So the buds arrived fairly fast with Purolator like always. HGA is always fast to ship. They came completely stuck together... I find this stuff to be really... sticky but still on the drier side.

Smells of cheese and some kind of fruit.. maybe berries.. maybe papaya mixing in with it.. I don't really eat papayas... reminded me of a fruity cheese strain in taste and smell. I only smoke joints and dab.

High is more indica leaning but definitely not a knock you in your ass like dmc or some of hgas heavier indicas. I enjoyed the high still as an indica lover.

I forgot to post the rosin but I squashed 7gs into 1.3gs of nice fairly solid golden yellow rosin. Hits hard ?

Rain of frost is another member of the death mint cookies family. I don't know where I read this is dmc x jack frost but that could be wrong. It definitely smells and hits like a dmc cousin.

I bought a qp of smalls/popcorn for 109 an ounce. When I used my points and review credit i...t brought the price down to 393 for 4 ounces.

This stuff is pungent dank, musty, almost swampy... it's heavy, just like any dmc but a little on the sweeter side. Reminds me of the nightmare cookies hga used to carry. Smokes and burns clean, potency is a 7 outta 10 or 8 outta 10.

I pressed a half ounce at a 25.6% return with both plates at 190 degrees. It was a little darker than the mini cookies but tasted just as good maybe better with the hint of sweetness.

All around great value.. love getting 100 dollar ounces of real weed... not old over dried terpless flower like I get a lot of other places.

Alright this is an incentivized review.. I've been grabbing local so I haven't been around much. A...nyways onto review!

I'll start with the rosin made from it. The bud was fairly fresh which helps when pressing. It was pressed with a 6 tonne press at 200 degrees no bags, just a parchment holder for the bud and a slip for it to run out onto. You will see MINOR amounts of particulate but you can also see from the puck it burns clean. ANYWAYS I did a 5g press and got a 1.28g return which works out to a 25.6% return. With a better press I think you could see almost 30%. Anyone who knows anything about pressing knows this is a great result, and at the price of $500 a QP I'd say it's pretty fair pricing. I think I paid $425 because it was originally $475 and I used $50 credit.

Onto the flower. We all know DMC, if you don't it's a gassy, minty, skunky heavy hitting indica dominant strain that HGA does very well. This is DMC crossed with their Earth bind cookies and I'd say it ranks as a slightly lesser version of DMC, but not too much less. Burns great in a joint, great terps, really can't complain at all about it.

If your into rosin pressing, get some of this while it's still fresh and enjoy.. the terps translate over great and it hits like a truck.

Alright.. I got this QP about a week ago but I've been so puzzled by it and I'm still thrown off by it, but I better try to review it before it's been a month.

First of all service was fast as I ordered on a thursday and had it less than 24 hours later from Alberta ---> Sask ...through Canada post.

The bag arrived with mostly large nugs with some medium, not much small sized stuff; awesome for bag appeal. Nice frosty buds with orange /yellow hairs standing out everywhere.

Smell / taste - Very Fresh plant smell / taste to it... I almost don't believe this is a cookies and cream cross.. it smells more like a cake... I get sweet light citrus notes backed up by a lot of fresh green plant? If that makes sense and light pine? Don't get really any banana's on smell unless we're talking about a Green banana that just smells like fresh plant basically. When smoked the taste gets worse.. tastes like some standard AA/AAA with no distinguishable taste other than plant.

If you look at the 2nd pic you'll see a hair that if you bust by finger's you'll find these hairs pretty regularly as you bust... not sure if they are animal hairs or hairs from the grower. Which brings me to the density of these buds! They are stupid dense, you start to get to the core of the nug and I don't think much resin is being produced there because it's so dense. I fingerbust and this stuff will not break between your fingers you have to tear it apart.. If regular weed tears like paper, this stuff pulls apart like yarn or something it's so tough. Everytime you bust apart a nug you are greeted by leaves where it busts... I took some pictures cause I didn't notice at first and couldn't figure out why every joint was so harsh and burning black.. maybe all the leaf and crap have something to do with it....

Definitely not the smoothest inhale, and not much flavor to be had here.

All this being said it has a mild potency on top of it as well. Huge let down from the Kootz quads, as the animal face and the $300 an oz hash was great for the price point. And someone sent me some mint chocolate chip that looks and smells amazing (like runtz almost) can't wait to try it.

This Banana cream missed the mark for me.. would love to hear others experiences with it. From hairs in the weed, to burning black, to not smelling / tasting like the strain name. And I know it's partially my fault for believing that it could maybe taste like Banana's, sometimes I forget their just Leafly descriptions.

Q: 5/10 - I want to like this weed... but the only nice thing on it is the bag appeal.

V: 3/10 - Supposed to be a quad, the only quad like characteristic about this ganja is the way it looks... =/

EDIT: Clarification for one of the pictures.. you can see all the stem / leaf I rip off the bottom of the nug after I pull a nug apart... My only enjoyable joint I had to meticulously pick leaves and small chunks of stem out

Gonna keep it short and sweet as not much to say.

Arrived as smalls mostly with some popcorn mixed in it... good, last popcorn ounce I got from these guys was kinda shit for bud size.

The smell on it is kind of musky, earthy, spicy.. also kinda fishy... but not overtly fishy. ...The taste translates pretty well and it has a decent kick to it.

Q: 7.8/10 - The size of the smalls were good, and the quality of the smoke was fine as well

V: 7.3/10 - They used to do their popcorn ounces cheaper and others are doing popcorn ounces for cheaper of this level quality of bud. $134 after your $25 off referral.

So I was excited to see DCM smalls/popcorn and pulled the trigger without even thinking about the price thinking no way a guy could be disappointed! Boy was I wrong. I like to call this one the blade toke pack... Except I don't do blades anymore cause i'm not 15, I'm 35.

I...9;ve had ppl say HGA fanboy and shit... but if you look back through all my HGA posts you'll find 3-4 instances where I was disappointed... this is right down there with the gelato smalls/popcorn. I put a dime in the picture for size comparison... I don't think I got a single smalls nug.... all popcorn at the very best and a lot of tiny twigs with a tiny bud on it perfect for a blade toke. This is a steal of a deal $99 ounce, but this shit is all so small I don't even wanna smoke it, harsher than any other DCM I've ever had on the inhale... and for what $170? Yeah you can use coupons and credit and shit and I brought the price down to $100 with 2 review coupons + $20 in points... but I much rather would've spent the extra $27 on the regular sized stuff then to buy this... I did the math wrong thinking it was priced the same as DMC on my review on their website, but I still standby the fact of paying an extra $27 to get regular sized stuff and not risk getting this shit. This is either getting squished to rosin if I get access to a press fast enough or tossed in a jar and made into hash with other crap I don't wanna smoke

Q: 5/10

Explanation of pictures at bottom

I hate to shit post everyone today, but they have forced my hand.

Won a giveaway on IG for 7g of any queen of quads can, got the purple pug's breath... pretty solid stuff. BUT Since I won a giveaway and had never ordered anything I felt bad... and spent $50 on 3 pre-rolls and this ”Purple space cookies” shatter. I threw a hoot down for the g/f, she took it and immediately threw up saying it was the worst shatter she ever tasted... said it tasted like burned popcorn or hair or something.. I can confirm it definitely smelled like that and left the same taste in my nectar collector until I cleaned it an hour later.

I thought this was a little messed up and decided to run an ISO test to see how well this stuff dissolved in 99% ISO.

The first picture is after getting dropped into the shot glass, the 2nd picture is the shatter after sitting for 20 minutes inside the iso, and the third picture is after 28 minutes and looking in after stirring the solution. I'm not sure what those floaties are... If I had to guess I would say pine resin/rosin that's being used as a filler or something??? One other thing to note about these first 3 pictures is that when I poured the solution out it made my fingers REALLY sticky... not normal sticky... especially not for such a small amount of shatter in there... I could feel the stuff stuck to my fingers / hand it almost felt waxy but I couldn't really see it.

THE LAST 3 PICTURES... This is kind of an add for WTF shatter... because that's WTF shatter in the last 3 pictures, they price their stuff at $19.99 a single... It's the lowest quality decent shatter I've ever found on the market that's not crossed and contaiminated with garbage... yeah it lacks terps but whatever. ANYWAYS. The first picture is the WTF Shatter after being dropped into iso. The second picture is the shatter 9 minutes later, and the third picture from above is WTF shatter 13 minutes later. Shatter strain is White widow in case anyone is curious. Now what I see at the end is a clear solution with some hard contaminants in the bottom maybe? that could be dust from processing in a room or whatever... I expect this from 19.99 shatter....

What I DO NOT EXPECT is people cutting my shit with poisonous materials... I can't say 100% that this is pine resin or rosin.. but everything I did says it's not right....

This is what I was told by customer service ”We have no complaints about it, our team did a smoke test and a burn test and no evidence of pine resin, green samurai also stands behind their quality and said there is no pine resin in their shatter. we can offer you a full refund if youd like”

That was 2 days ago, they have not refunded me as of yet.

Beautiful purple little popcorn nugs, bag came fast like always. Expected a completely different nose and flavor on this based off he description on the website. The website spoke of Coffee and Vanilla, I would have to agree with the other user on here who got this.. it's Cheese. 100% A cheese p...heno, no coffee or vanilla here at all. I wouldn't say it's super loud, but It's trips and loud enough for trips. Another thing in the description I would disagree with is how sticky it's described to be, my stuff is definitely a little dry and on the sticky scale it's maybe a 2/5. The buds look great though, love all the colours. Only 5g's of shake in the whole QP

As for the smoke it was fairly smooth with mainly the cheese flavors coming through, smooth inhale with a mild pull on the exhale. I'd say a mild potency, to be expected from trips, probably more hybrid and maybe even sativa leaning as I didn't really feel much indica like effects from smoking. Ash burned pretty clean overall. It was a decent deal I'd say, i'm a little bummed now looking at the site because I see the smalls/med are only $50 more now, price must've dropped because I definitely would've paid $50 more for slightly bigger buds. I also noticed the popcorn is no longer posted, maybe sold out.. maybe got mixed into the new $350 option and that's why price changed?

Q: 7.7/10 - Not the most potent stuff, at least not for me.

V: 6.8/10 - with seeing the price on the med/smalls now I'd say they were the much better option at $350

Had the regular size of this strain and burns ashy white for me. Maybe a different batch..

I enjoy the packaging on these guys and the customer service seemed a pleasure to deal with. albeit they were a little pester...ing about if I got my pack or not and if I was going to review it... Pack was a little delayed due to Christmas shipping. And honestly I can't fault them on thinking someone just took free weed and wasn't gonna write shit lmao. But the person I spoke with seemed nice and was asking honest questions about what could help their brand.

So when you open up the jar your hit with sweet skunky and earthy notes mixed together just like the description says. it had a slight stick to it, but nothing crazy. buds were properly trimmed and fairly dense but still with a little squish. It rolled and stuck together nicely because of it being a little sticky.

The smoke was fairly smooth, slight irritant on the inhale but nothing bothersome, and a tiny tug on the lungs for the exhale. For me as a heavy smoker and daily dabber this was more of a mild buzz for me, but in all honesty I was surprised to catch a buzz at all; most trips don't hit me. This stuff had a decent kick to it. Joint burned nice and slow and the smell translated pretty good into the taste, maybe a slight bit more earthy than the smell.

Q: 7.9/10 - Good potency on this, not the hugest flavor but definitely not completely lacking.

V: 8.4/10 - $150 an oz for trips of this quality is actually a pretty good tag line. I believe it was graded AAA+ for the potency and not just simply AAA.
