THE BUD & THE BUZZ:

There seems to be a whole load of Lemon crosses coming out now, Lemon Skunk, Lemon Pie, Lemon Kush, Lemon by U2, etc......and quite a few of them suck. A lot of these ”Sativa Dominant Crosses” end up feeling underpowered and underwhelming, or they just make you trip out and think you're not breathing properly and shite. This strain is like a perfect middle ground.

I LOVE the buzz from this crop!!!!

It's definitely sativa-dominant, there's almost NO sedation or muscle relaxation at all, but it also doesn't aggravate anxiety or paranoia or anything like that. It's like there's jusssst enough indica in it to keep the anxiety away, but not enough to make you tired. At all.

The buds themselves are lookers, there's the standard light-to-mid greens and long orange hairs but there's also a ton of purple too, something you don't usually see in sativas. Smells like Oranges, Pineapples and Guava. Mmmmmmm

VALUE:

This one was rated as AAA and priced accordingly, that's why I gave it a 7/10. I don't feel like it was overpriced in any way but it wasn't exactly steal of a deal either. $150/oz is a lot lower than the high-end sativas out there but sometimes you can get lucky and find this quality of weed closer to the $100/$120 mark.

OTHER STUFF:

As always, their customer service was top-notch. I've never requested anything SUPER weird or complicated from them yet lol but they've always replied quick and been more than willing to do stuff like send specific samples, split orders up, etc.

They're quite friendly and reasonable to deal with too, and you don't get that ”Used Car Salesman / Snake Oil Peddler” vibe from them like with some newer places.

THE BUD & THE BUZZ:

Despite a nice dusting of trichs and squishy, dense buds, these Cookies were lacking in the scent department. Didn't have much of the spice/creaminess of the Cookies & Cream, was more of an earthy, floral smell that started out pretty faint but got a lot stinkier once it was ground up.

The buzz was a nice hybrid buzz, a bit on the spacey side, not much at all sedative-wise. It felt pretty much exactly like a 50/50 split, which makes sense because that's supposed to be what it is. Got me nice and stoned - the buzz definitely hits harder than you're expecting it to, even if the buds don't bowl you over.

VALUE:

Got these on sale so value's definitely there. I think this one was priced pretty fairly at first, not too high but nothing to get excited about, but being on sale for the price of (AA-) makes it a great deal.

OTHER STUFF:

I've never had any issues with this place yet, all my orders have been dead on - just what I ordered, in the quantities I ordered, along with whatever stickers and samples they put in there too. Super nice to deal with too if you have special requests or are just annoying like me.

This mom is based in Toronto too, so with me being in Ontario also, it makes shipping WAY faster, even with COVID crap.

THE BUD:

Although they didn't quite have the insane bag appeal of the Cookies & Cream, these nugs were gorgeous nonetheless. Coated in trichomes so that you can barely see all the beautiful purples, greens, and oranges. Even the pistills are bogged down in the trichs. Like a Bermuda Triangle of crystals.

Smell and taste were both a bit of the Cookies & Cream and a LOT of Gelato smell. If the C&C smokes kinda like a Forum Cut or Meatbreath, then this smokes more like Kotton Kandy or something. Tastes great.

VALUE:

10 again here, well-deserved. With their Weekend Flash Sale taking 15% off the already-on-sale-price, this stuff was CHEAP.

From $230 to $180 to $153. And $150 is their free shipping cutoff so there's that too LOL Quad weed, $80 off on an Oz, and free shipping?!? Nice.

OTHER STUFF:

These guys have awesome customer service. They respond to emails quick and they've always been willing to do special requests when things have come up.

They ship when they say they will and they're in Toronto which means things get to me a lot quicker being in Ontario too. Even in the sticks.

And samples/stickers/swag - some of the best ever. Any time I've ordered from then I've gotten at LEAST one sample of a different strain, stickers every time, and they'll throw in candies and stuff too sometimes. And they do it with any order, you don't have to spend $500 to get the good stuff or anything.

OVERALL: 10 / 10

I probably sound like a shill but I couldn't be happier with this order, truly. Wicked weed that was wicked cheap, samples of another AAAA strain, and 2 day shipping = happy me :)

THE BUD:

Holy crap. The pictures online didn't even come close to doing these buds justice- these things are CAKED like crazy. Appearance-wise it reminded me a lot of the old Meatbreath from CE, just darkness and fuzzy trichomes. Thats it.

Smoke actually reminds me a lot of Forum Cut GSC, it's definitely the spicier kind of cookies as opposed to the creamier.

Purple leaves inside, trichomes that will stick to your fingers just touching the nugs. Definitely AAAA.

VALUE:

This gets another 10 here because I was able to get it on their ”Weekend Sale”, so it was 15% off the sale price, which was already marked down by $50!

An oz went from $230 to $180 then down to $153. Works out perfectly too because $150 is their free shipping cutoff.

Also, the 1/4 that they sent was half a gram over, so bonus for that for sure.

OTHER STUFF:

I friggin LOVE that these guys are in Ontario, and close to Toronto at that. I live in the sticks and it usually takes 3-4 days for Express packages to get here from out of province, but these ones are almost always here in 2 days somehow.

Probably DGAF if you aren't in Ontario but if you are it's something to think about.

Customer service was awesome too, even with the sale going on I emailed them a special request to see if I could split an order and they got back to me right away, said no problem at all, I placed the order, they modified it like they said they would and that was that.

Also got a free AAAA sample as always with them, and.a whole buncha stickers that I'm running out of places for. Maybe I'll start skateboarding again.....

OVERALL: 10 / 10

”QUAD” and ”AAAA” get thrown around all the time but this stuff is DEFINITELY a quad. It makes the other weed in your jars embarrassed and they're afraid to smoke in front of the Cookies.

I smoke 90% bongs so never pay much mind to ash lol definitely had a different taste tho....and smell.

It’s pretty decent. Haven’t ordered from HSP in a while and still can’t believe this was $260/oz regular price - it’s pretty good but not THAT good. Glad I got it with a 30% off code or I’d be kinda disappointed.

Price aside, it’s a great smoke. Nice and gassy, great kush-y tas...te. Pretty potent too, it doesn’t destroy you like some Rockstars but it’s not weak eitherSee More
