Customer services is fast, polite and professional. Wrote a review a couple of weeks ago, they immediatly added the credit to my account.... Very nice to deal with.

Design is nice, easy to navigate. Always some nice promotions. Love it.

Price:

Price is average, not too expensive for what you’re getting. The reward system is great and is one of the main reasons I continue shopping there!

Interact transfer is simple, they accept quickly and ship your order the next day usually. (careful! they updated their email adress!)

Shipping takes a couple of days, standard across canada. Even during the covid-19 pandemic which is much appreciated.

This order did not come in the classic black PG box. only a regular cardboard box. Still does the job, just a bit less fancy.

Nugs:

For both the Death bubba and the pink kush, nugs are of decent size, nothing spectacular but still pretty dense. That’s probably what I like most of Pacific grass, consistency. You know your always getting some pretty good weed.

High:

The Death bubba offers a steady high, felt straight on the forehead. It’s feeling is pretty mellow.

Pink kush, is sweet and lovely, will probably get some more :D

Customer service :

Customer service is pretty good, they answer quickly and professionnaly. I ordered an ounce of Blue Dynamite but they contacted me to let me know they were out of it and asked if I was okay with a replacement of 1oz of V...iolator Kush. I appreciated the honesty of not just putting any weed in a Blue Dynamite bag without telling me. But unfortunately it was the second time I ordered something that was out of stock. Both times, they fixed the situation but an improvment would be to not let us order stuff that is out of order.

Price:

Pacific Grass always has some nice promotions the price is fair for qhat your are getting. Never felt ripped of by them. When I open packages there’s pretty much always the right amount, no missing grams which is great. Would love it if they sometimes gave out little freebies for new customers or loyal customers, it would be a nice touch.

So far I’ve been impressed by their HUGE dense nugs. Especially for their AAAA products.

I really appreciate that compared to other MOMs who sometimes ship out a batch of tiny sad nugs.
