Packaging:Very basic. Old-school ziplocks, vacuum bagged, wrapped with gift-wrapping paper. Effective, but not eye-pleasing. Strains are tagged with name and weight.
Products / Photos:I chose Texada Timewarp, AK-47, and blueberry. Like previous reviews state, yes, it has a distinct grassy hay smell. Not bad, just there. Smells and feels like plant. Taste is very grassy as well. The high on both of my strains was great. Not punch in the face after 2 puffs kinda high, more like a large cruise ship taking it’s time to get to crusing speed, and then staying there to cross the Atlantic. A lot longer high than I’m used to. The Timewarp was very cerebral and almost hallucinogenic im it’s euphoria. Can’t comment on the Blueberry since I didnt taste it. All in all, both strains are excellent, even if bag appeal isnt the best. Both burn nice and clean and provide a very pure high with almost no burnout.

Incentive for Customers:None that I know of. I ordered during their black friday sale, so the oz cost 112 including shipping. I got some kief as a sample, havent tried it yet, but looks and smells excellent.

Ordering & Pricing: Standard pricing for AAA-AAAA, however deep discounts for volume orders. Personally got 35% for having 4 ounces in my order, plus a 10% code for first ord...er
Communication: Did not need to contact them, but placed order and received within 48 hours during a strike period, so I guess they are quick

Products: Order was split between me and my friend, I had ordered the Bruce Banner #3, he got Strawberry Cough, GSC and Green Crack. All looked nice, the Green Crack being the lowest grade was a bit fluffy and not as caked in crystal I would have liked, but still quite nice. My own stuff, smells quite floral, with a touch of diesel and lemon, Burns to nice white/light grey ash, and provides your stereotypical hybrid buzz, not much couch-lock and a nice jolt of energy within the first 30 minutes of toking. All other flowers I tasted, but do not have pictures of or a more in-depth opinion. I will say that not a signle strain was bad.
Incentive for Customers: Discounts are higher the more product you have in your order, 10% on your first order, free 14 of OG Kush when order is more than 300$ (the OG Kush was not bad, but very dry). Also nice point system, they seem to accumulate rather quickly.

Notes: Was hesitant to try seeing as their pricing threw me off a little, but pleasantly surprised. Will order again, but I would personally stay within their AAA+/AAAA strains and not go lower.
