Forum Cut GSC is my favourite strain and I’m extremely picky when it comes to the quality but I’m pleased to say this is one of my favourite batches to date. I hadn’t tried this strain from High Grade Aid before, but in the past I’ve tried a handful of the...ir cookie strains and they’ve all been exceptional.


All the nuggets were large or medium in size with beautiful deep blue hues and a generous blanket of trichomes. They are extremely dense and sticky, busting up into a perfect consistency for joints or bowls.


The flavor is awesome, heavy on the gas and sandalwood terps which are why I love Forum Cut so much. The nose is slightly muted out of the bag but I’m sure after a few days in a jar it will return to its full glory.


The high is exactly what I was looking for: that signature hard hitting cerebral stone that gets you right between the eyes before slowly spreading to your limbs.


Although the product isnt cheap, I would recommend this strain to anyone who considers themselves to be a cookie connoisseur.

I put quotation marks around ’Forum’ in the title because in my opinion (based off what I have tried in the bay area and canadian black market) this isn’t a true cut of Forum GSC. The terps and bud structure just aren’t consistent with the cut. It is still a really tasty and potent GSC that ...leans towards the indica side of the spectrum. It has a pleasant smell that reminds me of an old leather jacket and pine with a mild sweetness. The bag appeal and trim on my 1.5 ounces wasn’t amazing, but that was made up for by the potency and freshness of the bud. Its so sticky I can turn the jar upside down like a Blizzard and the nugs wont budge an inch. The ash burns a salt and pepper colour and the weed is very smooth. It has a classic cookie taste that lingers for a minute after your last toke. I would reccomend this if you’re looking for a solid, fresh AAA GSC at an okay price but not if you’re like me and only care about obtaining genuine Forum cut GSC.

Yeah this one was excellent! One of my favourite wake and bake strains- tastes like a glass of OJ in the morning with a nice sativa kick to get the day started. Smaller nuggets but tightly trimmed and dripping in trichomes.

First time ordering from the prince and this was my favourite strain of the batch. Amazing terps with a heavy caramel/vanilla frosting scent that turns to diesel when busted. The smell translates well to the flavor with notes of mint on the exhale. It’s a hard hitting, long lasting and euphoric in...dica high that starts in your eyes and then spreads to your body. Ash burns white and the freshness is great. Probably my favourite straight up Gelato I have received from a MOM. Next time I’m gonna get a full ounce instead of just a half as it’s already gone.See More

This Juanito OG was sourced from Harmony Collective and is organic/pesticide free. I ordered two ounces of it and was very happy with what I recieved. I took somewhat of a gamble ordering this because there were no photos of the strain on the website and very little information about its lineage. Ju...anito OG expresses itself as sticky tight purple nugets coated with mature trichome heads. The aroma is a lovely rich earthy grape smell that reeks of diesel when busted. The flavour is lip smacking: reminiscent of grape bubblegum or Koolaid. The high is very enjoyable and long lasting- leaning toward the indica side slightly. The ash burns snow white and holds it shape long after being flicked into the ash tray. My only complaint would be that most of the nugs were fairly small, but the trim job was excellent and there was no bottom bag at all. In my opinion its a solid AAA for $150 an ounce and I plan on buying it again in the future. I am not being compensated for this review.See More

This Slurricane was sourced from Harmony Collective and is organic/pesticide free. Back in late September I started using Harmony Collective as my primary MOM for AAA bulk and haven’t looked back. My only complaint dealing with them so far is that the countdown timer on their website for new drops... is somewhat inaccurate, so I always have to check a day or two prior or run the risk of it being sold out. The nose on this Slurricane is divine: with pungent notes of tropical blueberry and zesty lime. The scent translates to the taste extremely well: giving you a fruity Do-si-do breath on the exhale. In terms of potency this strain blew me away. I consider myself to have a very high tolerance but this batch hit me hard and fast: leaving me sedated but responsive with a pleasurable level of euphoria. The ash burns a little more salt and pepper than other offerings from Harmony Collective, but leaves a generous oil ring on the joint. There was a mix of small and large nuggets but at $150 for an individual ounce I find that very reasonable. The freshness was slightly dryer than I prefer but after two days with bovedas its right where I want it to be. I highly reccomend anyone who likes heavy fruity indicas to give this a try next time a fresh batch is available.

I feel like I just cant get a break recently. Prior to this I had ordered the Watermelon Zkittlez from Ghost Drops and requested a refund which they very kindly provided me in the form of $200 worth of ’Ghost Dots’. I used the refund and $37 to purchase this Black Gas from beautiful BC flowers ...hoping I wouldn’t be burned a second time. When I first opened the can I was very pleased with the way the top nuggets looked: dense indica buds with hues of purple covered in kief. When I dug a little deeper I quickly realized that there was a large amount of shake and popcorn towards the bottom of the can. To be fair, the description said medium stature nugs, but I was not expecting to get 2.19 grams of leaf, stem and larf at the bottom of a $250 ounce [https://imgur.com/0qflskJ](https://imgur.com/0qflskJ). In addition, 7.4 grams of the ounce were composed of nuggets weighing less than 0.35 grams meaning that I received about 9.59 grams of popcorn nugs and shake in total (about $85.60). Its sad because the nuggets are a great smoke: very smooth gassy flavour with a high potency level. I noticed that the white seal that usually sits on top of the container looks like it had been pressed down onto the flower: perhaps they vacuum sealed it too aggressively.See More

Strain: LA Kush Cake

After my positive experience with Coastal Wild Fire’s pheno hunt (14gs for $75) I decided it would be worth it to try one of their in house ’black label’ strains. Sadly this experience was a series of disappointments and I can’t recommend a...ny one try this offering from them. When I first opened the cans I was really sad to see that most of the 14 grams was low density popcorn with an average weight of about 0.3 grams [https://imgur.com/kPZhl9s](https://imgur.com/kPZhl9s) . On top of that, the largest chunk was a paltry 0.7 grams: absolutely pathetic. The nugs were decently trimmed but showed evidence of being handled without care: covered in slashes with pieces dangling from their stem [https://imgur.com/g3Lbi7G](https://imgur.com/g3Lbi7G) . Ive had LA Kush Cake/Kush Cake several times in the past from other suppliers and it has always had large to medium size dense nugs. I actually doubt this strain is truly LA Kush Cake: the smell and taste of the terp profile couldn’t be further from what I’ve had in the past. The smoke is extremely harsh with a super dark ash without much of a memorable flavor. The potency is ok but its evident that these were nugs from the bottom of the plant. I bought two 14g cans of this for their long weekend sale so it’s possible they just threw all the worst looking nugs/ end of the bag into my order but that’s a pretty slimy way to do business when the customer is still paying $244 for an ounce. This should have been sold as ’smalls’ or ’popcorn’ for $140 an ounce, not $140 for 14gs.See More

Strain: Irene Apricot x Jelly Breath #4

This was the second strain I ordered as part of Coastal Wildfire’s ’Pheno Hunt’. As I mentioned in my first review at the $75 for 14g price point my expectations for this were set fairly low. This Irene Apricot x Jelly Breath... #4 came in large to medium nugs of average density. They were extremely sticky and had an interesting aroma of musty fruit. The flavor was pretty average when smoked out of a bong but when vaped you get a unique sugary taste that really lingers on your breath. Just as with the Hazelnut Cream #3 the ash burnt very black but the smoke was still quite smooth. I wasn’t really able to tell if this an indica or sativa dominant hybrid but either way it is a solid afternoon smoke with balanced effects of sedation and focus.See More

This was the first of two strains I ordered as part of Coastal Wild Fire’s ’Pheno Hunt’. This was my first experience ordering from them and I was intrigued by the fact that they were offering some pretty exotic so...unding strains for $75 per 14g. My expectations were set fairly low and I’m happy to say that, for what I paid, I was impressed with what I received. This Hazelnut Cream #3 was very fluffy and pretty scraggly but I expected that considering the price and the fact that these are new phenotypes. The 14g was crammed extremely tightly into the can causing many of the larger nugs to become bent. The smell is true to its name, with an uplifting scent of hazelnuts and vanilla erupting from the can. The taste when smoked in a bong is very unique, providing a smooth inhale and nutty exhale. Unfortunately the ash burnt as black as I’ve ever seen but it didn’t translate into any harshness. The high was surprisingly potent, leaving me feeling sedated but with enough energy to play video or read. In the future I will definitely be keeping my eyes if they do any additional pheno hunts: the quality isn’t insane but you can get some interesting strains for a reasonable price.See More
