I had never tried this strain before, so I had no idea what to expect, I have to say I was pleased with my purchase. The quality for value is what brings me back to boxed buds.

It did not start off with the best impression, as the bag appeal on this batch is not grea...t - the trim on these is sub-optimal with lots of long spindly stems attached still and they were fairly compressed in the bag. That said, the bud was still very nice to smoke, it is mild with a hint of chocolate on the palette and burning mostly white ash. Its effects are what makes this one a winner. I wanted to t...est the top shelf, and for a 1st time buyer epuipped with the NEW20 code it was an easy choice. El Jefe, the Boss/Chief/Head Honcho had better live up to its moniker! The buds are rated AAAA and I’m gonna say that’s close enough - not the best I’ve ever had, but it’s hard to find faults. The smell in the bag is a deep dank/gas and it comes with humidipaks. The colour is a dark digi-camo green and the cure is spot-on. It is a robust/earthy smoke, although still mellow. Effects are pure Indica - have a seat. The only reason it’s not a 10/10 is that LPB pink kush can be had for half the price and its 90% as good.

Quality: These frosty medium sized nuggets were a delightful surprise. They were rated AAA and that’s accurate. The buds although a respectable size are not dense. They are nice to grind up, not too sticky but still super dusty. Smells of GSC, and the taste is light and floral. This one is a cree...per and a lingerer, providing a nice long-lasting indica stone. It’s not as heavy as the Jetfuel OG in my other review, but it is still potent and my strain of choice on this auspicious day.

Quality: These were rated AAA and that’s on point. The buds were on the small end, being a mix of popcorn and quarter/nickel/dime size. The smell is gassy (but not like wow). Taste is unmistakably OG and the cure was great. Grinded nice and was a pleasure to roll up. Its effects are heavy, just ho...w I like my indica, great for a nighttime puff. 8/10
