Incredibly frosty, looks like it’s been rolled around in kief. Very pungent smell, and smooth smoke. Much better than the last $99oz (pink) and I’d put it up there with their best $99ozs.

For $99, I'm surprised at how icy it is. It's got more trichomes than Fire OG ($140oz from Togo) and DB ($150oz from Togo). Really thought it'd be the other way around with the price differences.

This is an amazing bud. By far, the best weed I've ever smoked. Absolutely covered in trichs, and holding a beautiful trim, these buds look amazing. I'll post more pics in an album. The smell is tremendous. Very lightly wintergreen, backed by a huge forest musk with a touch of diesel. Even a smaller bud will gas out a large room with lovely stink. The taste is big, and lingers heavily. Hints of low wintergreen backed with gas hit the senses immediately and a kush breath remains for some time after the hit. The high is mindnumbing and quite hazy, creating a lovely sensation. It is rather long lasting, despite it's peak happening rather quickly. I can say without a doubt that this is the best weed I've ever smoked. *10/10*, AAAA

In this ounce I have a total of 16 flavors, 8 Live Resins and 8 Sauces. For Live Resin there is, Romulan, Church OG, Violator Kush, Diesel Cough, Animal Cookies, White Diesel, Blue Diesel, and Domina Diesel. For Sauce there is, Tuna, Amnesia Cookies, Lindsay x Church, Island Pink, Purple Kandy, Pink Gorilla, Karma OG, and Vio-Citrique. Haven't cracked into them as I'm still working through my last order from HVE. Great stuff as always, excited to try the new buffet.

Despite this the overall experience was very similar to the diesel we tried from the same people. At first glance the buds look very fluffy, darkish in color, very well trimmed and quite a bit of crystals and red hairs... about 50/50 red hairs to buds. Due to just how fluffy it was this meant we got the a nice coating of crystals right down to the center as it was very airy. The buds smelled pretty generic pot... something I'd compare to pre-legalization: hay, grass, a bit of pine, nothing special. Once ground up the buds broke up and filled up almost a full grinder for a small nug, possibly due to the fluffyness. The bud maintained its darker color and was pretty stick to itself, not SUPER sticky but better than some stuff we've seen for 2x the price. Finally since we ground it up we got a nice tropical , sweet smell, and strong pine. It was a nice bonus since its similar to what we smelled at higher tier stuff. Vaping it was a pretty typical baked goods, cookies, not-sweet, not bitter taste. Nothing I would recommend to any hardcore vapers but also nothing terrible. Leaving it cooked at 195 for a while did give us a BIT of a sweet taste, but by far that dominating baked goods taste. Pretty average but still OK in my books. Burning it left a light grey - white ash, very impressive. Smoking it was a bit harsh but was easy on the lungs and nice thick smoke, a big plus! The effects were very cerebral, energetic, creative, social with no anxiety and stress. It was probably one of the more enjoyable sativa feelings simply due to the lack of anxious feelings. BECAUSE it was a nice thick plume of smoke, creeping effects, and no burn out with an overall enjoyable energetic experience I would recommend it if you like to put a flame to it. All in all not a great experience, not mind-blowing, but for the low price it's a good win in my books. Not something you'd want to break out the champagne for but something you can smoke day to day (affordably). Would recommend this over the diesel as well.

The hype is real. First order from these guys, got a split oz of Romulan and Death Bubba. Was hoping they'd each come in one jar but whatever. Can safely say they'll be my new go to. Great customer service, fast response and delivery. Price can't be beat. Have only tried the Romulan and it tastes just as good as it smells, which is ridiculous. Strong piney/sweet. 2 decent size dabs in and I'm wrecked so the potency is definitely on point. Death Bubba has that classic dank smell and I'm sure will hit just as hard.

Hi all, I'm not going to post a review, but wanted to put this out there to the community as I've been thinking about this for a while now and have been torn over whether to post this as I know I'm new and don't really have any credibility at all. As I'm sure some of you have seen, I received an order from Kootenay a couple of weeks ago and I was pretty stoked given their platinum selection of great strains and potency. I was really excited about their PG-13 strain as G-13 was one of the first quad flowers I ever tried back in Michigan in the 90's and the first time I have seen this strain since. Outside of some issues signing up, getting access was straight forward and I was approved pretty quickly all things considered. I'd read a bunch of reviews which were mostly really good, so being able to select some strains that the community were talking about, along with selecting some strains which I personally thought were going to be a very enjoyable experience, was definitely exciting. From order to door was about 2 days which was great and I received all 6 strains no problem. This is where things start is get murky for me and the reason why I wanted to post. For all the hype and marketing about these flowers being platinum and really great, I've been left feeling very un-impressed with the flowers. The flower themselves look absolutely amazing, some of the best bud I have ever seen, with lots of crystals, big buds but lacking a bit in the smell department. Then I tried smoking them. I've been smoking bud for well over 20yrs and I'm a bong guy. Upon breaking up the buds, I found it a bit odd that such great looking flower with tons of crystals was not really sticky at all and again, the nose was not very strong. Taking rips from the bong and the taste was decent, but nothing to write home about. I was expecting some heavy hitters and was excited to experience the effects of these supposedly platinum flowers. Lets just say that I've been trying, to little or no effect, to get the heavy effects from these strains and I'm just not getting it. That's why I've been holding out on posting as I thought maybe it's me, I'll give these another shot to see if maybe it's just me or the particular day I'm smoking (I'm a daily smoker). Some of the strains will tease with some effects after smoking, but by the 30min mark, it feels like I haven't smoked anything. This includes the Cactus Breath strain which folks have been going crazy over and folks have written reviews on here saying the same. Is anyone else having a similar experience to me? to say that I'm underwhelmed is an understatement - probably the biggest disappointment I've had to date when ordering from MOM's. I'll continue to try these with an open mind, but I'm just not getting the effects. Next question I'm sure from folks is to contact the MOM. I'm a bit hesitant as I did approach him early on after the order about one of the jars as it had 1.3g of leaf in the 7g jar (by far the worst I've seen since ordering with MOM's) - I was really nice about the email and didn't ask for anything and I basically got a response saying, thanks, I'll let the grower know (no apologies, nothing). So I wasn't expecting to get anything in the customer service department if I sent an email back saying the potency of his platinum strains are questionable as he would probably think I'm looking for something for free. I just want heavy hitting buds (I even emailed them before putting in the order asking for their heavy hitters and they confirmed that what I wanted to order was indeed heavy hitting, I even ended up ordering a strain they recommended). So, while I really want to like this MOM given their selection of great strains, my actual experience with those strains has been terrible 9I wonder who the grower(s) are?). I'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience or whether my tolerance has decided to only increase when trying buds from Kootenay craft. Hoping I'm not crazy and sorry for the novel. Just feeling really disappointed by this experience. Ypsi

The last order I placed was of the $90/oz sour diesel. I had mixed feeling on it because of its earthy smell and the dryness. It was very shakey when I got closer to the bottom of the bag, but for the money, you couldn’t complain at all. These AA strains I got today were definitely more appealing smell wise and appearance. For a few bucks more, I would definitely choose the $120AA over the $90-100AA.
