Strain - Crunk Boat (Purple Urkle x Bubba Kush x Tina)
Mom - Onyx Phenos
Smell - the gas on this strain completely comes gusting out as soon as its re-exposed to the air, over taking the immediate vicinity with its skunky presence. Although the gassy diesel stank overtakes the ...majority of the scent you also receive gentle notes of berries or grapes
Smoke - well unfortunately I had spotted a seed as I was about to grind this stuff up, apparently there was also seed chutes within the interior that really overtook the flavor as that gross burnt seed taste and smell throughout the entire burn. I was definitely looking to see what flavor this strain could have provided, it was just too difficult to get a true taste at any point
High - the high did seem to be quite decent, and it did start to set in prior to finishing off doob entirely. A nice euphoric rush, heavy eyelids, clouded thoughts, and a decent mood booster. Not surprising that this is an split down the middle with the best traits of both indica and sativa alike. Finding motivation might prove to be difficult post smoke, making this more of a strain to spark up with some spare time on hand
Quality: these samples were unfortunately quite squished up and almost flattened to really remove alot of the potential of the bag appeal. The two buds I had received were very different looking one featuring a healthy supply of purple and the other very green in comparison which is said to be a likely occurance while growing this strain. Long intact light orangish copper pistils, sugar leafs still intact, and a dousing of milky trichomes over top of the entire structure
Smell - the tuna terpenes being quite prominent in this blended combination. Notes of the skunky kush hit the nostrils. The smell very reminiscent of the old school Tuna kush when it first appeared on the street...s packed up in the vintage can
Smoke - the transition from smell to smoke loses a fair amount of its volume. This stuff provides a noteable resin build up which tails just behind the medium grey ash. Tastes of a skunky herbs while inhaling and then moving to an earthy muskiness with subtle tuna notes on the exhale
High - later day or evening time strain, with an indica dominate strain that gives the full euphoric effects, leaving you in a relaxed sedative state and ready to accomplish very little. Some noteable pain relief and definitely a good appetite inducing strain
Quality: not much to dislike on this strain with 2 solid parents behind its lineage it makes for a great mashup. The shell having a hardened state sealing in the resin laden interior which had no problem clinging on to the outskirts of the grinder. Buds of a medium emerald green with some dark undertones, slight excess sugar leafs, thin orange brownish pistils, and dusted in amber trichomes
Flavor - the taste was quite the mystery judging by the color combination. It had a very tropical berry fruit like taste, not really comparable to any other candy nor edible I've had. Very flavor infested with a slight marijuana taste com...ing slightly after downing each piece but nothing major or too overpowering by any means
Potency - this beautiful winged bad boy carried a healthy 400mg dosage. I usually have smaller candy tast I can regulate up to the dose that I feel comfortable with. This made it a little more difficult to do that with coming as 1 entire unit. The wife and I started off with a quarter each (roughly 100mg a pop) waited a bit for it to settle then decided to finish off the other 1/4 each. Sitting at 200mg a piece, I have to say that it didn't feel as effective as the usual 200mg dose more around a properly done 100 or just over
Quality - the colors as mentioned were very unique and I'm sure just like butterfly's, they are done in their own style/pattern making each truly personal. Very bright coloring throughout with some really nice looking design. The colors being bright but also it had a matter look and almost play dough like look to the mold. Glad to try another one of the Sec edibles, but it didn't seem to quite hit the full potential I was hoping for in the potency department but delicious AF
Strain - Steve Hurkle (Tahoe OG x Harlequin x Querkle)
Mom - Onyx Phenos
Smell - tearing open the mylar, there's an immediate gust of terpenes that are just awaiting their sweet escape. There's a distinct stanky skunk presence with a coffee earthiness also coming in the... overall scent
Smoke - the carry over of taste from smell is quite on point, bringing the full terpene profile to the table each puff. A medium greyish salt and pepper ash, and a resin ring that arrived on the early stages of the joint. The inhale being a skunky coffee likeness and the exhale being more of a spicey skunk earthiness
High - I found this strain to be a decent later day or early evening selection. Fairly sedating, good high which has euphoric characteristics, but most noteable of all was the body relaxation making any pain that was present, non existent
Quality: the buds contain a very unique green blend that appears to be mixed up half compiled of a minty green with almost an evenly split of the remainder being a dark forest green hue. Long light orangish brown pistils unfurled throughout the nuggets, some and a frosted healthy layer of glistening trichomes. The squeeze was fluffy and spongy, and sticky and resinous once busted open
Smell - this is becoming one of those overall I found the smell on this strain to be quite pleasant with a skunky earthy nose off the bubba paired up with subtle grape hints
Smoke - the flavor pro...file on the strain was an earthy dank skunky taste with spiciness while taking the inhale, then transferring to a musky, thick smoke on the exhale. Taking pulls off this created a medium grey salt & pepper ash, and it also sported a resin ring within the first couple hauls
High - this is more for later daytime or early evening time use. An equal balance of both indica and sativa. Elevating your creativity, appetite, and leaving you in a euphoric state. The burnout also doesn't seem to be anything that was noticeable by any means
Quality: decently thick bud of medium portions, spongy and fresh to the squeeze. Really dark forest green with plenty of purple coming through casting a nice spread of purple and green hues throughout the formations, threaded with bright copper pistils reaching out over a portion of the nugs, and a thinly layered shield of triches
Smell - immediately busting open the bag, the whole room is greeted by the dank pungent scent of some skunky ass tuna. The tuna scent is paired up with the some piney diesel notes. The terpenes emitting off this... strain are truly loud
Smoke - the profile from smell comes through perfectly on the inhale of gassy tuna and the exhale being a thick robust cedar pine earthiness. Medium grey salt & pepper ash, and a nice resin build that thickened up as the burn went on
High - really decent high with good sedation, leaving a relaxed feeling over the body. Not a motivation booster but you will be entertained by whatever you end up doing post blaze. Better selection for a lazy day or evening time where you're looking to kick back
Quality: big chunky buds that have a crisp shelled outside, nice emerald green color along with plenty of purple undertones, and some purple sugar leafs. Thinly woven light brown pistils adding to the array of colors, and finished off with fine dusting of trichomes. The tuna strains are always some of my favorite smelling terp profiles and this one doesn't hold any stank hostage
Smell - the lineage I am assuming to be black diamond x white widow, the terpenes this sports is almost identical to the black diamond strain. You can really smell the sweet blackberry terpenes as soon as you bust this stuff op...en. Quite pungent, it's a unique smell that consists of blackberry wine, earthy, and almost sweet all blended together in this strains nose profile
Smoke - Flavor definitely translates from smell to smoke on both the inhale and exhale quite well. I found it smooth yet robust at the same time smoke with an earthy blackberry taste on the inhale and more of an earthy exhale with a lingering berry taste. Medium grey salt and pepper ash, oil ring present within the first few hoots
High - you can feel the high come on mid burn, heavy on the eyelids, decently relaxing strain. More for later in the day or evening smoke, you won't want to have a whole lot lined up post smoke because it almost for sure won't happening. Packing a punch over all but still capable of task completion post blaze
Quality: very dark green olive colored thick buds with dark purple almost black hues, good squeeze and density. All medium sized nugs with a crispy shell and sticky once busted open. Decent milky trichome coverage, slight sugar leafs, and dark copper pistils. This is a unique strain that I found to be a hitter all around
Smell - the terpenes coming off this strain are noticed immediately once tearing open the mylar. A mashed up blend of scents shoot up the nose containing a dank skunky pine with woody earthiness
Smoke -... fairly thicker smoke but also fairly smooth in the same sense. Long and consistent burn with a medium grey salt & pepper ash, and an oil ring that trailed along. The inhale was piney with hints of coffee and the exhale bearing a earthy cedar flavor
High - with a slight indica dominance this hybrid can be enjoyed in the later day or early into the evening. It will have you sporting some heavy eyes and your body nice and relaxed. I found it to also be quite pain relieving with any soreness going away after burning through a joint
Quality: the exterior of the buds were super crispy, as soon as I started to break them up my fingers were instantly covered in sticky resin. Nugs are a medium emerald green shading with some minty green sugar leaves hugging the structures. Thinly woven throughout are orangish brown pistils, and the whole nugget being showered in trichomes
Strain - Purple Megalodon (Great White Shark x White Widow x Snow White)
Mom - Tegridy Farms
Smell - I've never heard of this strain before so it was a brand new one to smoke. The scent that it carries is just as mysterious as the lineage. The smell once exposed to the air ...was quite potent reeking of a dank skunk herbal and almost woody aroma
Smoke - the smoke was thick and dense with each haul, it burned for quite some time with a good consistency. The ash was a medium grey salt and pepper, greasy resin ring intact, with the inhale being a robust skunky herbal taste and then exhaling consists of a spicy cedar flavor
High - with the heavy smoke I found it brought on a fairly heavy stone. Good head high that doesn't allow much to be accomplished post sesh. Leaving you nicely sedated with good euphoria, easy to get captivated into a game or movie
Quality: chunky buds with good squeeze, crispy to the touch on the outside, with a fresher inside once busted open. Olive green colored nugs with black undertones giving the bud a dark purple appearance, lots of thin bright copper pistils shooting out all over, and a healthy sheet of milk trichomes throughout
Smell - I've had each of the parent lineage strains before but first time trying them paired together. I noticed the smell was a slight mix on both sides, with it sporting a rather diesel gas with earthiness ...and small notes of lemon coming through
Smoke - smoke is very smooth, not harsh at any point during smoking. Burns evenly through a joint, light grey salt & pepper ash, and a resin ring tagging along side the cherry. Inhaling it has a sweet gassy taste with citrus hints and the exhale being more of a spicy earthy pepper flavoring
High - even being of slight indica dominance I find this to be a nice daytime smoke, able to continue to function properly after smoking while feeling nice and decent. Good euphoric head high, with motivation still intact
Quality: nice looking bud, bright thin copper pistils, some sugar leafs, nice light minty color with emerald green hues and plenty of trichomes on a blanket over top of the entire formation. Great stuff to puff on to feel good but still productive
