Being a huge fan of Nuken, I found that LPB had three different options, so I ordered a gram of each to sample before putting in a bigger order for which one I liked best. Low Price Bud shipped the order out same day on Thursday the 14th and I got the order Jan 19th from BC to ON. I used a Sticky Br...ick, Vapcap and the Mighty vaporizer to test these strains.

1) Blueberry Nuken (https://imgur.com/a/ByNGJLf):

The Blueberry Nuken was the brightest one and absolutely coated in trichomes. Wasn’t too sticky but decently enough. The taste of blueberry definitely highlighted this one, with the Nuken taste taking a back seat. I found this one to have the most calming effect, but definitely not couch locking. I had a previous batch of blueberry Nuken, and this one is almost bang on exact, so I suspect it’s the same grower.

2) Black Nuken (https://imgur.com/a/NnkXA5B):

Right out the bag, the black Nuken smelt almost exactly like the black Diamond strain, but it did have a subtle Nuken taste to it. The bud was really sticky and had the darker hue to it, which aligns with the couch-locking indica high that I got from this. The taste was the least Nuken tasting out of the three, as I swear I was tasting that musty blackberry like taste that comes from black Diamond. It’s one of those strains that kept pumping out vapour clouds for me, so I know it has a really good THC count from that.

Out of the three that I tested, the basic Nuken one was the highlight for me. The smell/taste of classic Nuken was 100% spot on with this one, and the smell is really loud, especially for a budget strain ($115 an ounce). The high was the strongest with this Nuken over the Blueberry and Black nukens, and it’s definitely the one I’ll be ordering an ounce+ of.

Overall, I’d say Nuken was #1, Blueberry Nuken #2 and Black Nuken #3. I’d be happy with more of any of them, but I definitely liked the regular Nuken the best.

I grabbed this PDB in a build your own ounce through Low Price Bud. The cost of this one was $60 for 7g pre discount. The bag appeal is absolutely off the chain with this strain. Super, super sticky, vibrant greens, reds, purples, and it has a Purple Space Cookies like smell, but I can smell the ‘...breath’ genetics at the end.

I sampled this through a Silver Surfer and Sticky Brick vaporizer. The taste was like a mild grape/PSC type with the ‘breath’ taste on exhale (reminds me of a direct taste cross of purple space cookies meets pugs breath).

The high is very, very good. I got that perfect warm/fuzzy head and body feeling that I’m always searching for. I received another 4 strains from LPB I’ll be putting up reviews for,!!)5 this is hands down my favourite of the batch. If I could go back in time I would’ve grabbed 28g of this.See More

This summer, all I’ve used on the go are carts, and this one is hands down the most potent and impressive of the 10+ that I’ve used (such as Elite Elevations, Sovrin, West Coast, OCS carts).

The taste is very balanced between the Pineapple Express and the live resin taste, and the cart ...came completely full with no bubbles or cheating out on the cart. The cart works with vape batteries that allow breath hitting, so no button needed if you have one of those! The potency of this cart is the highlight: where I need 4-5 hits to get the head buzz I want from most carts, 1 good hit from the Gasleak carts gets me where I need to be. This 1ml cart was $50 which is really competitive. I purchased two Sovrin carts through Budmail last week which cost $92 after discounts and those were 0.5ml. So value wise I’m really happy. This is my first time ordering through Green Serenity. I found them through using the CanadianMom’s find a strain on their Discord for the Romulan strain, and in searching for information about them it seems that they are really new.

The Romulan I got came in a sealed bag with a boveda pa...ck, which was then sealed again in a large silver smell-proof bag, so I’m happy that they are discreet. The Romulan is rated at AAA and I would say that it’s pretty close, maybe more of a AA+/AAA-. The Romulan effects are there! I’m happy about this as I’ve lately used Weedmaps to try and get the type of Romulan that I love and nothing has matched. The effects of this are spot on and the taste is there, but not as loud as I was hoping. I paid for 14g and when I weighed it up on my scale I got 13.4, so it’s a little short.

They sent me 3.5g of a mystery strain for my new customer deal and it is actually more potent than the Romulan, so I kind of want to email them to see what the strain was.

Overall, I took the plunge to see if this MoM is legit and I would say so from this experience. Upon close inspection with brights lights and a magnifying glass, I found no indication of mold/mildew/bud rot so it seems well cured.See More

I received this Blueberry AK in substitution for the Romulan I ordered, as they happened to have sold out when getting to packing my order.

The Blueberry AK seems very true to its lineage as I instantly could pick up the blueberry nose, but it seems more balanced and not as loud due to the ...AK-47 genetics. The taste was that of blueberry but with an earthy, piney, and peppery exhale that in my opinion really balances out the blueberry, which historically for me is hit or miss. The effects are very interesting. If you smoke/vape a small amount, you will be met with a sativa high, but smoke/vape a few bowls in a row and you’re hit with a couch lock Indica high. I think strains like this are amazing for having a spectrum of different effects one could go for.

I paid around $70 for 14g and I would say that it’s a fair price. I’ve been ordering from a few different MoMs but LPB has been one that I have never received a bad product from.See More

In receiving the Purple Pug’s Breath from KC, I am very, very happy to finally get to see what all this hype is for the strain. With a label of 90% Indica and 10% sativa, I can definitely attest that it’s accurate. With just two 0.1g vape bowls in my Enano, I was smacked by a strong Indica body ...stone, with the droopy eye feeling that is very rare for me to get. I have a higher tolerance and having felt this almost immediately, I can say that I’m really impressed. I’ve had Pug’s Breath a few times before and this is by far the best. The taste is very grape/skunky tasting, but with a very unique taste that I can’t quite figure out (must be the breath genetics). Having been dealing with some back pain lately, this strain killed my pain a lot.See More

This Watermelon batch from KC strain definitely matches up to watermelon strains that I had in the past, but just all around higher quality. The buds are frosted and the bag appeal is really nice. My 7g came in 4 larger buds. The taste of this strain is fruity but I also pick up a bit of a spicy/ear...thy undertone. The watermelon has a label of 80% Indica and 20% sativa, but it feels closer to 50-60% Indica and 40-50% sativa as it’s feels very balanced between the heady euphoria and body buzz, but not too strong. I noticed less vapour output from this strain then the other KC strains I have, but the effects are still good. Overall I’d rate this a 7/10.See More

I’m reviewing the Orange Aid by Kootenay Craft cannabis, and if you’re reading this and at all remotely interested in euphoric sativas, this is it! Wow! The smell out of the jar reminded me right away of a tangerine strain, but the taste was super orange and very candied. Through vaporizers, the... taste was honestly like an orange pixie stick. The high was a super happy, euphoric sativa buzz. The label indicates that this batch has a 75% Sativa to 25% Indica level, but to me it feels more like 90% sativa. The buds were small to small medium and that is a little bit of a gripe, but not too big of a deal. This was an easy 9/10 for me.See More

Absolutely love this double tangie banana from KC! The buds are gorgeous and covered in trichomes, and I absolutely loved the fruit loops like smell and taste that this strain gave. The high matches up with the 60% Sativa and 40% Indica label it has, as it comes on in your head right away and then s...preads out in to a very comfortable body buzz. This strain reminds me of an almost Gorilla Glue #4 buzz, but with a little more of a sativa punch. A solid 8.5/10 all around for me.See More

As soon as I saw on the site that they had a cross of White Widow and Northern Lights, I had to jump on this faster than lightning hitting the ground. White Widow and Northern lights are two of my top 5 favourite strains, and they mostly represent high school for me. Never having a cross of these tw...o before, I’m absolutely floored by the effects. You get a strong, strong body buzz with a very happy head high. An easy 9.5/10 for potency. The taste is very White Widow, but with a piney sweetness that most be attributed to the Northern Lights family. The vapour quality is very smooth and tasty. I will definitely, definitely order this again.See More
