Platinum Cookies

Bag Appeal 7/10 Tight dense buds, covered in crystal, medium sized nugs

Smell 7/10 Earthy and fruity, strong scent but not overwhelming

Process 7/10 Buds easily come apart and fl...uff nicely, candy like taste on exhale.

Platinum cookies is a strain that I am very familiar with, a hybrid strain leaning a bit more on the sativa side. A really good wake and bake smoke for a get up and go type days. I could see this being a strain popular with working professionals who needed to keep a clear, focused mind through their day to day but still wanted to take the edge off.

Northern Lights

Bag Appeal 6.5/10 Large fluffy, sticky buds, coated in crystal, visible trichs, alot of sugar leaves

Smell 7/10 Very earthy and sweet, smell pours out when you start breaking up a bud. .../>
Process 6.5/10 Pulling apart a bud reveals crystal coating all the way to the stem, fluffs up in grinder nicely, really strong taste on exhale, burns grey

I remember tales from my childhood about this strain, but never had the opportunity to try it growing up so I was excited to test out this unicorn from my youth. A few moments after smoking immediate relaxation across both your body and mind. The sweet earthy flavor lingers and tastes amazing in your nostrils/throat. I would have rated this higher if it was not for the abundance of sugar leaves, aside from that the potency is spot on if you are looking for a balanced hybrid for afternoon/early evening use.

Grape Bubba

Bag Appeal 7.5/10 Tight dark nugs hue of purple throughout, medium sized nugs.

Smell 7.5/10 Smells just like a tub of 5 cent grape candies, amazing, could smell it all day.

I can’t emphasize enough how awesome this strain smells,(if you enjoy the smell of grape candy). When you exhale the exact same awesome smell comes through heavily in the smoke. A well balanced hybrid that will relax your body while still allowing your mind to stay focused and on task. This would be an awesome day time strain if your day to day involves being around others.

Death Bubba

Bag Appeal 7.5/10 Tight neatly trimmed buds, coated in crystal

Smell 7.5/10 Strong earthy-sour smell, beautiful scent

Process 7/10 Easily busted in hand grinder, thick full smoke, flavor comes through in smooth exhale,burns grey.

This strain packs a pretty big punch, it’s taken me a lot longer then I would like to admit to write this review. As soon as I sat down to start writing I literally didn’t want to do anything and was perfectly content in doing nothing. A real couch lock strain that I would definitely recommend as a night time strain or a stay inside on a rainy day sort of strain. Very powerful indica effects over the whole body and a cerebral high that blend together to really make you feel like you are in your own world.

Pink Kush

Bag Appeal 7/10 Tight dense buds, coated in crystal, medium sized nugs

Smell 7/10 Citrusy-earthy smell with a little bit of a gassy undertone

Process 7.5/10 Fluffs well, th...ick full smoke, awesome taste on exhale, burns grey

I have to start by saying that Pink Kush is easily one of my top 3 strains of 2019 prior to this review, having the pk smalls from KT to compare it to I sort of knew what to expect prior to smoking. It’s everything I remembered and more. 5 minutes after smoking it brings me back to a familiar buzz that only Pink Kush can deliver where it starts to work on your mind first, then eventually consuming your body, a really great all purpose strain if you can regulate your intake a bit.

Another home run from these guys, i’ve had 6 different strains from these guys and every one of them has been fire and priced very well. The other 1/4 I recieved was Wedding Cake which I previously reviewed last week.

Lollypop

Bag Appeal: 7.5/10 Beautiful dense tight nugs, excellent trim

Smell: 7/10 Amazing smell from this strain, very earthy with a sour undertone

Process 7/10 Smell intens...ifies when you grind it, the smell blasts through when you exhale and the taste sticks with you, burns grey.

This is my first experience with this strain, not really knowing what to expect I packed up a rather large bowl and went to it. This is not a strain for beginners. Within minutes of exhaling you feel immediate relaxation, almost sinking from your head to toe. This strain hits hard right away and only intensifies as time goes on. 30 minutes after smoking and I can still taste the awesome flavor of this strain in my throat/nose.

Darth Vader

Bag Appeal 6/10 Medium sized buds, very small amount of leaves and stems on a few buds, touch on the dry side

Smell 6.5/10 Decent nose, smells like the color purple, grape/fruity

Process 7/10 Nice and easy to grind, fluffs well, burns greyish(more on the whiter side) tastes superb on exhale.

This is my first experience with this strain. If you think about Sativa being the light side of the force and Indica being the dark side of the force you will most definitely feel yourself being pulled more and more towards the dark side as this strain takes it’s full effect. A heavy hitting Indica, I caught myself staring out the window multiple times writing this review until I would eventually snap back to reality and continue. If the color purple had a smell and taste this would definitely be it, a true purple strain that won’t leave you disappointed.

Wedding Cake

Bag Appeal: 6.5/10 Smaller nugs, doesn’t bother me, but for... grading purposes it gets a lower rating.

Smell: 8/10 It’s not even a smell, more of an aroma. The second you open this bag it swallows you in feel good scent

Process: 8/10 Fluffs up amazing in the hand grinder, super caked, burns almost translucent. The feel good scent follows through in the burn for a full flavored experience.

As soon as you smoke this you immediately feel like you are living in a Disney movie with the birds chirping, the sun shining, really feel like your living in a fantasy land. The longer I sit in my chair the farther down I feel like i’m sinking in to it. The psychoactive effects hit immediately and the physical effects creep in over time and almost reset if you need to get up and so something. Hands down the best overall weed i’ve ever smoked. I will be keeping this in my rotation for as long as possible.

That concludes my review. Thank you for taking this journey with me. I really stepped outside of my comfort zone writing these but I had a blast doing it. Again I didn’t do this for any incentive other then to personally challenge myself to do something I normally wouldn’t do.

Nuken

Bag Appeal: 7/10 Buds are rock hard caked with crystals inside and o...ut, not as neatly trimmed as the Alien OG but very good appeal overall

Smell: 7/10 Has that earthy Nuken smell that you can’t mistake for anything else

Process: 7/10 Taste really comes through in the burn, fluffs nice and easily, buds crack apart revealing crystals all the way to the stem, purple hue when grinded. Burns clean and white

I have a very special relationship with Nuken, it was my first MoM order back on Feb 2nd 2018 from King Tuts, it opened my eyes to this world, so every time I see it on sites or in this case shipped to my house it always brings me back to that very first MoM pack that I ordered.

Having only smoked KT’s Nuken the bar was set pretty high for this one, not disappointed. 15 minutes after smoking for the first time today I started experiencing brain and physical lag, almost like a delay in motor skills, all sense of urgency washing away as time started to stand still(in a good way). A very heavy hitting indica that serves it’s purpose extremely well if you are looking to veg around the house without a care in the world.

I’m going to be doing a 3 day review of my Cannabudpost pack that I received yesterday. I decided on a 3 day review so that I could give each strain a pure honest review by only smoking the selected strain each day. I will be using a 1-10 rating scale in my reviews, 9/10 being reserved for quads... if i ever get the opportunity to try them in the future.

I’ll review the mom first and then move on to the strain I will be reviewing.

Mom: Cannabudpost

On to the first review:

Alien OG

Bag Appeal: 8/10 buds ranging from the small-medium to the medium range, very tightly trimmed buds, dense, very well done

Smell: 6.5/10 Weakest scent of the 3 strains I received, on it’s own it probably would have gotten a higher rating, hint of lemon and pine in the bag.

Process: 7/10 Fluffs nice in the hand grinder, burns clean and white, lemon and pine come through in the smoke when you exhale.

A few things happened today while exclusively smoking this strain, I walked around for about 20 minutes looking for my coffee cup,(which was in my hand) then proceeded to make a coffee without putting a k-cup in my kuerig. It’s a good around the house sort of bake, Immediate relaxation, easily distracted but not difficult to zero in and focus on something if required.
