Boxed buds was kind enough to send me a sample package, and one of the strains was white widow. I really liked this strain and had to share my experience with the community.

It was a tad too dry, but not overly so, nothing that a boveda pack wouldn’t take care of. Had a very potent heady h...igh, and you could also feel the indica effects somewhat, definitely a nuzz buzz.

It had a lovely floral taste, actually tasted unlike any weed I’ve tried, and was quite possibly one of the smoothest strains I’ve had in recent history.

I believe it’s listed for 119 an OZ which I think is certainly a vary good value for the price, I would consider buying this in the future.See More

This one isn’t listed on their site but I assume it’s $99-119 like the rest of their flower.(sample) Citrus pepper terps, salt and pepper ash, very peppery flavor on exhale. Snappy little sativa but the buzz is short lived.(i don’t smoke many sativas)

Purple OG

Has a classic purple smell and flavor, a lot of sugar leaves on this one. Definitely the least visually appealing of the group. Grey ash, nice smooth buzz creeps up pretty quickly, nice body lock with some decent cerebral effects as well.

Blue Dream

Cheesy earthy terps, nice head coverage, burns a little grey, smooth smoke on exhale. Indica leaning hybrid. Hits pretty quickly, fades in to a very relaxing buzz.

Willy Wonka

Candy like terps, a little muted though, burned a little grey but not too bad, smooth candy flavor on exhale. Fairly potent sativa, however it does have a hard crash.

White Widow

Sour earthy pine scent from this one, a little bit leafy on the nugs I recieved but not too bad. Burned salt and peppery. Earthy pine flavor on exhale. Locked me in my chair quite well quickly after smoking it.

Zedd

Creamy orange terps, small buds but covered in trichs, salt and pepper burn. Creamy taste on exhale. This is probably the best out of the bunch that I recieved from them. Pretty potent indica at a good price point. My favorite of the bunch, however that is just based on terp profile and flavor.

Melon Nuken

I can’t give it a proper review, the taste, burn and potency are all fine but the sample I received was seedy. I have spoke to others who also had this strain and theirs didn’t have the same issues mine did.

Overall

These guys are new but I can tell by the efforts they have been making that they are trying to fill the gap in the budget oz market. None of the flower I received was dry, or wet. I have spoke to others that have had issues with their orders, some of the strains etc and they have bent over backwards to ensure those people come out happier then when they went in. Some of the strains are superior to others for the same tag so asking around prior to ordering would be beneficial.

They seem to be very for the community, and I can get behind that.See More

This sample of Melon Nuken consisted of smaller, tight and dense buds showing dark and olive greens and clusters of orange hairs poking out through a sticky coating of trichomes. The nose was fairly strong in the bag with aromas of sweet grass and earth w...ith a strong pine backbone. Busting released more pine and skunky aromas, showing a great humidity level and crystals deeply packed to the core.
Burning even and very slow, the full body smoke was quite smooth and left a light grey ash.
Great flavor with some sweet grassy notes on exhale, which turn more earthy and leaving a strong skunk aftertaste.
Effects are felt quickly in body with deep relaxation and some euphoria, offering relief from stress and pain. A cloudy, trippy cerebral buzz soon develops as warmth and tingles are felt roaming around the body. The potency was better than anticipated and the effects were quite enjoyable and long lasting.See More
