I made a post a couple days ago asking if anyone has ever tried CoastTerraBC, after hearing good things I decided to message them to place an order. Their site indicates $25 off first order. So I placed ordered and mentioned discount. Shortly after I received my invoice without the discount and adde...d shipping. I emailed to ask why I didn’t get the discount and he goes on to accuse me about lying and having previous orders….. I literally never heard of them until a couple days ago… this is how they treat new customers? Well you just lost a potentially 2 Oz a month customer.
I replied explaining to him I’ve literally never ordered before and asked him to please show me these orders I’ve placed in the past and said he might have me confused with someone else…. Then he hasn’t responded since….. I guess they answered my question about who to order from CoastTerra or Distillate Direct.
