I was looking at this recently. The bag appeal seems on point, nice pics. Btw it was someone saying that the London Pound Cake tasted bitter to them, not the London Cream Cake I believe. Either way it doesn't matter. Solid stuff, enjoy it. If I didn't have so much now then I definitely woul...d've ordered this too.
Alright folks, this shit's the real deal. I first really took note of PBB with their Animal Face, which remains one of the best smokes I've smoked, period. I was also a big fan of the Dank Breath and the Sunset Sherbet...I bought this based on these previous experiences and wasn't disapp...ointed in the slightest with the Gelato.
Haven't had Gelato before so I have no comparison but this Gelato is everything I like about weed. It's got looks, smell, taste each in spades.
Insanely beautiful, super dark purple nugs awaited me when I cracked the can. I thought the Dank Breath was dark but man, this is darker still. The bud is fresh, sticky, caked, and smells incredible, like a mix of berry and cake (to my taste buds, at least). It tastes like it smells and I was smacking my lips regularly as I pulled on the doob. It's a smooth smoke with a great burn and white ash. In my Arizer EQ, the taste is very sweet and berry-forward, lasting a lot longer than some do.
The potency I am having a hard time judging because I find everything about equipotent these days. which is to say that nothing really gets me baked. That doesn't infringe the sheer delight that I get smoking this and it definitely got me where I needed going this morning. I found the buzz functional but present.
Quality: 10/10 - I am extremely pleased with all aspects of this bud.
Value: 9.5/10 - at $130/half oz (with the 2 can mix-and-match), this isn't cheap but it's also high quality. I have no regrets and if there's any still around when I finish this half, I'm for damn sure getting more.
