Reviewing this 99 oz from boxedbuds. I threw up a few pics so you could see it under both natural and warm lighting. Its fairly fresh and breaks apart rather easily, sticky when ground but not necessarily sticky buds. easily squished but thats just how these nugs are, on the softer side. Its tasty i...n my hot air vaporizer and thats good enough for me. The high was relaxing, body heavy and lasted about one hour. Medicinal effects lasted much longer, curbs nausea instantly and with time inflammation for about 3 hours. Could vape this all day at this price.

Purple Wedding Cake

The packaging hits the nail on the head, it’s earthy and sweet, slightly floral. When it burns it has what I’ve been told is a dinner smell which Id compare to meat breath and a bit on the spicy peppery side. In regards to the cure and burn I’m quite happy, the ash... is white and it’s tasty in a joint. Bag appeal is deceiving because at this quality it deserves a better trim. In terms of colour and appearance I thought it looked quite plain but the value is in its density and sticky form. It will want to glue your Grinder and plug hot air vaporizer screens because of the dense trichome coverage.

When rolling this one just feels good and happy, not falling out of the paper and left me satisfied firm without a filter. Don’t let the photos deceive you, it’s quite densely covered with trichs on the inside, more than most which is what lands this one a score of 8.5 for quality and 8 value. This one definitely leans on wedding cake more than any purple. Better than my Mike Tyson by a hair but not in the ring. Id probably buy Mike Tyson for a tenner more still but from what I’ve seen purple wedding cake can hang in the same bracket if your biased and like wedding cake like I do.

Rockstar currently sits at the top of their website when you arrive as a 135oz. In regards to genetics Rockstar is a cross between Rockbud and Sensi Star. Rockstar is a moderate potent indica-dominant hybrid that delivers strong sedative effects with little cerebral effects, its effects definitely c...ater to those who prefer a lazy body high. I do detect moderate aromatic notes of spice but nothing grape-like as the description would have you believe- just earthy spicy goodness. Vapor production is moderate as is the taste, not something id smoke in a pipe (i tried it) but it has its place for use in the occasional joint or bong rip.

When it first arrived i threw a gram into my vape (Arizer EQ) before really taking a good look at it, i wasn’t disappointed untill i laid the whole ounce out on my tray to take pictures for the discord later. 12 grams of smalls weighed in which puts my ounce at just over 40% smalls. For all purposes though i chose to put the smalls aside for edibles and make a review on the basis of larger nugs seen here. User ’behave’ had recieved an ounce of rockstar with a much different distribution so im giving BB the benefit of the doubt but penalizing my scoring of value by 2 points in response. Ive long considered rockstar a safe choice for mids like nuken. I think theres alot of value to be had with Boxedbuds in my prior experience and definitely in regards to customer service.

Great for pain and instant nausea relief. It was clogging screens in my Arizer EQ much faster than the norm which reinforced my stance that this flower earns a solid 10 in terms of potency. The Mike Tyson got a much lower score after I spent some time with this one. Crisp vapor production that hit t...he throat almost like a faint pine menthol. We pushed 4 bags before me and two others tapped out. Green-Yellow trichromes covering this frosty mess. Dense buds throuout, maintaining a soft firm form. Satisfying and easy to work with in papers. I have thoroughly enjoyed this ounce. I’d buy again with a coupon code if I was looking for quads this Canada Day holiday.

In terms of bag appeal, this is absolutely beautiful. In the right light, the contrast between vibrant green and purple is appealing. For one reason or another this is reminding me of black diamond I’ve had in the past.

My biggest criticism is the price, feels like your paying motr for th...e bag appeal with average potency. This one is listed as a 185oz, but I think I’d value it at 160. I’d only recommend it if there’s a valid coupon to bring it down. The terps are a bit unusual, but not exotic. I’ve had better grape ape that was much darker with a more grape-like profile so I was a bit disappointed with this batch at 185.

I consumed this in an arizer extreme Q, hot air vaporizer, and the terps were alright. the first two bags were crisp, earthy pine like menthol on the inhale with citrus on the exhale. What threw me off was the citrus notes I was getting in this weed was much more present than I remember for both smell and taste in vapor. I feel I get a much more accurate taste profile in a hot air vaporizer than pipe.

This is the typical AAA, woody pine but lacking potency and punch when you open the bag, by definition bag appeal is lacking in the smell department. That being said it burns well enough to smoke, salt and pepper ash however I don’t usually smoke 105oz bracket flower for joints. It vaped just fine... and was very flavorful in my Arizer Extreme Q, almost like a pine menthol on the throat, three bags of solid vapor before it became toasted and left roasted flavors. 105oz like this would be a fine choice for edibles. I do question any flower in this price bracket that suggests its above 20%, this is approaching 20 at best. For the price I would buy again, there is value here. You get what you pay and a little more an oz that vapes well for 105.

Satisfied with the burn, white ash, great cure. Purple sugar leaves intact, mostly frosty and scattered throughout. Sugar leaves likely left to increase bag appeal, they are almost reddish at the base with a purple hue. The flower is mostly dark green but it looks light under the right light because... of the trichome coverage.

Mike’s genetics are heavy indica, definitely a relaxing couch weed. This is a true indica that sets itself apart from balanced hybrids. Medicinally, great for instant nausea relief, it’s a 10pm sleepy time weed forsure. Compared to the mac10 it left alot to be desired, I was conflicted what to rate this because the mac10 in the same price bracket was a solid 10 in my books.

I settled on a rating of about 8.5 for Mike Tyson, I initially thought it was overpriced becuase of the hype behind Mike Tysons genetics. The new price seems more fitting; 190 as previously listed at 240. I think it’s priced fairly now so the value is up from 8 to 9.

Very pleased with the overall appearance, fluffy yet firm and a pleasant light green green. Smell reminds me of Purples I’ve had in the past. Something about this reminds me of Black diamond on the nose. I’ve had orange crush in the... past and I definitely get some passive notes of it on the nose. I was satisfied with the potency at its current price point 180oz, previously 200 this month. Reportedly has about 2% CBD as well which is nice, 16%THC I got bubblegum CBD blunt wrap included and it was nice all put together. satisfied with trichome coverage, fairly average in terms of density of nugs. strong smell when opened.

Someone mentioned it smelled of beef jerky. Ive never had any of the meat breath phenos, but maybe this would appeal to those who like them because it does have a dinner spicyness to it, almost pepper. In a hot air vaporizer it was rather crisp, almost like a pine menthol that gets you on the throat, very pleased with vapour production. Had a BBQ, smoked with cbd blunt wrap, two hours later on the comedown I was extremely sleepy with heavy eyelids at 7pm, could have taken a nap, perhaps this was the CBD.

Asked for a faulty dab pen as user before me showed theirs in another thread and to my surprise they obliged. The pen is probably the best part, no issues yet (labeled as faulty pen, gelato).

First thing in the morning I ate the 100mg mini M&M cookie, got me to a solid 8/10 stoned for a solid 4 hours empty stomach. Hope you guys are enjoying your Friday nights. I’ve had two glasses of scotch myself since I smoked this 90mins ago and I’m feeling a nice warm buzz. Off the bat I thought it was a moderately strong one as far as AAA goes. Usually a bowl this size like majority of my AAA stuff would keep me sati...sfied for two hours but I can smoke a fair bit more once I have a third glass. I’m satisfied with the quality, definitely prefer the terps of the black diamond because it’s more unique / novelty to my palate.

Leafy suggests that the parents of cookie monster are Girlscout Cookies x OG Kush. Im sitting here with the bag to my nose as I write and I am greeted with a very green smell, makes me think of Girlscout cookies which Is to my taste. After a smell of some Girlscout cookies In my posession its apparent this cookie monster leans on citrus far more. Anyways, the smoke was fine, I never have much to say for terps untill I’ve tried it in the vaporizer.

Without any leading questions my girlfriend suggests it just smells green, moderate smell but doesnt stand out but I suspect she’s comparing it to our AAAA. To me it’s obvious this is one of my better AAA in terms of potency. She uses marijuana for inflammation, pain, and nausea although she prefers indica its not her favorite for this application but it’s good for controlling her nausea. I think I’d buy it again but honestly, I prefer to try new stuff every order.

I’d say this is easily worth 110-120oz in terms of potency, it’s actually pretty frosty in the right light but I chose to use warmer lighting that brought out the orange and green. He could probably sell it for 140 because the bag appeal is high. it’s pretty dense and the trichomes almost have a yellow hue instead of just white but the contrast in some light can really make it shine white. Lastly, I’m satisfied with the ash.
