First time trying this strain and this is a new favorite. I used to say that sativa and sativa leaning hybrid don't hit hard, but it was just because I didn't try enough good one. This one is good exemple of a hard hitting sativa dominant hybrid that feel pleasant to smoke during day and ni...ght. Milky creamy spicy delicious terps, it's fresh and the terps are there not just on the nose but when you smoke it too. Burns perfectly. Nothing bad to say about this one.
This is an incentivized review and I'll start with the negative. The shipping, Purolator lost my package and it was updated as delivered for a whole week before they finally decide to just dump it in front of my door. HGA didn't take long to respond to my email and contacted Purolator back, ...good job on their part. The mac1 came in a little bit on the dry side and there's a lot of small nugs, but other than that, I think it was a good deal because I got it on discount. The high is nice, but not too strong and doesn't couch lock you, I really like to smoke this strain during the day because I don't take naps when I do. It got a good nutty citrus and gassy diesel flavor. The ash is not pure white more like salt and pepper, but the burn is nice.
I bought this for 99$ (on discount right now) from HGA and I'm really happy with this order. I hesitated at first cause the last order I got from them was by far one of the blackest burning weed I ever got. It was a very hard and unenjoyable smoke. I'm happy to report this one burn like a ch...amp, it doesn't burn white, but it does burn really well. The smell is very nice and gassy, you can smell the Bubba Kush and get some hints of the blueberry in there too. The taste is good, but nothing to write home about. It got that strong earthy and gassy taste from the Bubba. The high is smooth and strong you can instantly feel it go to your brain and then spread to your whole body making it go numb. The buds I received we're all small-medium sized not very sticky, but arrived not too dried up even without an integra pack. The bag appeal is very nice, the buds are almost completely purple covered with trichomes. I recommend this.
I grabbed this strain during the 420 sales and it took me time to write a review because I got really mixed feeling with this one. It's the most expensive strain I've tried yet from HGA and at 280$ /oz before the sale I was expecting it to be at least on par with the Gwiz or the DMC, but it&...#39;s not. Two things. I'm not usually the guy to complain about how a strain burns, but the strain doesn't burn well and it's very hard to light a bowl. The hash always burns black with little to no white at all sometime. The other thing wouldn't be an issue if the description didn't say the effect were strong, because this strain hit more like a hybrid with a nice balanced high that won't put you to sleep right away, but can make you feel sleepy after a while or if you're smoking after a long day of work. The taste is gassy minty and a bit fruity. It reminds me a lot of the death bubba, but more smooth creamy and fruity. The nugs were all pretty much medium sized with a few small nugs, still a bit sticky and not too dry. The smell is not very strong, but it does smells really good and it smells similar to the taste. If you can get a better batch that burns better it would be a much more enjoyable experience, but for what I got I can't recommend it full price or even the 20% off sale it's at right now.
Again, very happy with this purchase from HGA. I went for the GWIZ on sale for 182 and it's the first time I'm trying this strain. The nugs are super tight and compact, very nice looking with a perfect trim and sticky with a good cure. Very few small nugs, they're mostly all verynice siz...ed medium nugs. Got a super tasty nose to it like a mix of gassy lemon and a bit earthy too. Burns clean with a nice oil ring, taste is nice and strong and it's pretty much the same as the smell, gassy lemonade. The high is very nice and strong, you can feel it hit you instantly in the head. It's an indica leaning high, but not totally a couch lock high it really feels like a hybrid indica dominant.
First time ordering from HGA and I'm really satisfied. Good packaging and got a free Purolator super fast shipping with my order, it took 2 days to get from BC to QC. I decided to try this new strain I keep seeing popping up on this sub, the death mint cookies and grabbed a oz of the greasy pink... as well. The DMC is incredible for the price, there's a couple small buds and I think that's the main reason it was discounted because it doesn't lack anything else in my opinion. The buds got a correct trim and perfect cure, not too dry or wet and the buds are SUPER sticky. The smell is very strong and pungent, it smells like diesel and a bit citrus. The taste is pretty much the same with a bit of creaminess to it, but it's really hard to get because the taste of diesel is just so strong. When smoked in a joint it creates a nice oil ring and taste good until the very end. This one is definitely a heavy hitter and more of a night strain, it definitely feels like a sedative with a good body buzz you can instantly feel after taking a hit. This stuff puts me to sleep in the middle of the day with as low as two medium bong hit. Bag Appeal: INSANE BAG APPEAL, nicenugs covered with milky trichomes and super dense rock hard, mostly smalls tho exept one large 7g nug.
Humidity: Very good cure almost perfect, maybe a tiny bit to dry but still sticky.
Smell Intensity: Strong pungent and spicy nose
Harshness/Smoothness: Very stronng and expensive smoke but not harsh at all.
Taste Intensity: Nice sour diesel and citrusy flavor.
Buzz Intensity: Very strong hybrid high. Doesn't couch lock, it's got a very strong but uplifting high you can instantly feel go up into your head as soon you smoke it. Super potent and heady.
Ash/burn: White hash burns very clean
Price: Price was 200 when I bought it before discount and it dropped to 185 with a free pre-roll because there's only small left.
Bag Appeal: Insane bag appeal, got a very strong fruity and creamy nose, reminding me of strawberry shortcake. More than half of the OZ is some quite large purple nugs.
Humidity: Perfect cure, a bit sticky.
Smell Intensity: Strong fruity nose.
Harshness/Smoothness: Very smooth smoke.
Taste Intensity: The taste is a bit earthy and fruity on the exhales
Buzz Intensity: The buzz intensity is surprisingly strong for this strain, not heavy hitting like big indica but a strong hybrid high.
Ash/burn: Salt and pepper
Price: 150/oz$
Value: SUPER VALUE I bought it heavily discounted and this strain is a personal favorite, but even without discount it's a good deal and it'd definitely order it again if I see it again on the menu.
