Have been looking forward to trying this strain for a while, finally got my hands on some. The nuggets are a nice green, with a nice trim and fairly dense with plenty of visible trichomes. The smell is not as dank as I expected, but sweet, earthy and definite pine. The smoke was sweet and earthy, very smooth with light grey ash. The high was promising at first, but then falls a bit short, although still felt it behind my eyes. After about 30 minutes there was not crash, but had to smoke more. Vaping brings out the pine and earthiness with a nice smoothness, but still falls flat. AAA-

Good looking nuggets with nice bag appeal, very dense with lots of trichomes. The smell is the most pungent of the five strains I got, sweet, fuel, skunk, very good. Dry and hard, it exploded in my grinder, the smell didn’t get more pungent as expected. The smoke is smooth, burns to a light grey ash, with the skunk and fuel flavours really coming through. A nice Indica high overcame me right away, heavy behind the eyes with a relaxed body, made me sit down. But after about 25-30 minuted the high became a bit dull, no crash. Vaping was enjoyable, more of the sweetness and fuel flavours came through, slightly harsh and the high lasted a little longer. AAA

I love Tuna strains, so I made sure this was going to be my after work smoke (I work evenings). Very dense with a good trim, the smell is not as pungent as expected. There is a nice skunk, diesel smell that comes off, with a sweet background, where other Pink Tunas I’ve had are more on the sour side. When ground the smell gets a bit more intense, but not “dank” like I expected, still very pleasant. The smoke is thick, with light roughness. Skunk and diesel come through, very nice flavour, but the ash is grey with specs of black. A nice Indica high settles in right away, relaxing, with a heavy body heading towards couch lock, although it didn’t last very long, maybe 40 minutes with no crash. Vaping brought out more of the diesel, skunk, sweetness, but didn’t increase the high as expected. This strain was a bit of a let down for me, although it was one of the two strains I enjoyed from Ghost Drops. AAA/AAA+

Notes:

I tried to be as honest and fair as I could. The average price/oz of the strains I tried comes out to $221.50, I feel that is a bit high. Very good looking product, just falls a bit short on potency. The Gelato was a stand out, extremely delicious, nice vaping experience. Would I buy again? Maybe not these products at this price, but I do want to try the other choices they have in their AAAA section, I think Pink Bubba will be next. This is just my opinion and would love to read what other members have to say about these same strains!

Very nice bag appeal with dense buds that are caked with trichomes. A sweet, citrus smell that is very obvious just hits you when you take a nice whiff of this strain. The smell reminded me of lemon/lime Italian ice, or like a gelato (wow!). My wife described the smell more like lemon tarts, very pleasant to the nose. When smoked the sweetness comes through, with some earthy back notes but the citrus is lost and it burns to grey ash with specs of black. The hybrid high comes on right away, can feel it behind the eyes, but still fully alert and no crash, nothing out of this world. Vaping is the way to go with this strain, at a lower temperature the dessert taste really comes through, like lemon tarts. At a higher temperature the taste is obviously lost, but the high gets a bit more potent, a very nice terpy experience!! I enjoyed this strain, looks great, smells awesome with a nice high. A bit on the expensive side for me, but the terpenes are amazing! AAA+

The pungent smell of pine and earth with some skunk are the first things that hit your nose. The buds are nicely trimmed, very dense with plenty of trichomes, but a bit on the dry side. The first toke I took from my vape was a surprise, a big hit of citrus was the first flavour( I couldn’t detect it in the jar), with some pine in the back ground. Vapes a bit harsh but the flavour is much better than when combustion is introduced. Smokes smoothly with light grey ash, a nice Indica high slowly creeps in but it doesnt melt your face off. A definite creeper, very relaxing but short lived. This strain did knock out my wife, but she has a lower tolerance than I do. This strain is in the AAA/AAA+ zone

Placed order late on a Friday, got the package on a Tuesday. Products came in an Express envelope, inside of an airtight bag. The Tuna Kush was inside a resealable foil bag, the Grease Monkey sample was inside of a pill bottle. No smell whatsoever, and a pack of Raw papers was included

The nuggets are very fresh (more on this in the ’Notes’ section below) conical, completely frosted, and dense with an okay trim. My grinder had a lot of trouble grinding it up, once ground a pungent skunky, woody dank smell took over the room. Smoking it is a little bit harsh (from my experience all Tuna strains tend to be on the harsh side), but with nice white ash. Vaping really brings out the skunk, dank, even some diesel flavours, very delicious IMO. The high hits quick and hard, with a heavy, heavy Indica punch. A definite couch lock feeling that lasted for a couple of hours, great for insomnia. I have trouble sleeping and this put me out!

This is one of the better versions of Tuna Kush I’ve had, and I have tried lots of them. The trim could be better, so the bag appeal is not the best, but the freshness (read the notes at the end) makes up for this. It is on the expensive side, but if you love a potent Tuna strain, you might want to give this a try. I believe this strain is in the AAA+/AAAA- zone, maybe more AAAA- (kinda torn about this one)

Grease Monkey 8/10

A nice one gram sample, the nuggets were dense with a good trim. The smell was gassy, almost diesel like with woody undertones and definite skunk. The bud exploded in my grinder, and the skunk and diesel really came out then. The smoke was nice and smooth, but it burned to a dark grey ash. This is a creeper weed, it was a couple of minutes until i felt the full effects. A relaxed, heavy feeling overcame me, but not so relaxed I couldn’t function. Maybe by smoking larger quantities it can become a couch lock type of feeling, The effects lasted for about an hour and a half, with no crash. Overall a nice strain, but the price is a bit high for me, maybe as a part of a mix and match? AAA+

During a chat on the forum, and later through emails I found out that the Tuna Kush is shipped to King Tuts in half ounce and one ounce cans by the grower (hence the freshness). Now this grower is very old school and thinks the AAAA system is stupid, believing that AAA is the max. The cans come in labelled AAA, but the product is very good. King Tuts does not want to piss off people so they open the can and ship it. But if you ask nicely in the notes section when you order they will ship you the can, and this is what intrigued meSee More

A pleasant sweet smell, almost honey like with slight skunk hit me when I opened the bag. The buds are beautiful, dense, with very nice bag appeal. The honey flavour really comes out when vaped, with nice earthy woody undertones. It burns nice and smooth with grey ash, can taste the sweetness. Nice hybrid high, not over powering but still felt it in the back of my eyes, able to function and go about my day. Overall a nice strain to have AAA+

One of the most interesting looking buds I have ever had, this was a full 7g. The trim wasn’t very good, but the buds are dense and very sticky with plenty of trichomes. The bud emits an earthy, sweet, berry smell that is very pleasant and really comes through in the vapour. It burns a bit rough on the throat, but the berry taste comes through in my bong with a surprising light grey ash. Almost right away a nice relaxing, long lasting high hits you that is not over powering. This bud gave me a nice hybrid high that was surprising considering I wasn’t too impressed with the look, not bad. AAA

This is one heavy hitting mother fucker!! When I opened the bag it was just dank, like having a sour skunk soaked in diesel next to you, had to open the window. The buds had very nice bag appeal, frosty, dense, well trimmed and sticky. I didn’t vape this one, had some friends over so we smoked almost all I had, good thing I remembered to save this bud for the picture! Heavy hitting Indica: couch lock, narcotic, heavy eyed, stare at the wall for 5 minutes thinking “this is good” while still coughing kind of high. It smokes harsh (but that’s expected from something that smells like that) with medium grey ash, AAAA (because of the effects)

The smell on this one!!!! Intoxicating!!!! Ripping open the bag for the first time, or opening your jar to grind more is quite the experience. The buds are on the small size, but they have a beautiful trim that just explode in your grinder with tons of trichomes. Sharp cheddar cheese with definite blueberry back notes, and a bit of sour would be the best description of the smell. It tastes delicious when vaped, the cheese and blueberry really come through with plenty of vapour. The smoke is extremely smooth, almost creamy with a delicious cheesy sweet flavour, nice white ash. Hybrid high with bouts of relaxation and calmness that has quickly become one of my favourites, a must re-buy for me

They answer emails at insane hours. Ordered late Jan. 1st, got tracking number Thursday Jan. 3rd. Package made it to my city Monday Jan. 7th, and that was the last scan. The expected delivery came and went, but no package. I contacted the mom after it was obvious that the package was lost or stolen. The Green Ace without hesitation offered to replace my lost package! I ended up placing a second order the same night, so they shipped out my two orders a couple of days later! I received my orders on January 16th. I have split my reviews in two four strain reviews

Beautiful purple, dence buds with a nice trim. The bag appeal is great, frosted with a earthy, woody berry smell. When vaped the berry notes really come out, with a sweet pungent taste. When smoked it is a bit harsh, with dark grey ash. The berry still comes through, so it is pleasant. A relaxed happy high, although it could last a bit longer. A nice strain to have. AAA

Large conical dence buds, with a very pungent skunky, earthy smell with a bit of diesel. Nuggets have a nice trim, clogs up my grinder. A very smooth smoke with grey ash. Vaping brings out the delicious skunky taste. The effects are felt right away, with a strong relaxing sedative kind of high that lasted a couple of hours. A definite re-buy. I believe this strain is AAA+

The bag appeal on these beautifully trimmed nugs is something. The smell is piney, flowery, spicy like cardamom, not chilie peppers. Smokes smooth, burns very light grey, and hits hard! When vaped the taste is very unique, again like cardamom? And the effects are hard indica, couch lock, heavy relaxed body with heavy eyes. A definite re-buy, AAAA-

Wow! Surprised by this version of the strain. These buds are dence! With a nice trim job, and a beautiful earthy sweet and piney smell. Very smooth when smoked, whith white ash (I have not vaped this yet because the smoke is soooo smooth an delicious!!!) The effects are immediate, heavy eyed, narcotic, glued to the couch can barely speak, my favourite! I thoroughly enjoyed this strain, will be buying again. This strain is AAA+

The smell is sweet, fruity, definite pineapple! A delicious smoke with an energetic long lasting sativa high. I generally like heavy hitting Indicas, being a heavy user, but I really, really enjoyed this strain. Perfect for morning use. Burns nice and white, slightly harsh (but I find all pineapple strains harsh) nothing major though. I got a quarter, and the whole thing was three big sweet smelling frosted nuggets! A definite re-buy for me (I actually have more on the way) AAAA

Pink Bubba 9/10

The smell is sweet, earthy, floral, pine like. Not very pungent, but extremely nice. Very sticky, my grinder has problems with it. It is a very nice high, makes me very sleepy, relaxed, definite couch lock. Night time use for sure, can get some good sleep. The smoke is slightly spicy, but nothin major. Burns nice and white. I really enjoyed this one, really good price and will order again. Has quickly become one of my go to strains in my stash, I’m glad I doubled up on this one and got a half ounce. AAAA-

It smells sweet, definite berry, a bit of pine. And I also smelled a bit of fuel/diesel. I found the smoke a bit harsh, and the taste wasn’t for me. The buds are nicely caked, with a nice trim job. The ash was salt and pepper though. The fuel came through with a bit of berry, which I wasn’t a big fan off. The sativa high was good though (kinda confusing), but my personal taste could not get past the flavour. I have to talk myself in to taking more than a couple of bong hits. Will try to vape next. Not a reorder for me , AA+

Very skunky, earthy, sweet, and pungent! The trim job is not the best, but it’s caked in crystals. It burns a bit dark, but I didn’t bother putting it in a jar with a boveda. The smell is strong, little harsh when smoked, but I really, really enjoyed the high. This was actually a very nice surprise considering. Might think of buying next time AAA-

Had a slight proplem with my tracking number (it wasn’t working), i emailed and they fixed it in 20 minutes!

Earthy, musty (in a good way), sweet, floral. This Kush is delicious! Smooth, white ash, the high is amazing! Couch lock zombie like, and I’m a heavy user! The smell is something else. Wasn’t as pungent when I got it, but I put it in jar with a boveda for a couple of days and the smell improved. Wow! AAAA+

King King Hybred (free sample): 8/10

This 1 gram sample was a nice surprise! The flavour and smell was very nice: skunk, earthy, sweet. The smell was very pungent. The high was very nice, a little short lived but nice. Would definitely consider buying this strain at $160/oz. AAA+
