Ordered an oz of this and oz of MK ultra. I like the MK but I am having some issues with this wedding cake. The buds look and smell great - all very large super dense, nice gasleak appearance of purple colours and trichome coverage.

Heavy dank smell with just a tiny berry kick at the end. ...Almost completely unnoticeable though as it is completely masked by the pungeant gas scent. This wedding cake smells a lot stronger than the Lindsay OG and MK ultra.

The buds are dry but sticky to the touch. Extremely dense and hard to bust up but retains enough moisture in the grinder to roll a nice joint. However I found the smoke to be much more harsh in comparison to the other gas leak strains. Super heavy and choky. This stuff also burns a bit dark.

There is a very pronounced sweet and sour taste on the exhale. It tastes like a wedding cake that had gone bad after sitting in the hot summer sun for a week. Super funky and off putting. Not for me at all. I keep going back to try it thinking maybe I won’t mind the taste this time, but alas every bong hit is harsh with a strong funky taste. It really does taste like rotten fruit or something. I have found Romulan to be similair as well. I can’t speak for everyone, but I really dislike the taste of this wedding cake.

The first bud I ground up had a seed in the grinder. Pretty laughable for an “AAAA+” grade, I’m sure there’s more seeds in the remaining jar. I suspect possible mold or curing issues because one of the buds when broken apart revealed a very brown/tan interior with no crystals. I compared it to a different bud from the jar which busted up crystally and stinky with purple and green interior. This one bud is almost all brown and dry to the touch. No grey web type mold spotted as of yet.

There was also a weird foreign object in one of the buds. It was very noticeable as it shined a lot in the light. It looked like a tiny piece of shiny scaly film or thin paper. I removed it with tweezers, unsure of what it was. Maybe perlite or something but was really shiny? Not a big deal but worth mentioning.

The potency on this stuff is good - heavy couchlock effects nice and relaxing stone. But I get the same effects from the MK ultra which doesn’t have the foul taste.

For potency this is pretty equal so it gets a 9 in that regard, however the other issues bring down its overall rating. I’m giving it a 6.5/10 for quality. Low to some but I stand behind it. For $220 an oz labeled a quad, it shouldn’t be harsh smoke and burn dark with seeds and foreign objects and possible bud rot like come on?

Really enjoying this stuff. It was a free “eighth” sample that weighed 4.2g. Ordered two oz plus an eighth and got a free eighth.

All the gas leak buds look similair - large, dark, with purple notes. Sticky to the touch. The Lindsay has a pretty weak nose tbh. Smells like good kush. Bu...t weak. Very earthy and a bit floral with a bit of dank. Not nearly as stinky as the mike Tyson but smokes so much better.

Smell translates into taste, very earthy smoke. Smooth but heavy. You won’t cough but you can feel your lungs expanding.

Great instant couch lock just like the Tyson - however it has a much better head buzz that lasts longer. Honestly I have found with the mike Tyson I need to smoke more after only 20 mins. The couch lock effects last long but the head buzz fades fast. Lindsay is much better.

Stuff isn’t too sedating. Strong indica effects with a great head buzz and tasty smooth smoke make this or the MK ultra my favorite strain by gas leak. However the wedding cake and Tyson have a more pungeant odor.

I got 4 of the gas leak strains and will post my reviews on each one. I’ve had them for a few days now and have mostly good things to say about them.

The MK ultra has huge, sticky, dark green buds with a very nice trim job. I found appearance wise all the gas leak strains looks similair....

The MK has nice pungeant pine aroma with a bit of kush and earth but mostly a sharp pine type smell. I used to get MK From a grower and I remember it having a strange chemical type taste which is lacking with this gas leak batch. But still great taste. Nose is a bit milder than the wedding cake.

Real good couchlock effects. I’ve been using this stuff to sleep at night as I found it to be the most sedating of the gas leak strains.

This stuff isn’t quite as dense as the wedding cake or Tyson, or Lindsay.

Very great cure on this. Sticky to the touch. Heavy smoke with a good taste. This and the Lindsay OG are my two favourites so far. The mike Tyson is over hyped IMO and I have some issues with the wedding cake.

Not really sure on how I feel value wise. This is good bud for sure. Reccomend for indica fans. Quality is a 8.5/10 for me. I’ll be posting the other reviews in due time.See More

Work is slow so not only did I have to get a budget strain but I also redeemed all my kush points towards this order. Paid $15 shipping but otherwise paid $0.26 a gram for this stuff and the ice wreck. But this is a $100 oz

Mostly tiny popcorns. There was a disclaimer saying this but I also... saw lots of big buds in other peoples batches from before. I guess at the end of the day you have to go by what it says and if it says medium to small buds, I can’t really complain that I got medium to small buds without looking like a goof.

Smaller pieces have a bit of leaf kinda bunk. But otherwise good solid trim. Tight calyx makes the trichomes pop. Armchair growing experts will claim this stuff is PGR.

good strong orange scent. Smells like blue berry if it were oranges instead if that makes sense.

This another budget strain from KS currently available for $125 I believe. I tried the nuken and black diamond and zombie kush as well.

As far as appearance and nose goes, this stuff is by far the best choice for a budget strain. Absolutely filthy amount of crystals this photo doesn’t do... justice at all. A bit leafy but not too bad. Bud busts up fine.

Completely reeks some of the stinkiest stuff I’ve had in a while. Dank kush type nose a bit flowery. Not sweet or vanilla despite the label. It’s a bit sweeter when smoked but when it’s sitting in the bag it’s very loud and potent kush stank. For nose and appearance this stuff is crazy for the price. The kind of weed where if you have it in your bag at work the whole room will stink.

Unfortunately it doesn’t smoke nearly as good as it looks. Very short lived mild stone to it. Decent head buzz but fades away quick. To be expected from a budget strain to be honest because if this crystally sticky bud got you wrecked it would be $200+. I knew what I was getting into.

The smoke is smooth and stanky. Bud burns kind of quick but ash is white. Smoke lots if you want to get good effects but otherwise it’s great for day to day use. Still dumbfounded as to how a budget oz can stink so much it reeks like a quad and looks like a high trip. Smokes definetly like AA tho. If I recall correctly I found the black diamond to be the best choice potency wise.

For the $6 I think it is, it’s great. It’s only a two piece but there is a compartment underneath for ground up bud storage. Teeth are sharp, metal is decent quality. It’s actually magnetic closure. Nothing crazy sound and sturdy but for less than $10 it’s nice. It’s really small and thin ...as well good for pocket size. I’m going to leave mine in my car.

Was able to get this in bulk despite not being on the menu. I asked in advance about some strains and was suggested this. The buds are well cured and sticky. Sport a wide range of greens with some purple notes.

Good trichome coverage. Buds are a tad leafy. Good bubba and mild gassy nose bu...t not as pungeant as I thought it would be. However the taste comes out a lot more than the smell which is where it counts imo. *very* smooth smoke with great bubba taste that I know and love. Medium gray ash. It’s like a 50/50 earthy bubba kush taste with some gassy after taste. However it isn’t offensively gassy like a lot of the weed available online these days. This stuff is well balanced in effects and taste.

This stuff has the classic kush throat grab. Potency isn’t smack you in the face crazy but I only had a small bowl to taste it. Felt nice and relaxed yet alert and focused. Really enjoyed the taste of the smoke on this one considering the price paid. I agree with its AAA+ rating.

So the buds could be manicured a bit better and it’s not the most potent bubba kush in the world but it’s a good smoke for all purpose use. Daytime night time before bed whatever.

Hard dense nugs. Well manicured. Mostly smalls as per disclaimer. Cpl 1+ grammers.
Great nose. Earthy and dank with sweet kushy spice. **extremely tasty and potent**
I ...smoked just a tiny rip out of a freshly cleaned bong to taste it. You get an initial bright fresh taste which is quickly enveloped by a dank and kushy flavour that taints your entire palate like your brushing pure kush onto your tongue. You can taste it long after smoking as well.

Burns nice and clean. White ash and smooth thick smoke. Feel it behind your eyes right away. Starts off as well balanced hybrid type buzz and then the body effects creep in. It is kind of like creeper weed but it starts off strong and gets stronger. This stuff can go a long way if you just want to get ripped off a small amount. I have a tolerance as well.

This stuff checks all the boxes. If you wanna shell out the cash for it it’s a must try. They had the island pink before for $195 which was on par with this stuff for $260. I used the coupon code and paid $234 an oz for this which is the upper limit of what I find reasonable for fire, but this stuff is great. Only negative would be the small buds however the entire batch is grown well so even the small buds bust up good and have minimal stem.

The buds have a good cure on them and have that good greasy texture to them which I like.

I had asked in advance about the nose on this and if it was at all fresh or grassy. I was assured it had an earthy and gassy nose, which it does albeit a bit mild. Not so much muted as just weak. Although it definetly has some sort of a sour kick to its nose. Kind of off putting as in it’s not sou...r in the genetics or terpenes but it’s a lower grade so you get that kind of boof smell. It’s not the worst I’ve come across although I think there may be better budget ozs available rn from KS (peyote cookies look thicc)

for $100 it’s pretty crystally. Mostly small buds as mentioned in disclaimer. Trim isn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I’m not really a death bubba guy, I think regular bubba is great and then the death came and killed it which is why it’s called death bubba.

I liked the zombie, nuken, and black diamond more, but those were all aaa- this is aa+ so at least it’s pretty consistent.

Not really a sativa guy normally however I decided to change it up after going to the doctors. Thought I had Mono but it turns out I was just smoking indica exclusively. This C99 ended up being my favorite strain in my order.

The smell is very similar to the sour amnesia which I got - like... candied oranges or a box of nerd candies something straight out of willy wonkas testing room. The sour amnesia has a bit more of a sour-pungeant kind of kick in the face to it.

However the buds have a lot more structural integrity than the sour amnesia. The SA is kind of an unruly sticky mess, whereas this C99 is nice buds even the I only got 3.5.

Your fingers get sticky as you pick away at this flower and deposit into grinding device. Room smells like oranges. Smoke also smells like oranges a bit so less offensive to roommates and neighbors.

Super potent head effects. Not really energizing or stimulating but definetly gets the brain going. Good candidate for the paranoia weed strain.
