Pretty much smoked all the quad gas from gorilla pane over the last 3-4 months, from the 2 batches of Mike Tyson, Pink doughboy, death master to the other batch of octane. Obviously I have been impressed as I have been repeating orders at GJ. However, this new batch of hi octane has been my absolut...e favorite. It has it all for an indica gas lover. Super loud danky nose with compact trich filled nugs that have been handled with care to preserve the appeal. When breaking up the goods it gave quite a bit of resistance due to its fresh sticky nature. This made for a slow burn with a puddle of a resin ring. What impressed me the most was the flavour and smoothness. Straight sweet gas which is always my preference. The hardest part I find with heavy indicas is the smoothness of the inhale and exhale. Usually I find them slightly harsh or irritating to the throat just due to the sheer volume of smoke from strong indicas. This batch of octane was smooth like ice water with no detriment to the potency. Honestly complains here

Gorilla Jane has been providing that gas pack over the last several months. This batch of octane is a perfect example of that. The nose is that dank that just fills up the room with that sweet fuel. No complex arrangement of different terps, just straight gas. The nose transfers very well to the smo...ke. Again, no hints of anything else but sweet sweet fuel. The burn is mostly salt with some mild pepper flakes. Resin within the first couple tokes with lip smacking flavour. Got this with their doughboy Pink. And although I find the doughboy Pink more potent, I find this smoke more enjoyable as the flavour is consistent throughout the whole joint, whereas the DBP flavours fall off the last few puffs. The photos speak on the appeal itself. Nicely trimmed buds with that dank greasy look.

Before I opened the bag, I peeped the appearance of the nugs from outside the mylar bag and honestly wasn't too impressed. No crazy foxtailing or colours on the nug. I mean it doesn't look bad, but definitely doesn't have a quad look that it was rated. When I opened the bag, the nose gav...e this batch much more promise as it reeked for sweet sweet floral gas. The nugs have a wonderful crispy yet sticky exterior and compact dense gummy interior. When ground, the stuff had great moisture and was extremely easy to roll. The burn was pleasant as the nose translated well to the flavour. The smoke was heavy and smooth with a nice salty ash. I know there has been a lot of hype about the batch of Mike Tyson, but personally I found this captains Pink more potent and easy to smoke.

Really happy I got a chance to finally try out skooknum. Definitely worth all the hype. Also the 420 deal was something too good to pass up @ 100$/tin. This batch of ultra Pink was perfect in every way and I am sure other members can attest this. Nose is pungent and reeks of sweet kushy gas. The fla...vour has more smooth vanilla than gas. But the gas definitely comes through. The visuals and feel of the bud is top notch. The perfect balance of crispness and stickiness. The burn is extremely slow and the flavour is consistent throughout the whole session. Lastly the potency definitely above average and is long lasting. I can honestly say this is a top 3 smoke.

Pink shark was listed at about 130$ vs. their usual staple $100 strains. You can definitely tell the difference in the quality of bud. Their 100$ oz definitely smoke fine however I find many of them the buds are quite squishy. With this batch, the buds are much more dense and compact. Assuming this ...is a cross between pink kush and great white shark, you definitely get the sweet gas from the former which I am familiar with. There is also a good dose fruitiness. The burn is a consistent light grey ash. The nose translates well to the flavour. Decent potency with the high mostly around my head and face. The potency you would expect from a pink without the couch lock aspect.

Definitely wanted to try this combo as death Bubba and wedding cake are some staple strains. When consumed you can get hints of both parents. Sweet, cakey and gassy. Quite the pleasant flavour with a smooth smoke. The burn was nice and consistent. More salt than pepper with a greasy ring 1/4 through... the joint. The appeal is great. Came in medium to large nugs, the mediums were kinda of squishy but the large buds have better density. Great potency and value at approx 100/oz.

This was listed as AAAA- and I would have to disagree with that rating. I wasn't expecting a quad when you're paying around 100$/oz. Definitely a high quality trip though with great value. The two stand out things about this batch is the amazing stickiness and moisture leading to a great slo...w burn. The other is the potency, probably a result of the slow burn. Stuff really gets you faded. The flavour is quite generic, smooth sweet and kushy, but nothing that blows your mind. The appeal is great, stuff has that dank look with the darker colour shades throughout the buds. The only complaint I got are the buds are slightly squishy. Nonetheless, a great value pick.

Bag came with mostly large and medium buds. The appeal is great with good crisp stickiness to the buds. The nose was kinda muted. Some pine and earthiness. Not the gas I was expecting with jjmeds pink strains. The flavour was also kinda mute. Definitely my least favorite strain from the dozens I hav...e tried from jjmeds. This strain was slightly over 100/oz. Can't say it's nog worth it, but jjmeds has lots of better options in that price range.
