MOM Name: King Tuts
Overall rating: 8/10
Sign Up: I honestly don’t remember anything about the sign-up process, or if I even had to give an ID, but the fact it was unremarkable enough to be forgotten so fast says enough on its own.
Ordering & Pricing: Ordering is done as no...rmal through the website. It is very easy to navigate and the purchase process was, again, unremarkable. There is a decent selection of products available, with the main focus of their business seeming to be flower at the moment. They have 12 strains in stock right now, ranging from 129 to 229 dollars per ounce (though they usually have 99 dollar strains in stock). They also have several types of extract available (two shatters, a rosin, and a live resin), with most being quite affordable. If you’re looking for edibles, you’ll have to go elsewhere though, because they don’t carry any. Not a huge deal for me personally, but be aware if that’s an issue for you. Finally, they carry a selection of supplies that also function as the free gifts you get with most orders. If you buy an ounce, you get one free gift from the 9.95 tier, and if you buy two ounces, you get three from that tier or one from the 29.95 tier. The same also applies for buying 99 or 198 dollars worth of concentrate, though you can also get weed samples when buying concentrate if you’d prefer. I ordered during a special promotion and received a Pensimple grinder (retail value something like 70 dollars) as one of my free gifts, along with a blue hammer bubbler. I was also sent a free pack of Raw rolling papers.
Communication: Absolutely top notch. The owner is quick to respond to emails and when I had an issue with my order, he was very quick to fix it. They’re also very active on this forum and I think I’ve seen them on the Discord as well.
Packaging: The packaging was excellent on both my original and my replacement package. In each case, the product came in a bubble mailer. This contained an opaque resealable bag which further contained a vacuum sealed bag with the product inside. The original shipment also contained the Pensimple, which was just in its manufacturer’s packaging, and the bubbler, which was in its own separate bag. Both bags of flower that I received contained a Boveda pack.
Products: My initial order was for one ounce of Death Bubba and one ounce of hash, each costing 99 dollars. Note that shipping is not free at any price point at King Tuts, and instead costs 20 dollars flat.
Death Bubba (Indica-dominant Hybrid) - This strain came in the form of relatively small nugs of moderate firmness that smell strongly of herbs and spice. It works best in joints, I find, and it burns reasonably cleanly, though the ash is darker than I’d like. The effects are about what you’d expect from cannabis in this price range. It’s not weak, but not ridiculously potent either. It chills me right out and I tend to smoke it mostly before I go to sleep, both because it’s cheap and because it gets me in the mood for bed pretty fast. I wasn’t blown away by this stuff, but I didn’t think it was bad at all either.
Hash - This is where the initial order really fell apart for me. This stuff was genuinely the worst cannabis product I’ve had in my entire life. I can’t emphasize enough how much I hated it. It tasted and smelled like burnt hair. It gave off black smoke when lit on fire. It was crackling and giving off tiny sparks as it burned. It was horrifying and I felt pretty ripped off because I knew I wasn’t smoking another hit of the ounce block I purchased. To be completely clear, they stopped selling this stuff very quickly (presumably after receiving various complaints) and it hasn’t been on their site for a while now.
After testing these products, I shot off an email describing my experiences. To their credit, they got back to me very quickly and immediately asked how I’d like them to make it right. I asked for an ounce of the 99 dollar Nuken that was available at the time as a replacement and they were totally cool with sending it. I received it in short order and set to work testing it out.
Nuken (Indica-dominant Hybrid) - This stuff impressed the hell out of me and single-handedly saved the order. It is some seriously excellent cannabis for a 99 dollar ounce. The nugs are tight, beefy, and a real joy to look at in my opinion. I find the smell to be fairly similar to the Death Bubba, but with a bit more sweetness. It burns remarkably clean, producing white ash every time. It is noticeably more potent than the Death Bubba and also a bit less sedating, though it’s still an indica and I’m not exactly feeling like running a marathon after a joint or two of the stuff. This is very high quality cannabis for a 99 dollar ounce and I’m very satisfied with it.
I’ll also review the accessories I was sent. To be clear, none of my complaints about the Pensimple reflect on King Tuts at all. The owner was very clear that he had only bought eight to give away and hadn’t tested it at all beforehand, so I went into it knowing that there might well be flaws (not that it really mattered anyway, since it was free). I’m just reviewing it for anyone else who might consider buying one.
Pensimple grinder - I have seriously mixed opinions on this thing. For starters, the price is obscene relative to its performance. I can’t possibly overstate how ripped off I’d feel if I’d actually bought it at retail price, instead of getting it for free. The idea is supposed to be that you grind the weed using the built-in grinder, let the ground weed sit in a holding chamber, then hold a button to dispense it on-demand with a little motorized mechanism. In reality, this thing is useless for that purpose because the built-in grinder doesn’t get the weed fine enough to actually dispense. It’s such a massive and obvious flaw that it’s amazing the manufacturer even has the balls to market the grind-and-dispense function as the primary usage of the product. You can assemble the grinder portion on its own to use as a sort of on-demand grinder (almost like a pepper mill) but I prefer a finer grind so I don’t ever see myself using that function.
With all that said, I have found a place for the Pensimple in my stoner tool collection, and that’s due to the third function. See, you can pull out the grinder part in order to basically create a big pre-ground weed dispenser that holds something like a half-quad and dispenses it at the touch of a button. It comes with a funnel so that you can easily dump your ground weed in there, and that stuff should be more than fine enough to be dispensed by the Pensimple’s mechanism if you’re using a standard grinder. Since I got the device, any time I want to smoke a different strain but still have cannabis in my grinder, I’ve just tossed the leftovers in the Pensimple. When I’m lazy, don’t really care what I’m blazing, and just want a bowl quickly, I grab the Pensimple, dispense a bowl of random mixed weed, and I’m good to go. On top of that, it’s super portable due to the form factor, so I could easily see myself using it as an on-the-go cannabis container for blazing while I’m out and about. If I’m walking down the street with a pipe (legal where I live), packing a quick bowl with the Pensimple is going to be way easier than fumbling around with a standard grinder, so I’m looking forward to using it for those purposes. All in all: I’m happy that I got the Pensimple for free, but I’d never advise anybody to spend the money on one unless it’s at a truly ridiculous discount. Even then, keep in mind that it’s really only useful as a portable weed dispenser, with the grinder function being pretty useless (unless you use it pepper mill-style, and then only if you like a really rough grind).
Blue hammer bubbler - This is a very cheaply made, very simple hammer bubbler. The glass is pretty thin, but not quite so thin that it’ll break with the slightest tap, and it’s been molded very poorly, to the point where it doesn’t stand up properly and you have to balance it if you’re not holding it. That said, it hits very well for such a cheap piece of China glass and I’ve been smoking it fairly often since I got it. I foresee it becoming a travel piece, since it’s pretty portable and it doesn’t matter if it gets broken.
Incentive for Customers: Nothing consistent, but they do have promos on a regular basis.
Incentive for Review: None, though the owner did request that I review my order. That said, I review all my orders anyway so I’d have done it regardless.
Conclusion: My experience with King Tuts got off to a rocky start. However, I walked away extremely satisfied with their customer service and their willingness to make things right without hesitation. The hash was awful, but the other cannabis I received ranged from good to excellent. I didn’t feel like I overpaid for the Death Bubba and if anything, I feel like I underpaid for the Nuken (well, it was a replacement, but it cost the same as the hash so I basically bought it). The free gifts are a really nice touch that sets them apart from other MOMs and while I’m not used to paying for shipping, I don’t mind as long as the price of the product is right. I decided that I can’t give them higher than an eight out of ten for this order, given the hash situation, but I was happy enough with how it turned out in the end that I didn’t feel right going lower either. I will definitely be ordering from King Tuts again in the future.

MOM Name: The Wellness Temple
Overall rating: 8/10
Sign Up: ID is required, but only name and date of birth must be visible. I had no problems getting registered.
Ordering & Pricing: Ordering is done through their website in the normal fashion. Their prices are pretty competi...tive, with ounces ranging from 84 to 240 dollars, though the bulk of strains are 150 or higher. They currently have 41 strains in stock, so there’s quite the variety of flower to choose from. They also have a decent selection of concentrates, mostly focused on shatter and live resin. Their shatter is affordable, with several types at the 32 dollar mark and most no higher than 36. There’s a similarly-sized selection of edibles, but I don’t use them much so I only skimmed through this section. There look to be some pretty tasty wares on sale, though I have seen better deals elsewhere strictly on a per mg basis.
Communication: I didn’t have to communicate via email on this order. However, the package was dispatched on Tuesday after being ordered on the long weekend and arrived on Thursday, which is the usual timespan for my MOM orders. There is a live chat on their website, but I didn’t have to use it either.
Packaging: The packaging job was excellent. An outer plastic wrapper contained a cardboard box that was sealed inside a second layer of plastic. Opening the box revealed a vacuum sealed bag containing the products and a small bubble wrap bag containing various goodies. There was zero smell until the vacuum sealed bag was penetrated.
Products / Photos: This was my first time ordering from The Wellness Temple. I purchased one ounce of Blue Monster flower (indica-dominant hybrid), along with one gram each of Uptown Extracts Megalodon Shatter (sativa), Wellness Temple Animal Cookies Shatter (indica-dominant hybrid), and True Lion Platinum Romulan Shatter (indica). This came to a subtotal of 254 dollars, reduced to a final total of just over 203 dollars by the 20% off sale that was active at the time. In addition to what I ordered, I also received a free gram of Girl Scout Cookies (indica-dominant hybrid) and a free joint of Blueberry AK (hybrid). On top of that, they sent a small goodie bag of cannabis-related items. Mine contained the following: one pack of OCB rolling papers, one pack of Raw filter tips, two of the small 62% Boveda packs, and the single cheapest pipe I’ve ever seen in my life. Don’t get me wrong, free is free and I appreciate it, but this thing is hilarious. I’ll be reviewing each of these accessories along with the cannabis products, because why not?
Blue Monster - I wanted to restock on indica and decided to buy this strain mostly because I liked the name. Blue Monster has an earthy, sour aroma, and comes in the form of decent-sized nugs that largely taper into a point at the end. The nugs themselves are fairly frosty, with a bunch of orange hairs covering each one. This flower smokes incredibly well in both joints and bongs and produces a clean, white ash. It’s a heavy-hitter, and my eyes were drooping pretty soon after I was done blazing. There was a comfortable pressure in my head and I was overall not in any mood to get up out of my chair. I’m not going to be smoking this stuff every day, but I’m glad I have it around. I especially think it’ll be great for evening weed, or maybe for watching movies. It usually costs 150 dollars, but I got it for 120, and I feel like I got a pretty good deal.
Girl Scout Cookies - This sample came as one airy, slightly dry nug. It smells spicy and smokes pretty clean with a grayish-white ash. The effects are fairly calming with a stronger head effect than I was expecting from an indica-dominant hybrid. As with the Blue Monster, I was moderately couchlocked afterwards and I regretted smoking a joint of it right before leaving the house. It was a little bit harsh to smoke due to the dryness and I overall didn’t enjoy it quite as much as the Blue Monster. That said, it wasn’t bad weed at all and I enjoyed the sample, though likely not enough to purchase it for myself.
Blueberry AK joint - This smoked clean and smooth, producing a fine white ash. Effects-wise, it came off like your standard ~50-50 hybrid, with decent potency but not much to distinguish the high relative to other cannabis. It was a pretty good time though, and for a free preroll, I certainly can’t complain.
Uptown Extracts Megalodon Shatter - This shatter is extremely stable and can easily be broken up and manipulated by hand. It’s almost like a broken piece of stained glass that you can see straight through. The taste is hard to describe. It’s bit earthy, but there’s this sort of sharp taste as well and I can’t place it at all. The effects are very strongly oriented towards the head, and it picked me up right away when I smoked it as if I’d just taken a swig of coffee. This is strong, high-quality shatter and I don’t think it’s overpriced at 36 dollars a gram, meaning I got a great deal by picking it up for about 29.
Wellness Temple Animal Cookies Shatter - Unlike the last shatter, this one is quite goopy, though it gets somewhat easier to work with once you’ve got it off the paper. The consistency was a bit of a problem because the wax paper it’s on is very thin and the wax was oozing right up to the edge of it on one side. I had to try and gather the shatter and move it away from the edge because any time I tried to take shatter off that portion, the paper would just rip. It wasn’t that bad, but it was a mild annoyance. I can’t really describe the flavour, but it wasn’t overly strong and wasn’t really identifiable as anything in particular. The effects are mostly body-oriented, but I didn’t really find it to be that potent. I’ve gone through quite a bit of it already and while I can get a decent buzz going, it fades very quickly. It might just be that the strain didn’t agree with me, but this is the only part of the order I really wasn’t a fan of. I wouldn’t be opposed to trying a different type of Wellness Temple shatter in the future, but I won’t be buying the Animal Cookies again.
True Lion Platinum Romulan Shatter - This shatter is between the last two in terms of stability. It’s nowhere near as goopy as the Animal Cookies, but it’s got a much more taffy-like consistency than the Megalodon. The flavour on this one is really strong. It tastes like... some kind of vegetable, maybe? In case you can’t tell, I’m not so good at distinguishing the flavours of shatter, but what I can say for sure is that this stuff tastes pretty good for such an inexpensive concentrate (32 a gram regular, ~26 on sale). As far as the potency is concerned, I’d say it’s not going to rock your world, but it’s definitely not weak either. It produces the nice, relaxing stone you’d expect from a 100% indica, and I think it’s a pretty good buy for what it costs. I’d be happy to try True Lion shatter again, though I’d likely want to buy another strain just for variety’s sake.
OCB rolling papers - These are a bit smaller than the Raws I usually use, but that aside, they’re perfectly good rolling papers. I probably won’t be switching brands, but I appreciate the chance to broaden my horizons a bit by trying them out.
Raw filter tips - They’re filter tips. What else can I say? They aren’t perforated, so if that’s important to you, maybe try another kind.
Boveda packs - These things are a godsend if you keep a large quantity of cannabis around. As long as you keep it in a sealed glass jar, the pack will keep your buds nice and fresh for a very long time. I strongly recommend picking some up if you haven’t already.
The world’s cheapest pipe - I swear, this pipe is fucking hysterical. It’s simple clear glass with a stem that’s about four inches long and maybe a half centimetre wide. It works perfectly fine, even if it feels a bit weird to smoke off such a thin stem, but it feels like it will explode into a million pieces if you look at it wrong. I’ll probably keep it as a disposable little thing where it doesn’t matter if it breaks or not. To be clear, I’m not seriously criticizing TWT with this part of the review. I get that they had to buy really cheap pipes in bulk to send as freebies and, as I said before, free is free. I appreciate that they sent it and it’s way better than getting no pipe at all.
Incentive for Customers: Free shipping over 199 dollars.
Incentive for Review: None.
Conclusion: Overall, I’d say this was a positive first order with a bump or two in the road. The Blue Monster is very good quality flower in my opinion, and while I wasn’t blown away by the two samples, neither was bad cannabis by any stretch (just not as good as the Blue Monster). The Megalodon Shatter deserves to be shouted out for its high quality and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, powerful dab. The True Lion is also good, albeit a bit more average than the Megalodon. The Animal Cookies Shatter was the one thing in the order I truly didn’t like. It looks good on the wax paper, but it just wasn’t doing it for me in all other departments. I’m not sore about it though, especially since I enjoyed everything else they sent. Finally, I really appreciated the goodie bag of accessories. I needed small Boveda packs and filter tips, so that was super convenient, and while the cheap pipe is ridiculous, it’s still a nice thing to have around. I definitely plan to purchase from The Wellness Temple again in the future.

Ordering & Pricing: Ordering is done through their website in the normal way. BCBD has pretty competitive prices, with an ounce of cannabis running you anywhere from 110 to 2...50 dollars. They currently have nine strains in stock, though there’s both regular and popcorn variants available for two of them. They also have a moderate assortment of concentrates available for pretty good prices, though they have zero edible selection aside from a few tinctures. While BCBD is a great option for flower and concentrates, I would not advise them for edibles, as their selection on that front is pretty lacking most of the time. This isn’t a major issue for me since I rarely consume edibles anyway, but bear this in mind if you eat a lot of them.
Communication: I didn’t have to communicate via email on this order. However, the package was dispatched quickly and arrived in two days, same as all my previous orders.
Packaging: As usual, the packaging job was excellent, at least on the MOM’s end. A bubble mailer contained a vaccuum sealed clear bag which further contained the products. The flower came in thick resealable bags with custom labels while the shatter was contained in its manufacturer packaging. Why did I specify ’on the MOM’s end’? Because the manufacturer’s packaging for the shatter kinda sucks. For some reason, rather than enclosing the shatter in parchment or wax paper like every other gram I’ve ever bought from any source, they placed the shatter in plastic clamshell packaging that I’ve only ever previously seen used as an outer enclosure. All three of the grams, to one extent or another, are sticking to the plastic in a way where it’s basically impossible to get it all off cleanly. You’ll notice that there’s some parchment paper in the photos, but that was added by me after opening so that it would only be sticking to one side of the packaging when closed. I suspect that I’ll be able to get most of the shatter off if I throw it in the freezer or something, but it’d have been way better to have just avoided this problem entirely. Maybe this is a more common way of packaging shatter than I think and I’m overreacting, but as someone who has never encountered it before, I think it’s a really dumb way to sell the stuff and I’d take parchment paper any day of the week over this sticky nightmare.
Products: Packaging rant aside, let’s get to the products. My order consisted of the following items: 14 grams of Tangie (sativa-dominant hybrid), 3.5 grams of Shishkaberry (80% indica), and one gram each of Cannaisseur Green Crack shatter (sativa), Cannaisseur White Widow shatter (hybrid), and Darkside shatter (hybrid). This came to a total cost of just over 151 dollars, including a 20% discount from their CDNMOM20 coupon (which unfortunately no longer seems to be working, at least for me).
Tangie - I’ve reviewed this stuff before, so I won’t go into too much detail, but for 110 dollars an ounce, you really can’t go wrong with it. It’s some of the highest quality cheap flower I’ve ever smoked and I always like to keep some on hand for good sativa joint weed. I’d definitely advise picking some up if you get a chance.
Shishkaberry - This indica dominant hybrid comes in the form of medium-sized, moderately purple nugs that have a sharp, citrusy smell to them. The product description claims it smells like berries, but I don’t really get that at all. It’s not a problem though because this is some pretty bomb weed no matter how it smells. A bowl of it is enough to have me practically melting into my chair, and I generally save it for later in the evening as a result. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a solid quality indica.
Cannaisseur Green Crack shatter - This shatter is somewhat stable; you’ll want a tool to actually gather a dab, but then you can generally pluck it off the end and roll it between your fingers if you prefer to just drop it where it’s needed. When vaped in my Saionara, I’d describe the taste as piney-sweetness with an edge of something similar to coffee. The effects are exactly what you’d expect from a pure sativa, with an instant zap to the brain and a mind-oriented high. I’d say the potency is about average. It’s not the strongest stuff I’ve ever vaped, but definitely not the weakest either. For the 32 dollars I paid, I can’t complain, though my annoyance at the packaging is enough to ensure I’ll probably never buy it at the full 40 dollars.
Cannaisseur White Widow shatter - This shatter is very slightly more stable than the Green Crack, but not by much. The taste is somewhat earthy and leafy, but mixed with a sweet edge. Similar to the Green Crack, but not identical, is how I’d describe it. The effects are immediate, producing an uplifted feeling in the mind and body. My final conclusion on this stuff is basically the same as my conclusion on the previous shatter.
Darkside shatter - This shatter is far less stable than either of the previous two, with a very goopy consistency. This one, unsurprisingly, suffers the most from being sent on plastic, since the oil is near impossible to get off cleanly. It is visibly darker than the other two shatters, which you’d expect given the name. The taste is hard to describe, but it’s sort of fruity and a tiny bit floral at the same time, but with a spicy undertone. While the product description isn’t clear as to the indica:sativa ratio, it certainly smokes like a hybrid to me. I’d say it’s somewhat less strong than the Cannaisseur, but not by much, and it’s a great deal at 29 dollars. Considering that I got it for a little over 23, I’m definitely satisfied with the purchase.
Incentive for Customers: Free shipping over 100 dollars and a free joint on each order. I should note that I didn’t receive any freebie on this order, which was a bit lame, though ultimately not a big deal because I have way more weed than I know what to do with. I’m assuming it’s just an oversight, since I’ve had nothing but good experiences with BCBD in the past.
Incentive for Review: None
Conclusion: While BCBD earned their first non-perfect score from me on this order, they’re still one of my top MOMs. The packaging complaints with the shatter and the lack of the advertised freebie both contributed to my one point reduction. However, to be entirely fair to BCBD, I didn’t reach out to them at all and I’d imagine they’d make up for it with an extra joint on my next order if I cared enough about it to ask, since I’ve gotten stellar service from them in the past. I definitely plan to continue buying from BCBD and I’d highly recommend trying them out if you haven’t before.

EDIT: It occurred to me that I should clarify: any contamination that you see in the shatter is due to my dirty dab tool. I took these pictures well after I’d already broken into the concentrates and I don’t want anyone to think they looked like that when they got here.

MOM Name: Rocket Chronic
Overall rating out of 10: 8/10
Sign Up: Quick and easy, with no ID required when I signed up in April.
Ordering & Pricing: Ordering is done in the normal way. Their prices are pretty average, with their cheapest strain running you 130 an ounce and the...ir most expensive costing 300 an ounce. While that’s not as cheap as some MOMs, one thing Rocket Chronic definitely has going for it is the selection. I currently count 42 strains of flower in stock, and they have plenty of options for mixers so it’s easy to sample a bunch of their wares at once. There’s also a pretty wide selection of concentrates and edibles available, also at what looks to be pretty average prices. Note that Rocket Chronic does not include GST in their prices and instead applies it at checkout.
Communication: I haven’t had to email them, but my order was dispatched quickly and arrived in two days, which is normal for my MOM purchases.
Packaging: The packaging job was well-done. An Xpresspost envelope contained a vacuum sealed clear bag which further contained the product in resealable plastic bags. Unfortunately, the custom labels that were on my first order were replaced by simple writing on the bags with marker, but that was just a frill anyway so it’s hardly a big deal. There was no smell at all until I opened the vacuum sealed bag.
Products: I ordered one ounce of Gorilla Glue #4 popcorn (55% sativa) and 3.5 grams each of Brainstorm (sativa-dominant), Super Silver Haze (sativa-dominant), and Snow White (indica-dominant). The GG#4 cost 100 dollars, while the two sativas cost 30 each and the Snow White 25. The final cost was 189 dollars, which included a five dollar discount from redeeming reward points.
Brainstorm - This strain smells very ’planty’, with undertones of citrus. The half-quarter came mostly as one big nug. While Brainstorm is a sativa, I found it to have a surprisingly strong body effect, with a sort of pleasant buzzing sensation spreading throughout my limbs after a little while. It’s definitely focused more on the head though, and I found myself quite interested in the Youtube videos I was watching while smoking. With all that said, I found this slightly weaker in effect than I was expecting overall, and I don’t think it’s quite worth the 30 per 1/8 and 240 per ounce they were asking for it. If I’d paid 25 instead of 30, I think I’d have been more satisfied. As it stands, I can’t really recommend this one, though I don’t regret giving it a try.
Super Silver Haze - I’m having no luck describing the smell on this strain. It has a strong scent of vegetation, like the Brainstorm, but also a sort of sharpness that I used to detect in a lot of the Southern Ontario street weed I used to get four or five years ago, along with an almost soapy undertone. Any scent similarities aside, it sure as hell doesn’t smoke like street weed, and I definitely enjoyed this stuff more than the Brainstorm. The effects are much stronger and mostly heady in orientation, as you’d expect from a sativa. I constantly found myself taking a rip, getting distracted, and then remembering the bowl ten minutes later. If you don’t mind the price (same as the Brainstorm) I’d really recommend this stuff as a high quality sativa.
Snow White - This is another one that’s hard to describe the smell of. There’s definitely a sourness that comes across, but that’s about the best I can do. Visually, this shit is crazy. Most of the half-quarter came as one fat, dark, purple-accented nug that is absolutely covered in trichomes. It’s a potent smoke, and I’ve mostly been hitting it before bed because it puts me in exactly the right state to fall asleep quickly. There’s a bit of a spacey head effect that comes with it, but it’s much more focused on the body and I always feel pretty awesome after a bowl of this stuff. Overall, I like this strain and if you’re into indicas, I’d say give it a shot.
Gorilla Glue #4 (Popcorn) - This strain is barely sativa-dominant (55-45) and gives off a sort of sour citrus scent. It was sold as popcorn but there are some surprisingly large nugs in there. I’ve mostly been smoking it in joints since I’ve had so dang much of the stuff, and it works well for that purpose. It rolls and smokes easily, with no struggling to keep the joint lit. The ash is more gray than pure white, and while I wouldn’t say the smoke is harsh, it could certainly taste better. As far as the effects are concerned, I’d say it’s good by the standards of 100 bucks an ounce weed. It won’t knock your socks off, but it won’t leave you feeling sober five minutes after you’re done smoking either. Overall, it’s pretty alright. It’d be nice if it smoked a bit cleaner, but that’s the only major complaint I have at this price point. With that said, I’d be disappointed if I’d paid the 180 per ounce that the non-popcorn version of this strain retails for, if the potency is similar.
Incentive for Customers: Free shipping over 150 dollars. First time orders get 10% off with code NEW10. Points-based reward program.
Incentive for Review: None.
Conclusion: While this was a solid order, it was a little hit or miss at times. The Super Silver Haze is definitely the highlight, though the Snow White is also excellent cannabis. The GG#4 is good for 100 dollar popcorn, but I wouldn’t want to buy it at full price. The Brainstorm just wasn’t quite doing it for me enough to justify the cost, even though it’s not bad stuff objectively speaking. Overall, I don’t see myself becoming a frequent customer of Rocket Chronic. It’s not a bad place by any means, but I only have so much money to spend on weed and there’s other MOMs that have better deals on comparable product. If I spot a good sale at the right time, I could easily see myself patronizing Rocket Chronic again, but I don’t see it entering my top-tier of go-to sites.

MOM Name: BC Bud Dispatch
Overall rating out of 10: 10/10

Ordering & Pricing: Ordering is normal. BCBD has a wide range of products at very reasonable prices. They currently have 14 strains of cannabis in stock, with prices ranging... from 110 to 250 per ounce. They also have a fairly wide range of concentrates, though they currently lack any edibles whatsoever.
Communication: I didn’t have to communicate with them on this order via email. It was shipped quickly and arrived in two days. There was a very kind note left in the order to explain an alteration that had to be made, which worked in my favour (more on that in a minute).
Packaging: The packaging job was good as always. A padded mailer contained a vaccuum sealed bag which itself contained the products. The flowers were contained in thick plastic resealable bags with custom labels and the CO2 oil was in its manufacturer’s packaging.
Products / Photos: I ordered 14 grams of Golden Goat (sativa), 3.5 grams of Red Poison (indica-dominant hybrid), and 3 grams of Cannassieur CO2 oil. However, to my surprise, I received 12 grams of Golden Goat, 6 grams of Bruce Banner, and the other products as ordered. As it turns out, I got the very last of the Golden Goat, so they decided to send me 6 grams of the more expensive Bruce Banner (also a sativa) to cover the last two grams and then some. As you’d expect, I was completely satisfied with this outcome. The final cost was just over 193 dollars. This included a 20% discount from their CDNMOM20 code, which (unfortunately) appears to no longer be active. I will now briefly review each product individually.
Golden Goat - This strain comes in the form of very dense, crystal-covered nugs. The smell is hard to describe; I’d say it’s a little fruity, but also a little spicy at the same time. It smokes smooth and produces a nice white ash. The effects are mostly felt in the head, as you’d expect from a sativa, with a sort of pleasant floating sensation appearing in your brain right after exhaling. It’s an excellent strain and I’d definitely recommend it if you happen to see it for sale again.
Bruce Banner - Consisting of small and very frosty nugs, this strain has a refreshing, fruity smell. It smokes pretty similarly to the Golden Goat, except it’s more potent, which you’d expect given the price difference. I wasn’t expecting to receive this strain, but I’m glad I did because it rocks. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a high quality sativa.
Red Poison - This is some of the craziest-looking and craziest-smelling weed I’ve ever encountered. Visually, the strain consists of small nugs that are so purple they appear black in the right lighting. The smell is somewhat floral, as if you’ve just stuck your face into a non-psychoactive flower garden, and it also reminds me heavily of artificial grape and even wine to a degree. When vaping it, the artificial grape smell carries over into the flavour, resulting in a taste very similar to the grape chewable Tylenol my parents gave me as a kid. When smoked, the taste is hard to describe. It’s far more complex than most other cannabis I’ve experienced when smoked, and all I can say is it’s very nice. The effects are strong, and about what you’d expect from an indica-dominant hybrid, with a heaviness behind the eyes that spreads throughout your body within short order. This stuff is extremely good weed and I could easily see myself buying it again.
Cannaisseur CO2 Oil - I’ve reviewed this stuff before, but to reiterate, it’s great oil. It comes packaged in a plastic sleeve, with the oil contained in an oral syringe for precise dosing. The flavour is very clean, with a sort of whiskey-like and chocolatey character to it. I generally hit it in Vape710 carts, which works well, though I don’t find the high lasts very long when consumed in this way (and the flavour is much less prominent as well). That’s fine with me, since I generally use the carts as a quick pick-me-up if I’m out and about or just for idly puffing when I’m not looking to get fucked up. If I drip it onto a Saionara coil or just drop it straight onto a bowl, I get a stronger and more long-lasting high along with the full flavour experience. This is a solid concentrate and I feel very comfortable recommending it.
Incentive for Customers: Free shipping over 100 dollars and a free joint on each order. I didn’t get a joint, but I did get four extra grams of Bruce Banner, so I’d definitely count that as my freebie.
Incentive for Review: None
Notes: I am way late on this review. Sorry about that. I’m trying to clear my backlog of unreviewed orders, so hopefully I can get the others up sooner rather than later. Anyway, BC Bud Dispatch is one of my favourite MOMs and they nailed this order. I was super satisfied with everything inside and I fully expect to continue buying from them in the future, even without the 20% discount code.
Photo Notes: The Bruce Banner is on top, with the Golden Goat on the bottom left and the Red Poison on the bottom right. The CO2 oil isn’t pictured, but just imagine an oral syringe full of dark brown goop and you’ve pretty much got the full experience.

Overall rating out of 10: 10/10

Ordering & Pricing: Ordering is pretty standard. Their pricing is very good in my opinion and they seem to always have discount codes floating around. They offer a decent variety of ...flowers and concentrates, as well as a tiny edible selection and a few other things. There’s seven strains of flower available right now, and they usually seem to have anywhere from five to ten in stock at any given time. There’s also six types of shatter, two types of tincture, two types of edible (one each of THC and CBD in honey), one disposable vape pen, and their bulk distillate.
Communication: My order was dispatched on Monday after being ordered just before the weekend and it arrived on Wednesday per the usual. I didn’t have to communicate with them directly on this order, but I can say from previous experience that the people running this MOM are very quick to respond to emails and happy to help with customer issues.
Packaging: Extremely good. It came in a well-sealed white box. Inside there was a sealed opaque bag within another sealed opaque bag that finally contained the weed in (you guessed it) opaque bags. This thing was like a smell fortress, there wasn’t anything getting out of there unless it got run over by a mail truck or something.
Products / Photos: I ordered one half-ounce of Strawberry Kush (a sativa-dominant hybrid) and an ounce of OG Kush (a pure indica). I also received a free gram of Night Club, a very slightly sativa-dominant hybrid. I ended up paying just over 172 dollars all told, after using a 20% discount code from my email. I’ll review the weed one by one.
Strawberry Kush - This was the more expensive of the two strains I ordered. The buds are huge, long, and fairly fluffy while being thoroughly covered with a mix of orange hairs and crystals. The smell is very fruity, with an almost wine-like edge to it. The effects tend to be heady, especially in the first few minutes after you’ve hit it, but you do also get a body effect that develops shortly thereafter. My opinion of the strain varies based on how it’s consumed. I’ve hit it in a vape, a bong, and a joint, in ascending order of preference. The vape honestly kinda sucked for this strain. The first hit was great, but every hit afterwards was pretty much brown crap. Obviously the first hit of any vape bowl is going to be better than later ones, but even at lower temperatures, the bowls just didn’t last and I spent more time packing than I did vaping. I like it more in bongs and joints, especially the latter. It’s pretty much perfect for rolling, easily shaped and sticky enough to mold together and it burns smooth and clean the whole way through. I can easily leave a joint of this stuff at a low smolder for a minute or two and then bring it back to a full light with one puff. Overall, it’s pretty good weed (as long as you’re not vaping it), though I like other strains more so I probably won’t pick it up again.
OG Kush - This strain was a very solid purchase. The smell is pretty woodsy and vegetation-y, so pretty much the opposite of the Strawberry, and the buds are much smaller and tighter than that strain. If I was looking for something to criticize, I could maybe say there was a tiny bit more leaf on it than there could have been, but I’m just nitpicking at that point. I’ve mostly been smoking this stuff in joints, and it works great for that purpose, but it also smokes well in a bowl. While the product description says the high is focused on the head, I find it to be much more focused on the body. There’s certainly a degree of floatiness in my brain after I smoke it, so to speak, but the mellow all-encompassing body high is more prominent to me. For the price I paid, I’m definitely satisfied with this buy.
Night Club - It’s hard to describe how this one smells. Kinda generically weedy, but with a sort of deep earthiness to it, is the closest I can get. It smells nice, in any case. Visually, it’s pretty good looking. I wasn’t sure about it at first, then I shined my phone light on it and it lit up with a whole bunch of crystals. It smokes very well; perhaps it’s not the single smoothest weed I’ve ever had, but it’s not harsh either by any stretch. The effects are good as well. It’s not top-shelf stuff, but it’s more potent than you’d expect and gives a pretty solid head-rush when you first smoke it, levelling out to a comfortable buzz within a short time. I’m really glad they sent me this sample because I hadn’t thought about buying it, but now I’m considering grabbing some on my next order because it’s shockingly good for the price point.
Incentive for Customers: Free shipping over 150 dollars, plus a free gram and doob tube on every order. I want to note that I actually received two doob tubes on this order. I suspect that it’s because I mentioned on my last review that I didn’t get a doob tube. I feel bad about that because I later found it in the packaging and updated the thread to apologize for the error, which they may not have seen. I appreciate the willingness to make things right even when I was the one mistaken (provided that this wasn’t just a coincidental accident on their end, which I doubt).
Incentive for Review: None.
Notes: I need to make it clear that this is a review for a pretty old buy. I received it probably about a month ago and I’m only now getting around to reviewing it. Sorry for the delay, but I hope the detail makes up for it. That said, I’m happy to report that Weedmailed has come through again with a solid order. The tiny quibbles I have really don’t amount to much of anything and I’m happy to give them full marks for this one.

Ordering & Pricing: Nothing unusual to speak of. See my previous review of Weedmailed for general pricing discussion, but I can say that the raw distillate itself is a great deal relative to pri...ces elsewhere. Even at the lowest tier of 165+GST for 7 grams, that’s way cheaper gram for gram than any distillate I’ve seen anywhere.
Communication: Good. There was a significant shipping error with my order, but all of my emails were replied to the same day they were sent and it was handled to my satisfaction. For the record, the mistake was that my package was accidentally sent via regular post instead of xpresspost. This slowed shipping a lot, but they immediately acknowledged the error, apologized, and offered me a discount code to make up for it. I wasn’t in desperate need of the package anyway, so I was happy to accept their apology as well as the discount and move on.
Packaging: Very good. The order came in a plain box with two opaque plastic bags inside it. One of those bags contained a shatter sample and the other contained 7 one gram syringes of distillate further wrapped up within a second bag.
Products / Photos: In my order, I received 7 grams of raw distillate and a free sample of Death Bubba shatter. The total cost after tax was 173.25 with free shipping (just under 25 dollars per gram of distillate).
The raw distillate came in individual one-gram syringes, which I was really thankful for because I was expecting it to just come in a jar or something. I quickly became even more thankful when I realized just how hard this stuff is to work with. It is by far the most frustrating concentrate I’ve ever dealt with in my life and I have no idea what I’d have done without the pre-loaded syringes. I’ve never had distillate before so while I was expecting it to be a bit of a chore, I didn’t remotely predict the scale of the problem. It’s incredibly thick and sticky, making it a nightmare to handle once it’s out of the syringe. It’s so stringy that I was literally able to stretch a bit out across my entire armspan and it was still sticking together in a long strand. If you get it attached to anything, good luck getting it off without losing any. I understand that this is pretty much the nature of distillate, but I just want to make it clear what you’re getting into if you (like me) have no experience with it.
I filled up a Vape710 cartridge about 3/4 of the way with the stuff, which was a whole difficult effort on its own, and I’m finding that it doesn’t vape very well like that. I get clouds, but very thin ones and it tastes a bit like burnt ceramic if I ride the button more than a few seconds. That said, I found out that you’re supposed to mix it with a bit of terps before putting it in such a cart, so that’s entirely on me for not double-checking beforehand.
I ended up dabbing some of it out of my new Saionara TI bucket (best coil I’ve ever used, seriously) and it worked a lot better out of there, giving me nice fat clouds every time. It’s hard for me to really describe the buzz it gives me when vaped. It’s not really a distinctive high, if that makes sense. It just feels like weed. There’s also zero flavour, which I knew ahead of time, but it’s still a bit jarring if you’re not used to it. It gives a moderately strong high when consumed this way; it didn’t send me into outer space, but it’s certainly not weak either by any means.
In addition to those two methods, I tried just smearing it on a rolling paper and twisting it up into a joint. I used about 0.25 grams and, while it was very hard to spread on the paper even after some time under hot water, I was able to make it work and it got me feeling pretty good. It was incredibly harsh though, and I spent about as much time coughing as I did smoking. One thing I want to point out is that when I was hitting this stuff out of my TI bucket, it lasted freaking forever. I put maybe 0.08 grams or so in and it felt like it was never going to run out. Sometimes I like to be able to just puff on the same blob of oil for a while, so I can see myself using the distillate for that purpose.
Overall, I’m not sure how I feel about the distillate. It’s a solid deal at 25 dollars a gram (less if you buy larger amounts) and it does give me a nice (if slightly indistinct) high while lasting forever in my TI bucket. That said, I find it incredibly frustrating to work with (even with the syringes), to the point where I almost dread having to reload my coil. I was hoping I’d be able to just load it into my Vape710 carts and go, but I might have to look into getting some terps or CBD oil to mix with the distillate so it works better in them. I truly don’t know if I’ll be buying this stuff again; my opinion of it has improved since I first got it, but I’m just not positive it’s for me yet.
Anyway, they also sent me a pretty decent-sized sample of the Death Bubba shatter. I’m not sure exactly how much is there, but anywhere from a half to one gram would be my guess. You can judge for yourself from the photo, I can’t eyeball concentrates worth jack. I’ve bought this stuff from them before, but I took a dab out of my Sai anyway to give it a quick re-review. It tastes alright. Maybe a little vegetation-y, but it’s not too bad at all. The effects are pretty strong, with a nice heavy effect that starts in your head and then spreads from there. For the 32 dollars per gram they price it at, I’d say it’s worth picking up.
Incentive for Customers: Free shipping over 150 dollars. Free gram of flower on each order. Free doob tube on each order. Now that I think about it, I didn’t get the doob tube even though I did get one last time, but I’ve got more doob tubes than I know what to do with so I’m not bothered by it. EDIT: They did send me a doob tube! I overlooked it in the packaging somehow and only just found it a moment ago. I apologize for the error.
Incentive for Review: None.
Notes: Despite the shipping error, I don’t have anything bad to say about Weedmailed. Mistakes happen and they were extremely apologetic about the whole thing, plus they immediately offered me a discount on a future order to make up for it, so they’re good in my books. As I said, I’m not sure where I stand on the distillate, but if you’re a person who already knows you’re into this kind of concentrate, I’d say to give theirs a shot. I regularly see distillate for 50 dollars a gram or more elsewhere, so even if this stuff isn’t quite as high quality (I wouldn’t know) I’d imagine it’s still a great deal. The shatter sample was very much appreciated and I think it’d be worth buying at their asking price (I’ve bought it before, albeit with a discount on their 420 sale). Even if I didn’t have a discount code waiting for me, I’d still expect to do business with Weedmailed again.

Ordering & Pricing: Pricing is very good overall, with a wide range of price points available. Ounces of flower range from 78 to 270 dollars, and there are currently 22 strains... in stock. There are a decent range of concentrates available, all of which seem to be either a good deal or a fair one. They didn’t have a huge amount of edibles when I made my previous order, but they seem to have even less now, with only two types in stock as of the writing of this review (both hard candies). However, this could easily be a temporary thing, as they’ve had a somewhat wider selection in the recent past.
Communication: I didn’t communicate with them on this order, but my previous experience in this area was excellent. The order was sent out the same day I ordered and arrived in the same amount of time as my last order, not counting an extra day for the long weekend.
Packaging: Very good. Packaged in a sealed bag within a nondescript white box. The flower came in a heavy duty resealable bag. The concentrates all came in their manufacturer’s packaging, which I’ll go into more detail about in the individual reviews below.
Products / Photos: My order consisted of the following: an ounce of Tangie, a sativa-dominant hybrid currently selling for 110 dollars per ounce, one gram of Cannaisseur CO2 Oil, one gram of Dream Strains Budder, one gram of Darkside Rosin, and two grams of Cannaisseur Kief. I was also sent a free pre-rolled joint of Nirvana (a sativa strain) and a free package of Miss Munchies Candies (40mg total, blueberry flavour). The total cost after the 20% off CDNMOM20 coupon was 204 dollars with free shipping.
First, the Tangie. This is a damn impressive strain. It smells somewhat like tropical fruit with a bit of a citrus edge to it, and every inch is covered in frosty crystals. I’m truly amazed that I got this stuff for 88 dollars an ounce after the coupon. That’s what I paid for my ounce of Comatose on my last order, which was already an incredible deal, but this is even better weed in my opinion (though I do prefer sativas in general, so I’m biased to a degree). It burns incredibly well in a joint and produces a nice, white ash. The effects are what you’d expect from a mostly-sativa hybrid, with a heady high that doesn’t have much of a burnout. I can’t emphasize this enough: if you like sativas, you like to roll joints, or both, drop 88 bucks on an ounce of this stuff with the coupon code. They still have it and it’s so worth it.
The Cannaisseur CO2 oil comes in a syringe contained in a plastic sleeve, which is great because it’s way too goopy to use easily in any other way. The syringe allows you to dispense it in a fairly precise way, though I did have one semi-disaster where the syringe suddenly let a whole bunch out at once and I barely saved some from being wasted when it flowed down the side of my Saionara. Occasional syringe issues aside, this stuff is absolutely amazing and genuinely some of the best oil I’ve ever smoked. It tastes phenomenal, almost like a finely aged whiskey or something similar, with a kind of chocolatey edge to it. I can’t even really do it justice with this description. The effects are great too, nice and strong, and while the effects lean to the indica overall, it’s certainly not without sativa-like effects either. I’ve had it in my oil pen and as a bowl topper and I was impressed both times. I have to thank forum user gandalfe for advising me in my last review thread to try this stuff. I’m not sure I would have otherwise and I would have been missing out. I don’t think it’s overpriced at 40 dollars, but for the 32 I paid, I’d call this an amazing deal.
The Dream Strains budder is pretty good stuff too. It comes in a little glass container with a plastic screw-on lid, and there’s a plastic tamper-proof seal you have to remove before first use. It’s easily the most stable concentrate I’ve ever smoked, and you can literally just pick it up and toss it wherever you want it to go. It melts down into liquid the second heat is applied and gives a more heady high than any other concentrate I have, very clear-headed and easy to function with. I will say that while I enjoy the stuff, I feel like it’s very slightly overpriced at 45 dollars pre-discount, since I’ve gotten equally strong effects from cheaper oil even just in this order. However, I only paid 36 dollars after the coupon and considering that I used to pay 40 a gram for worse stuff pre-MoM, I certainly can’t complain too much.
The Darkside Rosin is really impressive. It comes packaged exactly the same as the Dream Strains Budder. It’s very goopy to work with, but unlike every other type of similarly-textured concentrate I’ve ever smoked, it’s only somewhat sticky. Once you’ve got it out of the container, you can pretty much just roll it up in your fingers and do what you like with it. It will stick to you a bit, but not nearly as much as you might expect when looking at it. The taste is so light that it’s hard to really describe, but the flavour is incredibly clean. In fact, it’s the cleanest-tasting concentrate I’ve ever had. It immediately makes your head heavy and transitions into a nice body high when vaped in an oil pen. A gram cost me 28 dollars after the discount, but even at the original 35 dollars, I’d say this stuff is worth picking up.
The Cannaisseur Kief comes in a plastic screw-top container. To describe it, well... it’s kief. Not sure what else to say really. The effects are potent, as you’d expect, but pretty non-specific, probably because it’s a mix of a bunch of strains. For the ten bucks a gram it cost me, it’s definitely worthwhile, and I’d also happily buy it for the original 12.50.
The Nirvana pre-roll was enjoyable, as I knew it would be since I received the same pre-roll the last time I ordered. It’s a solid sativa strain that gives a nice, heady high. I did find that the filter was rolled a bit too narrow to smoke well, so I had to snip off the end to get a wider mouthpiece to draw off. However, that’s just an issue with the prerolled Raw tips they used, and it’s barely even a complaint worth mentioning (especially since it was free and easily-remedied).
The blueberry Miss Munchies candies are something I’d be pretty unlikely to buy, but they’re fun when I get them for free. They’re pretty weak for a heavy user like me at only 10mg per candy (4 per pack) and at 12 dollars per pack, that’s just not cost-effective. However, as I said, that’s not to say I don’t enjoy them. They give a bit more of a buzz than you’d expect for how much THC is in them and the taste is pretty dang good. They do get a bit more of that bitter distillate taste as you get further into the candy, but it never gets too bad. I will say that I preferred the orange flavoured candies they sent last time, but that’s probably just a personal thing.
Incentive for Customers: Free shipping over 100 dollars and a free joint with every order. They also seem to be sending a free package of candies with every order currently, as I’ve received one both times I’ve ordered. Coupon code CDNMOM20 for 20% off every order, not just your first.
Incentive for Review: None
Notes: This is my second order from BC Bud Dispatch and I’m just as impressed as I was the first time. Their products are well-priced and very high quality, and the freebies are pretty great too. I can’t recommend them enough. I want to note just for the record that this review is somewhat delayed. I’ve been working all week and I wanted time to adequately test all of the products before posting this.
Photo Notes: The first pic is obviously the Tangie. The second pic has the Cannaisseur CO2 oil in the syringe at the top, then the bottom row is (from left to right) the Darkside Rosin, the Dream Strains Budder, and the Cannaisseur Kief. The free joint of Nirvana and the candies have been consumed already and are not pictured.

Ordering & Pricing: Orders are placed in the normal way. Their pricing is very good in my opinion, wi...th a wide range of price points catered to. Their cheapest strains are 78 dollars per ounce, with the most expensive sitting at 270. There are currently 25 strains available overall. They carry a small selection of edibles (six at the moment), which are priced about where I’d expect them to be (aside from the Miss Munchies candies, which seem expensive for only 40mg of THC). They carry a decent selection of concentrates as well, including water hash, kief, shatter, budder, distillate, and a couple other such products. These are all reasonably priced, with some good deals scattered in there.
Communication: Very good. I received a response by email within 30 minutes on a Sunday evening, then a follow-up email the next day. The order was shipped the first business day after ordering and arrived within two days.
Packaging: Excellent. The order arrived in a plain white box containing two thick plastic resealable bags with an ounce in each. There was no smell whatsoever until I opened the bags. The packaging also contained a pre-rolled joint and a package of Miss Munchies candies.
Products / Photos: I purchased the Cheap Ass Mofo combo as a part of the Spring Flower Sale. This combo contains an ounce of A-grade Chemo nugs and an ounce of Comatose popcorn nugs (both 100% indica) for a total cost of 148.80 (20% cheaper than if you purchased both ounces individually). I used a coupon code to lower the final price to 138.80. After corresponding with Kyle over email, I found out that I actually wasn’t supposed to use that code in conjunction with the sale, but he was super cool about it and let me have the discount anyway, which I really appreciate. I can say without hesitation that this is the best price I’ve ever paid for cannabis and I doubt it’ll be beaten anytime soon. Unfortunately, the combo appears to have sold out since I bought it. However, the Chemo is still available on its own for 78 dollars an ounce as part of the sale.
The Comatose has a heavy citrus scent and comes in the form of small popcorn nugs. They may not look like much from a distance, but when you get up close, you can see that they’re actually pretty frosty little things. The effects are very good and comparable to bud that I’ve paid considerably more for in the past. I tried it out of a joint, bong, and vaporizer and I had a great time with each. It won’t exactly knock you into the next dimension, but it gives you a solid indica stone that I can’t complain about at all. I could definitely see how this strain might be good for someone with insomnia; I’ve been smoking it before bed and I definitely haven’t been having any trouble falling asleep afterwards.
The Chemo is super fruity smelling with a background scent of vegetation poking through. The buds are medium sized and somewhat airy, though there’s still some density as well. It isn’t super-well trimmed, but that was made very clear in the product description. Visually, it kinda just looks like weed. It’s not super caked in frost or anything, but it was comically inexpensive so it’s hard to expect a revelation on that front. The effects aren’t super-potent, as you’d guess. It’s certainly good for something so cheap, but on its own, it doesn’t really do a whole lot for me with my high tolerance. It doesn’t help that it doesn’t really smoke too well in a joint; I had to keep re-lighting it constantly and it wasn’t very much fun. I ended up smoking some out of my bong and it was decent, but the buzz faded pretty fast (though I understand what they mean by it being a creeper high, because the buzz that is there definitely sneaks up on you). I finally tried it out of my vape, and that was probably the best of the three methods, though it still didn’t knock my socks off. I’ve started grinding it with maybe 2/3 as much of the Comatose and rolling joints of the mixture, which is my favourite way to consume the strain. The Comatose makes it burn a whole lot better and increases the potency of the joint while allowing you to smoke more of the Chemo at a time, resulting in a pretty good experience overall.
To be completely clear, despite everything I just said, I am completely satisfied with the product. It’s such inexpensive weed that it was obvious that some sacrifices had to be made and considering what I paid for it, I’m 100% happy with what I received. I bought this deal intending to use the weed as inexpensive joint-filler that I don’t need to feel bad about chain-smoking and now that I’ve figured out how well mixing the two strains works, I absolutely see it fulfilling its purpose.
Besides the two ounces, I also received a free pre-rolled joint of Nirvana, a sativa strain. I really enjoyed this stuff and I could see myself potentially picking some up in the future. It was stronger than I was expecting and I ended up forgetting about the joint halfway through for about 45 minutes, which (for me personally) is a sign that it’s a pretty good sativa. Not much else to say, two thumbs up on this one. Finally, I received a free four-pack of Miss Munchies hard candy, containing 40mg of THC in total. I haven’t had these yet, but I’m looking forward to it because I’d imagine they’re delicious. I usually take about 125 to 150mg at a time, so I don’t think the 40mg here will blow my mind, but it’ll be enough for a decent buzz and hey, it was free.
Incentive for Customers: Free shipping over 100 dollars. Free joint with every order. 20% off code CDNMOM20 (not valid with the Spring Sale combos).
Incentive for Review: None.
Notes: I’m completely satisfied with my experience using BC Bud Dispatch. The Comatose was a phenomenal deal and the Chemo, while certainly not top-shelf, is still a solid purchase in my opinion, especially at the ridiculous price I got it for as part of the combo. The freebies were also very appreciated, as was the quick communication and friendly treatment from Kyle. This is an excellent MoM and I fully expect to do business with them again in the future.

Ordering & Pricing: Ordering was simple. There are a range of price points, with an ounce of flower varying from 95 to 170 dollars currently. Their concentrates are also reasonably priced, ...with grams of shatter ranging from 29 to 38 dollars. They carry a tiny range of edibles, currently only two products (THC and CBD Honey Tears). I don’t know much about CBD products, but the THC Honey Tears are extremely reasonably priced at 25 dollars for 500mg of THC. They also carry distillates, tinctures, and one vape pen, none of which are particularly in my wheelhouse. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their pricing, though their range of products is somewhat limited (for example, they currently carry only eight strains of flower, though I think they had a few more when I ordered).
Communication: I never emailed them, so I can’t comment on their customer support. However, I do need to point out that they were a bit slow to get my order out. I ordered Tuesday morning, the money transfer wasn’t accepted until early the next morning, and the order wasn’t shipped until late afternoon on Thursday. It wasn’t a big deal at all and I’m only mentioning it in the interests of completeness.
Packaging: Very good. It came in a plain box with no outward indicators of its contents. Inside, the products were in a vacuum-sealed bag with some empty bags placed around it. I’ve slacked on putting this review up, so I don’t entirely recall how the flower was packaged, but I believe it was in a heavy duty plastic baggie. The shatter was wrapped in wax paper and contained in flat plastic containers that snap open. The Honey Tears came in its regular packaging.
Products / Photos: In my order, I received a half-ounce of Congo (a 100% sativa strain), a gram each of OG and Death Bubba shatter, and a 500mg syringe of THC Honey Tears. As well, I received a 0.4 gram sample of OG Shark shatter and a free doob tube. My order came to just over 156 dollars after their 20% off 420 discount code. The Congo is an incredible strain and I’ve enjoyed it a whole lot. It burns very well in a joint, so I’ve been rolling up at least one Congo joint most days since I received the order. It gives a very clear-headed and functional high that doesn’t leave you feeling groggy or couchlocked at all. It also smells wonderful, with a really pungent fruity and lemony scent to it, and it burns very clean, producing nice white ash every time. The shatter is also great quality. I’ve hit all three strains out of my Saionara and I’ve got no complaints at all with the flavour or the effects. In fact, I messed up and already vaped all of the OG Shark, so it won’t be included in my photo. The Honey Tears are more bitter-tasting than I expected, but you can’t argue with the effects. I took about 80mg to start with and had a good time, though I think I’ll take more like 125mg the next time. Overall, I can say that every product I received from Weedmailed was high quality.
Incentive for Customers: Free doob tube and free gram with every order. Free shipping over 150 dollars (21 dollar flat rate below that level).
Incentive for Review: None.
Notes: Overall, I was really satisfied with Weedmailed. There was a bit of a hiccup with getting the order sent out, but it arrived quickly once it was dispatched and the products are all excellent. I would definitely be comfortable ordering from them again.
Photo note: As a reminder, the OG Shark shatter sample is not pictured on account of me smoking it too fast.
