I get a dm to the effect that this dispensary is under new management and they are trying to repair a damaged reputation: they want to send me free product in exchange for honest reviews. Right away the red flags fly, bells ring, and sirens scream: anything too good to be true…… .

Pop...ped into my fav sub and did a little r&d. Found a fellow community member had posted about receiving the same solicitation, and a second post indicated took the plunge and ordered. I reached out and the kind redittor replied that the package had arrived, product looked legit, yet to try. Couple hours later they followed up to say they had partaken, and the flower was righteous.

Christmas arrived early; I scored two 7g tins of flower, two grams of hash, and three different edibles.

Communication was excellent. They pandered to a personal preference.

Wish I’d mentioned to them I prefer to smoke black, and am not a fan of blondes. Neither hash did it for me but blondes never have, with the exception of the one I’m dating. I’m a dinosaur who navigated the 80’s and 90’s with Afgani and Jamaican black hash as my copilots. I simply find blonde has far too mild.

The watermelon was a vibrant terracotta colour, with a nose of watermelon that, thankfully, did not transferred to the flavor. The Lion appears identical to Amsterdam Lion and was a greyish blonde, clay-like, putty that tasted and smelled like blonde hash. I assume if you like blondes these may do something for you. The subtleties are lost on me, I’m into overt and obvious. Oddly there were no hashes on their site when I was looking to check value.

As far as the edibles go, they kindly sent an email saying there was a recall on one of them and to dispose of it. Then they added a $20 credit to my account to replace the recall, and when you consider it was free to begin with, it is crazy. They are obviously committed to restoring their reputation. I haven’t gotten to the CBD only gummies yet. I did indulge in a late afternoon 2x 30g dose of the Golden Monkey Extracts gummy. I’ve had my eye on them, and am grateful for the opportunity to give’em a spin. I got a nice glow that included some uplifting euphoria, complete with permagrin, and a nice calming of the body. Effects lasted two to three hours after kicking in. No or very little weed taste, not that I care. I liked them, whether I order them again will depend on the effects of a larger dose. Sometimes me likes to get rightly fucked up.

The flower will be reviewed separately, but in broad strokes; it was pretty good and, based on their pricing, excellent value.

Strain -  Lion Hash Smoke - Really smooth smoking, easy to take big rips of this and hold them with no issue at all. Clean, light greyish white ash which also burned for a long time, evenly, and didn’t require a constant re lighting

High - Very chilled out and relaxing body stone as a proper hash should provide. It was easy to form and reshape to fit into bowls and joints no problem at all. Excellent addition for melting yourself into the later day or evening

Quality: This was some really nice light brown almost blonde hash. It was quite sticky with a soft really moldable consistency to it. Definitely enjoyed this strain of hash as it was my first time trying it out, but won’t be my last

Strain -  Tom Ford Pink Kush Smell - instantly the terpenes began seeping out as soon as the tuna can was peeled open. Right away that really pungent floral stank mashed together with gassy pine and slight citrus hints in combination flowed up the nostrils

Smoke - smooth and long consistent burn, clean light greyish white ash with an oil ring that grew as the joint burned down. Inhaling it bring forward the floral and piney flavors, and on the exhale it’s more earthy cedar tasting

High - Tfpk is also one of those strains that get the eyes feeling extra heavy. It’s for sure one that you lean on when you’ve got some spare time to kill, or are just looking to take it easy. Very relaxing and a good head high, leaving you feeling good also it relieves any pain that previously existed

Quality: majority compiled of darker forest green shaded buds with emerald green undertones make up the coloring of these. With thin brownish orange pistils, and draped in amber trichomes

Strain -  Tom Ford Bubba Kush Smell - opening the can I found it doesn’t have the most powerful smell to it initially but it becomes alot more pronounced once busted up. It reeks of earthy diesel with a sweet pine and herbal scent all twisted into one

Smoke - Medium grey salt & pepper ash that also sported a resin ring right out the gate.  The inhale brought on a earthy skunk, and pine taste while exhaling was more of a spicy earthy diesel flavoring

High -  It’s a very relaxing indica dominant high that does the trick at any time of the day, especially if you’re just looking to take it easy. Quite sedating, good head high, and it relieves any pain that previously existed. I also found it to be a subtle creeper high

Quality: tfbk taking on more of the bubba lineage with a good portion made up of some big chunky buds with some smaller ones mixed in. The nuggets  have a decent lighter minty to medium green shades and some purple undertones with plenty of copper colored pistils peppered all over, slightly leafy, and a light trichome layer over top

OVERALL RATING: 10/10 will be back

Looks great , but I will say it’s a bit dry

Smokes quick because it’s dry , hopefully after a couple of days out of the tin in a jar with a boveda pack it’ll improve

The Dafe I’ve never tried before it’s nice and shiny the trichomes are very predominantly covering the buds , nice hints of purple throughout the buds also

I’m actually blown away . I got a random message from someone at DNMN which at the time I hadn’t heard of . Anyways they told me if I signed up I could get a free sample pack because I was selected as a Reddit user .

Anyways I was hesitant but I signed up with my name and address etc... no payment info of course

I did as instructed placed order then sent that to the guy who messaged me and he updated my cart to 0$ (Wednesday morning ) and here I am Friday early afternoon and just received this pack in the mail ?

Ok so the dafe is super dry but looks nice for sure
