Based off a first glance you can already tell these are some sticky, greasy buds. Sporting darker shades of forest greens, followed by subtle purple hues and reddish-orange pistils. Tight, dense feel to them but squishable between the fingers show... casing how resinous they are.

The nose is a mix of sharp gas and pungent earth with a bit of sweet creamyness to it as well as pine. Loud, dank profile that translated to taste with a thick smoke that was very smooth but heavy. Produced a clean burning ash in a joint.

A pretty evenly balanced high for the most part, perhaps leaning to the sativa side, with it’s uplifted and outgoing effects. Potent, yet functional enough to get things done and stay active. Also brings a sense of relaxation with it, keeping the mind and body at ease.See More

Saved the best for last. My favourite out of the recent Togo strains, Platinum Cookies. Girl Scout Cookies with an unknown third parent in the mix. Whatever it is, this strain is a step up from the typical GSC as it packs a flavorful punch as well as ...high. Very delightful, chunky looking nugs, blanketed in bulbous trichome heads giving it it’s ’Platinum’ appearance as advertised. A mix of pale mossy greens and darker greens make up this flowers complexion, followed by thick orange pistils and quite the neat trim. Firm and semi dense, with a moderate level of stickiness.

At first, the smell was quite tame as the dormant and pungent aromas remained within the bud. As soon as one was cracked open however, it came alive. A pleasant mix of sweet berries with an almost ’roasted nut’ kind of smell. Also hints of pepper and musky earth to follow. It’s like GSC with an extra kick of sweet funkyness. Translated very accurately when smoked with that same sweet berry taste met with hints of nutty earth and spices. What I loved most was how smooth and enjoyable it was, burning with a clean white ash and an oil ring all the way to the roach. Great cure. Reminded me a bit of Jelly Breath in a way if I had something to compare to.

Listed as a balanced hybrid which I found completely agreeable. A solid and potent myriad of effects that began with a sativa based high. Very upbeat and invigorating. Also some noticeable heady effects as well, completely zoning me out to anything I was focused on at the time. It slowly transitioned from head to body, feeling a relaxed and soothing high that started from the feet up. I didn’t find it to be sedating but depending on tolerance and amount smoked, it can have some couch locking tendencies. Great, all around cookie strain!See More

Ice Cream Cake is one of my top strains of all time as it combines the lovely Wedding Cake and Gelato 33. This was my first time trying Hierba’s ICC which arrived looking like it was dipped in trichomes. Very frosty and sticky, with a firm, dense bu...d structure and amazing cure. Cracking a bud apart reveals how caked this stuff really is, looking like a lit city skyline. Mainly light green in appearance, with purple-tinged sugar leaves and peach-orange coloured pistils. Just happens to be slightly on the leafy side.

If I were to be blindfolded and someone held this ICC under my nose and told me to guess what it was, I would immediately start thinking of a pastry or baked good of sorts rather than weed. Creamy, sweet aromas of cake and dough, with soft citrusy-lime undertones. I just wish it all translated over when smoked. Don’t get me wrong, it was still decent tasting but didn’t have the same pronounced characteristics as the smell. The flavour was more earthy, nutty and sweet, but after exhaling you can taste the citrus and doughy subtleties on the tongue. Smoked very smooth and produced a clean, light ash.

Absolutely loved the high on this one and I found it to be perfect for what I look for in an afternoon/evening smoke. A potent mix of blissful relaxation, combined with an all out stoned, buzzing head high. I don’t know what it is about dessert strains but they all make me talk a whole lot more than usual too and this one was no different. Very uplifting until it starts to wear out, allowing for the indica side to take over and leave you feeling spent for the day.See More

It’s been a while since I’ve had a Jordan of the Islands strain and I’ve always enjoyed them in the past. This one is a potent cross of God Bud and Pre-98 Bubba Kush, producing some sticky, greasy, forest green coloured nugs, with an ample amount of visible trichomes. Not the neatest of trims ...overall but the remaining sugar leaf is just as caked as the buds. Arrived nicely cured as well.

A very classic and nostalgic nose on this flower that can effectively stink up an area with it’s pungent aromas. Strong notes of dank earth, pine, and kush that translated beautifully when smoked. Milky and thick yet very smooth, but still delivered that heavy punch to the chest. Burned with a salt and pepper ash.

The high doesn’t waste much time to put It’s heavy handed, indica effects to work. Very relaxing and sedating, feeling pinned back into the couch. Just left me completely lazy and useless, proving to be an effective choice for night time or just vegging out in front of the TV.See More

Yeah this one and the white glue both seem to be a sweet grab for AA. I’m just posting a review right now brother. I’ve had higher priced blue dream that didn’t even look/smoke like this.

AK-47, an old-school classic and the child of a 4 way landrace cross (Colombian×Mexican×Thai×Afghani) Lovely appearance to these plump, conical buds, displaying a colourful shade of olive green, contrasted by a plethora of thick orange pistils. A very greasy appearance, with many full and visible... trichome heads. Soft and fluffy texture to the buds with a good amount of stickiness to them as well. A little extra foliage but nothing extreme.

Not the type of smell you can pick up on instantly until you get passed the initial wave of cheese. It’s not overpowering but it’s definitely there, followed by notes of pepper, citrus, and herbs. The flavour is a little different when smoked with the introduction of skunk accompanied by slightly sour, bitter undertones, and a herbal-woody finish. One of those strains that seem to require an acquired taste and I found it to really grow on me. Super smooth in a joint and bong with a thin and airy smoke that make huge rips feel effortless. Burns with a light coloured, salt and pepper ash.

The high begins almost instantly, feeling a slight pressure on the top of the head. Very uplifting and euphoric to say the least, followed by an energetic and upbeat buzz that keeps you alert and functional. Definitely sativa dominant, just more mellow and clear headed rather than racey and anxious. I also took note of how long the high lasted and made the morning just fly by at work.See More

Lineage : Thin Mint GSC x Unknown Diesel Hybrid

This is my second time trying Togo’s Gas Cookies, with both batches being quite similar, depicting the consistent grow. Lovely bag appeal. Caked, dark purple nugs that create a lovely cont...rast in comparison to the bright green sugar leaves. Slightly dense and firmly structured, sporting plenty of long stalked trichomes and winding orange hairs, leaving the fingers sticky to the touch when handled.

I find the terpene profile to be quite unique on this strain as it’s oddly complex. Sweet and funky with subtle cookie undertones that quickly taper off into a woodsy, gasoline-fuel funk. It becomes noticeably more pungent after being ground up as it just wreaked through the grinder. The taste is similar on exhale with faint cookie notes followed by a peppery diesel like finish. Smoked really smooth, producing a bit of a darker ash that didn’t seem to effect taste or quality at all.

One can expect relaxing vibes with this gas cookies, as it leaves you in a very mellow, euphoric state, with a potent cerebral buzz. Doesn’t smack you in the face instantly like the Platinum Cookies I will be reviewing, but rather leaves one in a great, all around mood that plays out like a carefully balanced hybrid.See More

CBD has become quite an essential in my house and I always try to keep some tucked away. It has worked for me countless times, as well as others that were once scared to use anything cannabis related. This one by ’VVS Bombs’ boast...s a ratio of 30ML/600MG CBD and uses MCT (coconut oil) as the base. Very clear and transparent in appearance, with helpful millilitre measurements on the dropper. A couple tube fulls is enough to give me a sense of relaxation when feeling anxious/edgy or when feeling minor pain. It’s mainly used for my Mom who has very little tolerance and only takes 3/4ths of a dropper to feel the effects and enjoy a full nights, uninterrupted sleep. Been a while since I had a good cut of Mk Ultra, and this one from Phat Sacks is exactly that. Lovely appeal, with sticky, resin coated buds that are semi dense in structure and caked in greasy trichomes. Definitely a looker, with nugs sporting beautiful shades of light and dark greens complimented ...by dark purple streaks and fiery orange hairs. Nicely trimmed too, with little to none unwanted foliage.

Huge fan of this profile when done right. Piney, earthy, and pungent with dank, diesel/fuel undertones. Very aromatic and full flavoured, translating seamlessly to the taste with a slight chemical gassyness. Burns very slow and smooth producing a thick, lung filling smoke. Instant oil ring in a joint with a light ash colour.

Much like the Ghost Bubba, this one also offers a stoney high, but with more trippy and psychedelic effects. Very stimulating and cerebral, promoting mind wandering tendencies followed by calming and relaxing vibes. Can be slightly sedative towards the end of the high, especially depending on tolerance and amount consumed. All in all a real potent offering from Phat Sacks.See More

First time trying this strain, which is a potent cross between Ghost OG x Bubba Kush. Decent bag appeal with soft, yet dense buds that sport shades of olive and mossy greens accented by rusty orange hairs and forest green leaf. Neatly trimmed for the most part, and pretty sticky with plenty of intac...t trichome heads.

The Ghost OG in the genetics seem to dominate in aroma, emitting herbal notes of earthy pine and spicy kush. Quite the same on exhale, with the inclusion of skunk as there’s a rubbery aftertaste that lingers on the pallet. Smooth on the lungs despite the thick plumes of smoke, and burns decently clean with a salt and pepper ash.

Fairly potent in effects, delivering a strong, stoney, head high followed by physical and mental relaxation. Depending on your tolerance this can either leave you in a euphoric state for quite a while or snoozing in no time.See More
