Ordering & Pricing: Ordered through the online store during the Victoria Day Sale. Regular price was somewhere around 235, but the sale put it just north of 200. Honestly that’s starting to get a little rich for my blood, but it really i...s primo nug.
Communication: Pacific Grass is always right on top of keeping in touch. Last time I asked a question (about a little metal kief tin from a previous order) I had an email response within 2 hours. Can’t complain. I don’t even text family members back that quick lol
Packaging: Nug vac sealed in Mylar, in one of their cool little black cardboard cigar boxes (which I love way more than I should btw 🤷♂️), wrapped in a mailer bag. Oddly this cigar box is a fair bit bigger than ones I’ve gotten on previous orders.
Products: Enigma Extracts Gelato. Gorgeous nuggets. Plump, dense buds with mixes of purples and greens, with fiery orange hairs, and a thick blanket of snowy trichs. Awesome cure- sticky and busts up a dream. This stuff absolutely reeks. Very, very loud, and super unique too. The smell is crazy pungent- sweet, creamy, and earthy. Very musky... thick, almost like incense. Maple syrup, spice, and a touch of mushrooms, maybe? The taste is similar, a combination of sweet and earthy- caramel and peat moss? Brown sugar and campfires? It’s yummy as hell whatever it is. https://i.imgur.com/1h699SU.jpg Incentive for Customers: All kinds of incentive to shop with Pacific Grass- a different strain on sale every day, lots of good bundle deals, and a great reward point system
Incentive for Review: Yes. If you leave a review on a few platforms you get 25$ worth of reward points.
Ordering & Pricing: Ordering through the web store is easy. On my last order (on 420) I earned a boatload of extra reward points to use. Since my last order the Enigma mix and match bundle has gone from a 15% discount to a 10% discount. No...t a huge difference, but still noticeable. At full price I feel like it’s a smidge steep... but Enigma gear IS fire... you pay to play 🤷♂️. That said, with the reward points I had been hoarding it was a no brainer.
Communication: Every time I’ve ever spoken with someone from Pacific Grass, I’ve gotten a prompt, polite, helpful answer. I generally speak with them through email, but I have also used the chat on their site, and on discord. Always super professional.
Packaging: Dabs in a glass jar, with a plastic lid and a sheet of plastic to keep the lid clean. Vacuum sealed in mylar with a PG postcard, in their nice, branded, black cardboard box, wrapped in a mailer bag.
Product: Ghost Train Haze Premium FSE by Enigma. I ordered some Ghost Train Haze badder direct from Enigma back when he had his site. It was phenomenal. This FSE is very comparable, the biggest difference being the texture. The smell, taste, and high are all very similar. I LOVE the smell of this stuff. Super duper uber terpy. So lemony it’s almost obnoxious. Like huffing straight lemon pledge. Soooooo citrusy. A lemon warhammer to the ol’ sniffer. The taste is very citrusy as well, but more sweet than sour. Very warm and sugary... like lemon jujubes maybe? The texture was unlike any other Enigma extract I’ve tried (and I’ve tried a few)... it was somewhere between damp sand and earwax. A fair bit dryer and less saucy than I’m used to, but also SUPER easy to work with because of that texture. It’s maybe a bit less sexy, but a bit more user friendly. https://i.imgur.com/8tKxtAB.jpg Incentive for Customers: A great reward point system. A different strain on sale most days. Lots of sales for holidays. A bunch of mix and match bundles.
Incentive for Review: If you post up reviews on three sites you get 25$ worth of reward points back.
Ordering & Pricing: Dead simple through their website. I ordered on 420. They were having a sale (promotion?) where you got back 4.2x the reward points on orders. I got a mix and match bundle that took 15% off Enigma products.
Comm...unication: I didn’t have to contact anyone for this order, but they keep you in the loop with automated emails
Packaging: Products vac sealed in mylar, with a few stickers and a postcard, in a nice black cardboard pacific grass cigar-type box, wrapped in a thin plastic mailer- It wasn’t the usual compostable mailer envelope.
Product: Jet Star Diamonds by Enigma. Ridiculous bag (jar?) appeal, one (1!) enormous, great big glacier of a diamond, nearly the size of a fingernail, sitting in a nice viscous, easy to work with, intensely terpy sauce. Breaking a chunk off that beauty to take a dab actually caused me a fair amount of emotional distress... but it was worth it. Smells of fuel, peppery, with a hint of sweetness. A touch of overripe fruit, nearly drowned out by the stank of a gas station. Taste reminds me of straight Rockstar- gassy, kushy, and dank. A nice bright, clean flavour. Nice low temp dabs with fat clouds.

Incentive for Customers: A great reward point system. Always a different strain on sale every day. A number of nice mix and match bundle options (I’m particularly fond of the Enigma mix and match).
Incentive for Review: If you post a few reviews you get 25$ worth of reward points back.
Ordering & Pricing: Ordering is straightforward. Their site is easy to maneuver, and even includes a timer for the cutoff for next day shipping. I paid 34$ for an eighth. Steep, but the ounce price (like 230~) was a bit more reasonable. I ...feel it’s a fair price for nug this nice.
Communication: I didn’t need to communicate with anyone for this particular order, but I have spoken with Pacific Grass on discord, and they’re always quick to answer, and polite.
Packaging: Nice packaging. Sealed in a Mylar bag, inside a nice black cardboard, branded, Pacific Grass box (I’ve seen folks post pics of these, but none of my previous orders have come with one 🤷♂️), all of which is packed in a compostable mailer.
Product: Girl Scout Cookies by Enigma. Ultra dense, well manicured, light green buds. Smells sweet, floral and bitter. Sour candy, or fruit that’s not quite ripe. Taste is more muted... less fruity and more earthy. Almost like black tea? Nice mellow high. Relaxing, but not night-ending. A very enjoyable smoke.
https://i.imgur.com/wOmzSyy.jpg Incentive for Customers: There’s a different strain on sale every day. They have different bundle deals regularly. They also have a rewards point system that is absolutely tippy-top.
Incentive for Review: Yes. 25$ worth of reward points.
Ordering and Pricing: I ordered a mix and match deal of Enigma Extracts products. 15% off the list price for a number of different Enigma products, which included (at the time I ordered anyway) diamonds, live resin, shatter, carts and flow...er. I bought 2 grams of Panic Attack diamonds, 1 gram of Pink Tar diamonds, and 1 gram of White Bananas shatter for like $202 shipped to my door.
Communication: I’ve never had to contact them (the online store works dandy, so I’ve never had a reason to get in touch with them), but I appreciate their automated emails keeping you appraised of your pack’s status every step of the way.
Packaging: I love Pacific Grass’ packaging. All my extracts vac sealed in a bag, in a compact flat box, then stuck in a compostable mailer. Looks a book or maybe a video game from the outside.
Product: Panic Attack diamonds- huge glaciers of diamonds sitting in a light golden syrup of happiness. The terp sauce is a little runnier than I’m used to, but it’s nice and easy to deal with. Just emanates a fruity, spicy stink. Like grapefruit dipped in black pepper. Very similar taste on the dab. Very smooth. I’m not someone who’s prone to anxiety, so I find the high very energizing and euphoric... I could certainly see some folks getting the jitters from it though https://i.imgur.com/4O4ew9I.jpg Incentive for Customers: a different deal of the day, everyday, almost always a coupon code floating around, PLUS a really good reward point system
Incentive for Review: Yeah. You earn 25$ worth of points for putting up reviews
Ordering and Pricing: Ordered without a hitch through their website. Shipped the next day. Had a discount code for 12% off.
I payed about 60$ for a quarter after the discount. Enigma gear is always top notch and I feel the price p...er ounce is fair. You get what you pay for.
Communication: Didn’t need to communicate with anyone throughput the process. That being said, I did receive automated emails every step of the way (upon ordering, shipping, the morning it went out for delivery, and even once it had been delivered).
Packaging: Very professionally done. Flower in a Mylar ziplock, vac sealed, packed in a box, and the whole lot placed into a compostable mailer. Snazzy.
Product: Chocolate Nightmare by Enigma
Nice dense, well cured nuggets. Mostly a mix of medium and small buds, but I only ordered a quarter. Not the craziest stink out of the bag, but a week in a mason jar fixed that. Smells sweet and gassy, with hints of vanilla and chocolate, with a classic kushy aftertaste. Very sticky and dank. ‘Nigma kills it again. https://i.imgur.com/vGqNfJt.jpg
Incentive for Customers: lots of incentives. Always running some kind of sale, and one of the best reward points systems going.
Incentive for Review: Yes. 25$ worth of reward points.
