ChronicPost(dot)ca reached out to me earlier this week and offered to send me a sample pack. Right off the bat, I found that really cool of them.
I’ve had Love Potion#1 before, and ChronicPost’s hits all the checkmarks.
It smells great, with a very fresh lime and pine scent. Th...e smell translates well into the flavour in the smoke.
You can tell it’s a sativa right away, as it starts creeping up the back of your head and with that classic ’headband’ feeling around your temples.
The nugs I got were nice and dense, so even though they weren’t that big I was able to roll a fat joint.
The nugs may look a bit squished, but that happened during the shipping.
It burned a nice light grey/white, very smooth on your throat and lungs.
The potency is really good, strong Sativa high, no body heaviness or couchlock feeling.
They have it listed as AAA on their site, and I think that’s a very fair rating.
Shoutout to ChronicPost(dot)ca, they were super chill in the chat, and they put out the package as soon as they got an address from me.
They sent me 5 diff strains which total in around ~8g and a bit of hash. I will continue to review them as I try them.
They also sent me a plastic grinder, a pack of RAW rollies, a pack of Elements tips, a Clipper jet lighter (I didnt even know those existed, I love it), a doob tube with a cone in it and a Boveda pack.
It’s a real treat. Bag appeal is right up my alley, purple nugs that look blue-ish from a distance.
The nose is like dank cookies, burns white & light grey, real smooth. Potency is on point, Im a daily dabs kinda guy and a joint of this had me super stoned. Felt it right behind the e...yes/face.
The nugs were mostly all medium and some big nugs.
Nose is unreal, I think this is the gassiest/most pungent weed I’ve ever smelled. To me it reeks of like gas/insecticide/chemicals (in a good way) and grapefruit.
The high is a crazy sativa head high, and b...y the end some body buzz creeps in.
The smell comes thru really nicely on the taste, but not overpowering.
The trim is great, burns white/very light grey in a joint.
The nose this one is mostly Cake/Cookie dough, with a hint of kushy earthiness.
It burns greyish white, with a really sweet smoke on the exhale. The exhale is the part that really surprised me, I donno but to me it tastes like sweet berries or something.
...Bag appeal is great, some big nugs and all medium for the rest, no shake.
Potency was good, uplifting and relaxing long high, but not particularly crazy high or anything. Just a steady, long high
This strain is crazy. Smells just like cake/dough, but the smoke tastes hazy/earthy. I tried it yesterday and I dont know if it was I was tired from the work week but it knocked my ass out around 6pm. Took a nap, and was still nice and relaxed when I woke up.
The bag appeal is very very ni...ce.
The bud wasnt dry but it wasnt moist either, very sticky.
The ash burns light gray/white. Gets a nice oil ring on the joint.
Having tried it, and knowing the price all I can say is: are you serious JJ? Goddamn.
A quad for a nice price IMHO, especially the potency.
