Sign Up: Relatively simple, but there were some snags, which is the only reason this is a 9. Signed up, needed approval, emailed and got approval, website has my account on review, emailed again, lol. The responses were speedy however, and they se...t aside a set of the CBD sampler I was after until the issue was resolved. Package was mailed on the 12th, received on 15th.
Communication: Great communication and fast resolution of issues.
Packaging: Pretty much the exact same as the other reviews posted. Nice sturdy box with packing tape(thankfully, CP rammed it into my mail box and tore the envelope bag down the sides). Vacuum bag and no smell until I opened it. Another plus for me personally was the box was shaped in such a way that it could fit in an apartment mail box. A missed delivery usually means at least one-four days of waiting for it to finally show up at the damn postal outlet.
Products / Photos: Light in here is crap right now, so I’ll add some tomorrow morning. I will say the CBD Therapy and Shark Shock(tastes like cherry candies!) are doing exactly what I wanted them for, and I’ve got a new night time favourite with the Bubbashine sample they sent. Three samples total including that, plus Caboose and Rockgod #8, and two Hillside Pharm stickers. All three have been wonderfully sticky and very tasty. I actually forgot to step up my temperature for the Shark Shock because I was appreciating it so much. Everything was overweight by .5 to 1.2!

Notes: A (relatively) pain free experience. HSP is definitely going on my keeper list, unless something happens to change that opinion.
