Trop Cherry | Harmonized Hemp | March (warning)
So, I was in need of a good sativa and absolutely love this strain, one of my favorite sativa hybrids, so I went outside of my usual MOM to grab this and had an absolutely horrible experience. First of all, I want to say, Trop Cherry is known as being one of the loudest strains, very very loud, terpy flower. I've smoked a lot of Trop Cherry. So...when I see it being advertised as a quad (with a premium pricetag), I went for it. But....This flower I received struggles to be a mid/AAA. The flower arrived as 1 single 7 gram bud, with a boost pack. It was advertised on HH's site as being NEW. Well, it arrived feeling/smelling like it was maybe 4 months old or more. It is dry as dust, I can crumble it easily between my fingers into dust, and the only terps I am getting are hay. This is not the first bad time I've had with HH. Last October, I grabbed some of their Beach Wedding, which is known (and was advertised) as having a very pleasant orange cakey flavor. Well the only nose I had on the Beach Wedding I received was moldy basement. It smelled heavily of mold/must/nastiness, and when tested, it was a pretty harsh smoke. HH’s only reply to me: You “already opened it and this is a good grower so that’s impossible”. On both occasions, I emailed HH and was very pleasant and professional with them. Last October, the only reply I received was "if you opened the bag, we can not accept any returns" like wtf does that mean? I need a crystal ball to tell if there's mold? I should've used that experience to inform this recent purchase. This 2nd time contacting them, their first reply was "Sorry, nothing we can do" --basically said sorry bro, RIP. I emailed back and said how can you advertise this crappy hay smelling dry dust as AAAA? They then offered me 25% off my next order and said they would apply it to my account. I emailed back for a code and they said no need for a code, that they have applied it to my account. Well I emailed back 2 more times because I don't have an account, I check out as a guest, so this was basically a lie. They didn't apply any discount or code to any account. When I emailed them back to tell them this, their ONLY reply was, and I shit you all not " THIS IS NOT A CHAT HELP DESK / CHAT LINE" I was like yooooo wtf kind of answer is that? They basically told me to stop emailing them. They did not help me at all, or even care. My warning is to stay away from these clowns. They don't care about what they are stocking and they don't care if there are ever any issues.
