flavour that is very enjoyable.

The high begins with an instant heady sensation that’s felt behind the eyes and temples. Eventually transcends to the rest of the body in the form of a relaxing and numbing body stone. Definitely creeps up a bit and the more you smoke, the more the indica dominant side shows itself. Glad I got a chance to try this one!See More

Kush Station seem to have the most consistent, bang for buck-budget options in my opinion, though this violator left just a bit to be desired. New on their budget line, this one arrived a little on the leafy/crispy side but with plenty of life as the buds are comprised of such healthy greens and sha...rp orange pistils. Slightly spongy and heavily frosted for a budget option, having many undisturbed trichomes. Pretty much an even split of mediums/bigs and smalls made up 2 ounces.

Not really sure if it’s the profile of this specific cut, or if it’s curing issues, but I’m not the biggest fan and usually love violator. Very fresh and sweet with aromas of earthy soil and wood. Tastes exactly the same on exhale leaving a woodsy aftertaste that isn’t pleasant. I didn’t seem to notice it in the bong and only in a joint but it almost tasted like when a stem or seed gets accidentally smoked. Other than the taste, it burns fairly smooth and clean with a light ash. Seems to be getting a little better after a couple days of curing in jar so that’s promising.

The high is actually decent and I’ve been enjoying the effects. Typical violator buzz but more timid, beginning almost instantly in the head. Soon followed by some relaxing body effects as well. Will most likely be making a batch of edibles. The orange kush and lemon haze were still my favourite budget drops.See More

This live resin is a cross of 2 classic indicas, Afghani × Black Domina. Very moist and soft texture and consistency and simple to work with.

Absolutely love the flavour this one produces and might be my favourite over the others. Earthy and peppery hints followed by a sweet berry taste on... the exhale. Didn’t expect that at all and assumed it would be more of a clear cut, kush type profile. Extremely smooth as well with my e-nail set to 650.

I felt the high this Black Afghan delivered was more of an old-school creeper than an instant knockout indica, which is nice for a change. Mood lifting and euphoric at first but eventually does a complete 180 with relaxing, couch locking effects. Still mentally alert enough to enjoy some tv or games, etc.See More

Beautiful caramel colour and consistency to this Iced Grapefruit. The texture is of a really thick and rich sauce, making it easier to manage and scoop up than something runnier.

The profile is very tangy and citrus dominant with hints of sweet and sour grapefruit. Very pleasant smell and f...lavour with a smooth and effortless exhale. Actually enjoyed this one more than the wedding crasher as I found it terpier.

Yeah I never have much luck with gummies myself as I have a higher tolerance. My brother and I took about 150mg each over the span of a few hours and caught a decent but short-lived, high. A lovely cross of Wedding Cake × Purple Punch. Golden yellow in colour and even lighter than my picture when It’s in the jar as it’s a thinner layer instead of a blob on the dab tool. Very thick and sticky sauce like consistency.

Very pleasant profile with a combination of sweet and ea...rthy undertones and subtle berry and citrus nuances on the exhale. Super clean and smooth with my new enail setup where I can do accurate low temp dabs and savour all the flavour.

Very nice consistency and colour to this GGC live resin. Easy to handle and dab as the texture is similar to budder.

The aroma upon opening the lid was spot on to every time I’ve had GGC in flower form but more pronounced. Sweet, herbal notes with a touch of peppery pine that translated... exceptionally well to taste. I prefer to dab at a lower temp, around 600, and it was extremely smooth and terpy.

Quick on set of effects that included an intense cerebral high that eventually subsided, making room for the relaxing and euphoric, bodily effects. Will always appreciate the potent indica-hybrid effects this strain packs.See More
