Bag appeal = Dense and chunky buds that are nice and sticky to the touch with a flawless trim amd cure as per usual. Mostly light green buds with some darker green spattered throughout mix well with the abundance of orange... pistils. All caked in a layer of healthy trichomes inside and out makes for nug with great bag appeal.
Smell/Taste/Burn = the terp profile on this is very nice, a funky cheese mixed with cake terps, a great mix. It translates to the taste as well with the cake being much stronger in the taste than smell but still mixed with that nice cheesey funk. Again, this mix is great imo. Joints rolled with raw papers burn perfect as well as nice and slow with very smooth smoke while producing clean crisp white ash.
High = starts off very heady being very zoned out and lethargic feeling as well as a nice blast of euphoria. Its definitely indica dominant as about 20 minutes after smoking, her couchlock and sedating effects take ahold of you finishing strong. I love a good cheese strain and this is the first time trying this particular one. The cheese profile mixed with cake terps is a delight and it did not disappoint.
Bag appeal = one huge bud that feels semi-dense and a bit dry on the outside but also light and airy. When I busted into that monster nug, it’s actually fluffy while being squishy and very sticky. The bag arrived with just one fat nug weighing 7 grams that... is flawlessly trimmed with a perfect cure. The nug is absolutely coated in full chunky trichomes inside and out, but once breaking into them theres a crazy amount that gets stuck to your fingers.
Smell/Taste/Burn = the nose on this is super loud and an extremely dank and a funky garlic profile. The GMO is very dominant in this one for sure. I do sometimes get a very faint undertone of light fruitiness, but it’s very faint and hard to find beyond the dankness of this nug. You crack open the jar and 1st your nose fills with the intense funky smell and then the entire house, within seconds. I mean I cant stress enough how strong the nose is on this! The taste is the same as the smell but has a slight creaminess to it I find, so a creamy garlic funk. I have to admit, I was not a fan of the smell or taste at 1st but, again it grew on me like all weed seems to eventually do. Joints rolled with raw papers burn great and greasy with an oil ring following the cherry while producing a crisp snow white ash.
High = this one hit pretty fast and hard with indica effects tha start with the usual pressure build up behind the eyes, extreme euphoria, and even some serious giggles every joint smoked. No matter how much of this I smoke I just keep getting higher and higher, no ceiling on this girl. Super relaxing while killing pain and eventually, not long after smoking, taking hold of you with her couchlock and sedating effects. Awesome smoke, extreme dry mouth, red eyes, and munchies to be expected with this one. The only complaint I have is that, it’s so strong that the other 3 strains I bough just smelt like this one for a good 3 days of sitting in separate jars but, now they got some life in them finally. I’ve never had something smell so powerful that it makes all your weed smell and taste the same, and for days after being separated. Pretty intense.
Bag appeal = gorgeous looking big nug that has bag appeal for days. The buds have a crispy and snappy texture that is still very sticky. Mostly light green buds that have a few random darker green spots as well as purple... and even black. Very nice colors! Tons of dark red/brown colored pistils shooting out of all angles highlight the nugs wonderfully. Top all that off with piles of chunky white full trichomes and you have this beautiful girl named Dolato!
Smell/Taste/Burn = the terps are loud on this, smelling very strong of sweet dough and caramel out of the bag. After grinding it up it releases an even sweeter candy type smell while still having the dough and caramel mixed in. The smell is phenomenal. The taste is also amazing and is a sweet and spicey, doughy, nutty, caramel mix. Alot going on here for sure but it tastes great! Joints rolled in raw paper burn perfectly even and slow while producing a smooth smoke and a clean white ash.
High = finally I got my hands on some Dolato, something I’ve been trying to do for a while now and I’m definitely not disappointed. It’s a great hybrid high that leans slightly to the indica side but not too much. I find it to be quite perfectly balanced in the way of leaving you alert enough to function while still giving a nice relaxing body stone. Starts off with some happy vibes as well as a chatty type of high. Led to slight pressure build up behind the eyes but nothing too major and turns to a bit of a heady high that is very euphoric. Works amazing for pain, anxiety, and depression. Great all day and night smoke for me. If enough is consumed it can leave you feeling a little sleepy and slightly lazy. Amazing job by Hierba, as usual.
Bag appeal = dense buds that are perfectly trimmed and nice and sticky inside and out. They stick to your fingers when handling. This is the most squished out of the 3 strains in the welcome pack so it was hard... to judge the bag appeal or get a great pic but, I did my best with what I had.
Smell/Taste/Burn = the smell out of the bag is a very strong piney smell that will stink up a room in seconds (like if you have a handful of pine needles, that smell). Smells just like the West Coast Diesel I got from BB. After grinding it releases some light zesty citrus notes but still is overtaken by the smell of pine needles. The taste is a mix of pine and diesel on the inhale and exhale with an Blue Dream kind of aftertaste mixed with diesel. Joints rolled in raw papers smoke perfectly and real smooth with an oil ring following the cherry and burns to a white ash.
High = the high is a nice mood boosting energetic high that also has a relaxing body high, but just enough so that it gets rid of pain and still let’s you power through your day. Very uplifting and great to just throw on some tunes and go hard on whatever it is you need to get done, really vibing off this stuff. This one let’s you down gently when shes finished with an almost couchlocking state of relaxation that allows you to get a great nights sleep. I found this to be quite enjoyable, got a bunch of stuff done around the house and when I was done, I was able to watch a movie and drift off nicely. No crash whatsoever. It’s a great smoke at a great value but, I have to disagree with the AAAA rating. I would rate this one AAA+ imho but it’s still great and worth the dollar value.
Bag appeal = beautifully colored buds that are very dense with a perfect humidity level. The bright purples against the dark green bud with darker red pistils just mix wonderfully together, and is all caked in a nice l...ayer of white trichomes making for massive bag appeal.
Smell/Taste/Burn = this stuff is loud af! The smell straight out of the bag is very strong fruity, sweet grape candy smell. After grinding it the grape smell just intensifies even more filling the entire room in seconds with her amazing smell that is mixed with very light earthy undertones that are hardly noticeable through the loud fruity smell. The taste is a mix of sweet and spicey grape candy and dough. The exhale I find to taste slightly like a red wine and also like black licorice quite a bit. Joints rolled in raw papers burn perfectly even and produce a smooth smoke amd a clean white ash. Very enjoyable terpene profile for sure.
High = nicely balanced high that is perfectly relaxing and uplifting. Not couchlocking or sedating but its pushing it, just a very relaxing and functional high that leaves you with a hazy type of head high and a very euphoric feeling. Dry mouth and munchies to be expected with this one. Great all day smoke that checks all the boxes for me. Has a great nose, taste, and buzz as well as great bag appeal. This was from the welcome pack and was pretty squished so my picture doesnt do it any justice really.
Overall = Quality 8/10 Value NA/ from the welcome pack
Bag appeal = nice and dense nugs that have a very good trim for the price, very little sugar leaf and what is left, is caked in trichomes. Extremely nice bag appeal for a discounted bag imo. With a minty green backdrop as well as some purples and black spatte...rs, these nugs are covered in fire red pistils shooting out of every direction and are totally caked in chunky white trichomes that glisten like crazy. Very appealing, specially for the price tag.
Smell/Taste/Burn = I get the smell of a classic Pink Kush, nice and sweet with notes of vanilla perfume, except this one has a very strong gassy overtone that makes you have to really search for the PK smell. Very gassy, hence the name I guess. Much gassier than any regular Pink Kush. Joints rolled with raw papers burn super slow with an oil ring following the cherry while producing a salt and pepper ash and a semi smooth smoke to start, gets harsher about a third of the way through.
High = this stuff hits hard and not just for budget bud, just in general. I have to say I liked it just as much as the Blue Fin by Gasleak that everyone has been hyping up. This gives a classic Pink Kush high that we have all come to know and love with deep relaxation throughout the entire body that eventually leads to a guaranteed couchlock with sedation. Great bang for your buck for sure.
Overall = Quality 8/10 Value NA (420 surprise pack draw winner)
Lineage: Herijuana x Lamb’s Bread (still confused about this)
Bag appeal = super dense nugs that are sticky to the touch and just as much so inside. These nugs are absolutely caked in trichomes inside and out and have sticky resin that leaves... them stuck to your fingers from simply handling a nug. The bud itself is a mix of light and dark green with random purple spots in there as well as tons of orange pistils which is all like I said, every inch is covered in trichomes that twinkle in the sunlight.
Smell/Taste/Burn = the smell is very strong and has a very dank skunky diesel smell that will stink up a room in seconds. The taste is identical to the smell with strong funky diesel terps. Joints rolled with raw papers burn perfectly even and slow with a greasy oil ring following the cherry, all while producing mostly white ash with certain points burning salt and pepper
High = nice heavy indica high that is couchlocking and sedating for sure. Starts off with a major pressure build up behind the eyes leaving them very heavy. The warmth of the high goes through the entire body, relaxing you from head to toe while also killing any chronic pain in its path. Great night time smoke that is sure to leave you well rested when shes done with you.
Overall = Quality 8.5/10 Value NA (420 draw winner)
Just so everyone knows, this was from their welcome pack but I will be rating the weed itself on the per ounce price.
Also in the welcome pack I got a plastic grinder, papers, a mini Bic, and a sweet glass bio stix chillum. Awesome welcome pack! And of course it included 3 different strain...s of flower.
Bag appeal = nice colorful nugs that are very dense and sticky to the touch and are very appealing with a great trim and perfect cure. There is the odd dark green sugar leaf here and there but imho I think they make the nug look even... nicer, along with some nice purples. Thick and wirey dark orange pistils shooting in every direction highlight the colors of these nugs perfectly and also have a nice visible layer of trichomes with heads intact. I love the look of this weed.
Smell/Taste/Burn = to my surprise when opening the jar I get a sweet and creamy mint. When broken open the smell is still minty and reminds me of the Gelatti I had recently from Hierba, not as minty and more creamy amd cakey. The taste also surprised me with a pretty strong gas mixed with those super sweet cake terps that tastes awesome and has a light minty aftertaste. Joints rolled with raw papers burn perfect and provide sweet smooth smoke while producing a clean white ash
High = has a well balanced high that is very relaxing and uplifting at the same time. It’s not sedating or couchlocking in the slightest but offers great relaxation and pain relieving qualities that helped alot with my chronic back pain. As I said it’s also very uplifting, leaving you feeling good about things and quite positive. Perfectly balanced high and can be smoked all day. Great stuff!
Bag appeal = nice sized semi chunky nugs that are extremely dense and sticky to the touch. Trimmed and cured to perfection with tons of full trichomes still visually intact. A darker olive green backdrop is highlighted with nice purples throughout and has ...tons of thick copper colored pistils and a lot of trichomes topping them off. Beautiful buds!
Smell/Taste/Burn = the smell is a sharp mint, cookie and gas. Very minty. It tastes just as it smells with subtle earthy undertones. The smell and taste are very strong. Loud terps as is the case in most Mint strains I’ve had
High = its very relaxing and lethargic with a lazy body stone but not quite sedating. Full body high that works amazing for chronic pain and helped a bunch with the wife’s anxiety. with munchies to be expected with this one. Slightly indica leaning but fairly balanced and is a perfect all day smoke that’s great for chillin out with people (whenever that becomes possible) and also great for listening to some good music or watching movies too. This is some very nice nug!
