Dutch Crunch - Budmail - Aug 2020 (Preview)

This **Dutch Crunch** (*Dutch Treat* x *Jack Herer*) is a phenomenal hybrid and I'm surprised they didn't reserve some pretty (Premier Line) glass jars for this cultivar Sticky, impressive large colas with tidy trim and perfect humidity that unfortunately arrived somewhat squished inside its tuna can. This cultivar has a very pronounced and easily distinguishable profile of zesty, chemmy sweet pine with hints of fruit.. Leads with those same initial notes of woody, chemmy sweet pine, then settles into a creamy meringue sweetness with splashes of spice at higher temps Potency is very good (matches its 27% test) and I'd describe its effects as heady, uplifting euphoria that settles as calm, clear-headed relaxation with improved appetite On a personal level this might be my favourite cultivar to date from this source, and it should also score quite well objectively within our Database ​ Many thanks to a friendly, generous bear at BM for all of the insightful, informative and helpful emails these past months. As someone who loves terpy, tasty, potent sativa-prominent cultivars, I'm very appreciative of the opportunity to have enjoyed this one =)

Mint Chocolate Chip (Skookum) - Budmail - Aug 20

Another picture / review of that strain ;) Got it a couple of days ago and tried it for the first time yesterday. Let me start by the bag appeal, it's awesome, buds are full of trichomes, perfectly cured and trimmed as you'd expect from a Skookum Premier Line strain. Buds were medium sized, I would have liked some bigger ones, but there are almost no stems so that's alright. Strong smell, very pleasant, not the most intense one, but still. For the taste, with all the reviews I saw here, I was expecting to be blown away. You can taste some mint after exhaling and some diesel, but IMO flavor are pretty discret, especially compared to Blue Coma I got last month. It's not bad, not at all, I would just have liked more terps. I filled my two Dynavaps with that, I had like 5 or 6 hits per cap, which is awesome. I usually fully extract after 2 or 3 hits. And man, I was high! This is the highlight for me of this strain. It's so potent, the high is just amazing. Be careful though, don't use it when you have important stuff to do. I kept forgetting what I was doing. Overall, this is a strain I enjoyed a lot, don't think I will use it that often since I mostly use Sativas, but it will last me for a while. Definitely something for nights where you have nothing to do except video games and watching TV. Not my favorite from Skookum, but probably the most potent one I tried so far. Q: 9/10 Because of the discret taste in the vape. V: 9/10 I don't mind paying the extra cost of these high end strains since I only vape and it lasts me forever, but it's still pretty expensive. But you can always find decent discounts on Budmail.

Mandarin Cookies/Skookum(Budmail)/August

Checkin' out some more quads for you guys :P Looks: Absolutely caked nugs with the classic cookie structure,some nugs portraying the classic GSC foxtails. Long, conical, skinny nugs, but nice and dense and mature, well trimmed. The trichs blanket the nugs in white snow, with the odd triched out dark green and purple leaves. Fiery orange-auburn pistils and a lovely green of the bud underneath adds to the symphony of colours and contrast shown off here. Nose: An addictive, amazing smelling spiced cookie dessert with backdrops of creamy orange and sandalwood that reminds me of a funky creamsicle. When busted this comes out even more with a bit of piney sweetness adding to the mix. Taste: Taste is great, matching the smell albeit a little more muted. Very delicate, classic cookie flavour with a super clean mandarin juice zest in there, with an addictive [creaminess.In](https://creaminess.In) the mighty ive zoned in my favourite starting temp for this stuff at 170-175, moving my way up as the vapor diminishes. Vapor Quality: What we've come to expect from Skookum. I dont know what it is, their organic living soil, the love that goes into the plants, or the cold cure but it definitely shows in the smoke/vapor. Smooth on the throat and lungs, able to take multiple deep draws in the mighty. No scratchiness, just fluffy and smooth vapor clouds with great vapor production. I never got a headache from multiple vaped bowls to the face either, which is always nice! I use cannabis to treat ailments not cause them :P High: The high really stood out, along with the smell. Very happy, and focused high, upbeat and full of creativity. I also feel social and willing to say hi to strangers on walks. This is the perfect wake-n-bake strain... try it out for yourself! But be warned, this new batch tested above 20 percent THC and you can def feel the stronger effects from last batch! Great for mood elevation, and i found it to work pretty well for headaches/migraines, like a lot of cookie strains. Little to no burn out, depending how much is consumed, and just a solid, long lasting, sativa leaning high. You feel the effects more in the head for sure but when enough is consumed you can feel the cookie lineage slowly adding to the mix :) Conclusion: Great stuff, this batch is top notch! Great smelling, cure was good(nice and fresh nugs, but still bust nice) and the high is quite stunning! Q-9 V-9

M.k ultra Again nice purple and superrr stickky nugs im so impressed for AAA+ Potent gassy and skunky again all the aspects I love White ash and slow burn I would 10/10 recommend 9.5/10 for quality and 10/10 for Value You cant go wrong at this price

First order from budmail. I saw a post a few days ago about another consumer being disappointed. I understand now but I think the strain is the problem and not the quality. It's definitely the best looking weed I ever bought. On the cape the taste is fruity and linger in your mouth. The taste was pretty similar after 7 min of vaping which is pretty exceptional imo. I think I will like it more and more if I'm being honest. Q: 9 V 8.5

Value 9/10 Quality 9.5/10 **breakdown:** First order from Skookum and budmail. quite happy with the transaction. I was able to take advantage of a coupon code for a free 1 gram joint of sour tangie (smells amazing, havent smoked yet). Also included was a Boveda pack, which is nice to see with a premium price tag. It came double vacuum sealed within a cardboard box to keep the product from being squished. The buds were neatly arranged inside with the joint and Boveda and it was clear that attention was paid to the packaging. Bag appeal 9.5/10, smoke 9/10, potency: 10/10 cure 8/10, flavor/smell(terpyness) 9/10 Price: 250 / oz **The high:** This is a heavy hitter for sure. ive been smoking half of what i normally do and getting ripped as hell. I smoked a joint and then went to the grocery store to do some shopping and was feeling super out of place. felt like i was in highschool again lol. **The good:** Great trim, amazing buds bulging from every place in the stock. Well formed, dense, and very matured. The trichomes are nice and milky, but not too golden. when i opened the package it filled the whole room with gassy smell. Busts up perfectly in a grinder and leaves a nice resin ring on the joint when smoked. There's no question that this is expensive product, however value is maintained from the extreme potency. like i said, Ive been smoking half of what i would with a 120-160$ oz price range. **The bad:** Joints dont burn pure white ash. We're not talking chunky black ash but there is some salt and pepper. The smoke is quite smooth (especially the first few puffs) but at the same time its not the smoothest ive ever had, but this is just nitpicking really in an attempt to create a balanced review. **Neutral:** This stuff will stink up the whole block when you blaze it. IT IS LOUD. Im smelling it from rooms on the other side of my house and i dont even smoke in my house. **Disclaimer:** I paid for this product and was not a free sample. this is an honest review from a customers approach.

Punch Breath by Skookum - Budmail - August

**Punch Breath: 20% THC 0.5% CBN** Very muted nose, literally doesn't even smell like weed, I'm really disappointed with this one. It's tinned in the old tins, so it's most likely an old batch, and has been sitting for sometime. Buds look solid, and are dense like diamonds. Ash burns solid white with a peppery chunk here, and there. High is a decent cerebral/body buzz that has solid euphoria, and a nice uplifting feel. I just wish the stuff had some sort of nose, I'm sure at one point it was dank, but now it's not. I'll let it sit for a week/two, and update then. V: 8 Q: 7
