General: This is my third purchase from PacificGrass. The first two times (WelcomeKit and Mandarin Dreams) were above my expectations. They proved themselves as reliable, so I decided to order an OZ. I can never commit to a strain and have never ordered more than 14g, but since my birthday is coming... I wanted to have enough of supply. Nothing worst than being dry on your bday.
Price: Pricing seems good and fair. I think that the price for OZ was like a 10-15% lower than other MOMs. Didn’t compare a lot but from what I saw, their prices are decent.
Payment: They accept EMT and credit cards. I used a credit card all 3 times. Everything went well. The order was confirmed minutes after paying.
Packaging and delivery: Packaging is always consistent, plain white box with strains nicely packaged and sealed. 4 bags with 7g. I got a handwritten message which was a really nice touch. Also, a pair of socks. The package was delivered in 2 days. This was the first time ordering the whole oz so I was constantly annoying their customer support with asking questions. They said 2-3 days until delivery and it really felt nice to get it on time.
Strain: Greasy Pink Bubba is a strain that I smoked regularly last year. Felt it is a time to get back to it. It really makes me talkative and puts me in a great mood. Like really uplifted and euphoric. Buds were mid-sized, nice and caked.
Buds that I got looked fresh, the smell was perfect. Totally makes you think about smoking the whole oz at once haha. You can recognize quality greasy pink when you see it. And these were 9/10!!!

They were really helpful and I never felt that they were answering me just to blew me off. Every response took 4,5 minutes and they were not only quick but very kind too. It really felt good doing business with them. I trusted them and above all, that was the biggest reason I ordered an oz from them. And I didn’t regret. I have no problem recommending this MOM.
