Not sure of the genetics on this one but I'm assuming it's a Pink Kush pheno. The buds are beautiful, looking similar to the Blue Gas Mask I just reviewed in structure. Fox tailed and highly resinous, follow...ed by an impeccable trim and great cure, leaving the buds feeling firm and sticky to the touch. Mainly forest green in colour with dark purple shades throughout, heavily dusted by a layer of milky trichomes and clusters of tangled orange pistils.
This Pink Tuci is all gas until you make it passed that first aroma layer and then it becomes sweet and floral with an earthy finish. It does have a familiar Pink influence to it. Same goes for the taste as it's gassy and earthy with slightly sweet, floral undertones, smoking ultra smoothly while leaving behind a lightly peppered ash. Produces a healthy sized resin ring as well.
A fairly potent, all around indica leaning buzz that offers a little bit of everything, beginning with a calming cerebral stone that gradually grows into a hazey, spaced out high, negating stress and anxiety in the process. With it also comes the couch lock and heavy sense of relaxation, making it easy to get pulled into a state of laziness. Not a KO but can easily lead to a quick power nap.
Beautiful visuals on this Blue Gas Mask. Greasy, extremely frosty, fox tailed buds, dense and sticky to the touch. Terrifically manicured, showcasing a forest green and purple appearance that is further complime...nted by copious amounts of vibrant orange hairs, wildy stretching out in each and every direction. Not many visual amber heads as they mostly appear milky overall, implying the effects may be more balanced rather than sedating.
A slightly sweet nose at first that completely gets drowned out once a bud is cracked open, producing a pungent, fuel heavy aroma accented by scents of dank earth and skunk. The flavours are gassy and slightly sweet with a touch of earth on exhale, delivering a very smooth smoke while burning with a lighly peppered ash and thick resin ring.
As I hinted at before, this indica excels when consumed during the day as opposed to when used as a sleep aid. It's helps with feeling overall pretty relaxed but not sedating in the slightest. I found it to be very uplifting and anxiety reducing, putting me in a cheerful mood with enough energy to remain functional, paired with a potent head high. Serves it's purpose as a carefree indica that still offers beneficial stess/anxiety relief without the heaviness to follow.
Pale, olive green nugs with dark purple patterning, covered in an off-white layer of long stalked trichomes and bright orange hairs. S...ome surface trichs are slightly squished but she's overall pretty frosty. Dense and slightly sticky with a snappy texture, followed by a neat trim and decent cure.
A nose that leans more towards the Wedding Cake side as it's sweet and slightly creamy with underlying hints of herbs and vanilla spice. Flavours are also Wedding Cake leaning, delivering a slightly sweet, cake accented smoke followed by an earthy, spicy exhale. Smooth burning with a salt n pepper ash and medium sized oil ring.
Very cerebrally driven, my type of jam for a daytime smoke and more specifically for wakes and bakes. It's clear headed, creative, and slightly energetic in smaller amounts, perfect for multitasking and getting errands done, while in larger doses it's very heady and spaced out. Not the least bit sedating although there is a mellow sense of relaxation towards the end of the buzz.

If I were to briefly summarize this MAC in a limited amount of characters I would simply say it's an absolute masterpiece. But that would be a complete injustice to just... how good it really is. It demands a complete breakdown in every category, beginning with it's otherworldly bag appeal. Saying caked is an understatement as the buds look like they've been submerged in a layer of sugar, Fun Dip style. Extremely dense, in true MAC fashion, followed by a very sticky, snappy texture. Some of the stickiest flower I had as of late, really gums up your fingers good. The buds nearly appear white from the sheer amount of milky, full headed trichomes, barely allowing for her shades of green and purple to come through, at last, followed by an arrangement of long, thin orange hairs. Both the trim and cure are A+.
One quick whiff of these buds and I'm immediately reminded as to why this is hands down one of my favourite strains of all time. It's never easy to describe but you just know it's MAC as it's a unique terpene profile. A nose that perfectly translates to taste, leading with complex aromas and flavours that are sweet, creamy, herbal, and fruity, delivering that super familiar lemony-citrus funk. Full-bodied, pallet lingering smoke, burning to a clean light coloured ash paired with a sizeable resin ring. I usually find MAC's to perform better in a joint vs a bong and that's also the case here.
A highly potent, well-rounded onset of hybrid leaning effects, starting with a surge of euphoric, mood enhancing qualities, noticeably lifting my spirits with a powerful head high to match. It's eventually accompanied by a calming, heavily relaxed body buzz, perfectly combining with it's aforementioned effects to efficiently negate any lingering stress and anxiety. Honestly would be my go to strain for any time of the day as I love it that much but it can certainly leave you a bit lazy and burned out afterwards so ideally it would be better suited for afternoons and evenings.

It's been a while since the last time I've had some good ol' GG#4. It's a strain I grew up with so it's always had some sentimental value to me. Ne...ver had a Glue with this much of a purple influence to it and it's extremely easy on the eyes as are the overall looks. Caked to the 9's, covered in milky, greasy trichomes from top to bottom, efficiently lining every nook and cranny. An ideal density with a perfect trim, cure, and texture, feeling slightly crisp on the outside with an extremely sticky interior. It's colours are a mix of faded greens and purples that nearly appear washed out under a heavy abundance of juicy, snow white trichomes, further enhanced by an array of gorgeous, peach-coloured pistils.
The nose is a combination of rich cedar wood and sweet pine, backed by herbal, nutty aromas. It's quite pungent, especially when breaking it up. The flavours are similar but with the inclusion of a peppery spiciness that accents it's initial woodsy, pine sweetness. I love my exotic terps but sometimes the simple things just click. Like a good, nostalgic comfort food. The burn is smooth and moderately greasy, producing a salt and pepper ash.
I've had my fair share of GG#4's that lean to opposite sides of the spectrum in terms of effects. I feel like this one is pretty balanced overall with a medium potency to boot, maybe even a little sativa leaning. Uplifting and euphoric, feeling a tingling buzz build behind the eyes, letting you know it's going to be a cerebrally influenced stone. Very focused and creative, also a little talkative, perfect for a wake and bake or social outing. Just enough of a relaxing side to keep it balanced and mellow throughout it's entirety.
I was approached by Grass Chief a little while ago asking if I would like to do some reviews for them. Being a MoM that's been around since I started reviewing I said, sure, why not. Also the fact that I don't see them posted here nearly as much as I used to raised my overall curiosity. Now ...as a whole experience, I think most of the product sent out for review should have never left their possession. Out of 4 strains, only 2 were smokeable. Certainly healthier than the other two which were obviously very old, dry, and discoloured. Not only in the looks but they smelled old too. Banana Punch and Tom Ford. The Grapefruit and Blue Coma seem fine overall. This Grapefruit being the standout.
These buds of Grapefruit arrived feeling super dense and compact. Almost rock hard. Very sticky to the touch while being broken down. Moss green in colour peppered with hints of forest green, followed by a hefty amount of a wispy copper pistils. Trim is very tight and maybe too close as there are some damaged surface trichomes in areas but also a good amount of full ones throughout.
The terpene profile isn't like any Grapefruit I had before. In fact, the one strain I couldn't stop thinking of when trying to make a comparison is Violator Kush. It's an unmistakable kind of profile. A woody, creamy, sweet pine, combined with herbal, spicy undertones, translating to flavour but with a subtle lemon taste on exhale. Super smooth, burning to a salt and pepper ash accompanied by a medium sized oil ring.
Effects are easygoing and clear headed at first, feeling noticeably focused and uplifted. Eventually brings on a minor relaxation but it helps add to it's overall chill demeanour without feeling weighed down or lazy. Very well suited for a daytime smoke with functional, medium potency effects.
Only recently did I have my first experience with this strain but anyone that's followed my revie...ws knows I have a passion towards GMO crosses. Bred by Skunkhouse genetics and grown by Pacific Bud Boys, this Donny Burger is a cleverly named, 'That's My Boy” inspired cross between Han Solo Burger and GMO. Glorious visuals on her, showcasing a rich violet purple exterior peppered with hints of forest green, further complimented by a greasy layer of fat milky trichs and glowing orange hairs. Cure is absolutely perfect with the buds feeling dense and extremely sticky while satisfyingly snapping away from their main stems.
Now this is one of those strains, as are most GMO crosses, that kind of take a certain acquiring before being fully on board. For me however, the funkier; the better. A funky, sour, earthy GMO nose with hints of peppery spice and fuel. A very subtle sweetness in the mix as well. Honestly reminds me of the smell of damp grass clippings after they sat in my lawnmower bag for a few days. It's offensive but in the best of ways. Flavours are identical but without any noticeable sweetness. Sour, earthy, and savoury followed by sharp spicy undertones that end in a funky fuel exhale. The burn is slow and exceptionally resinous, smoking extremely smooth from start to finish whilst leaving behind a soft, light coloured ash.
This Donny Burger undoubtedly packs a strong punch. Not an instant knockout per say like good ol' Donny in the movie cracking people over the head with a beer bottle but it's got plenty to offer. Powerful heady effects that are spacey and dreamy feeling, giving off a very foggy, mentally lazy buzz that eventually spreads out to the body, leaving you feeling very non functional and locked in place for a while. Very hard to not feel like taking a quick a nap when it fully kicks in, deeming it an effective indica dom to keep in the headstash.
Big fan of seedjunky genetics, especially cake crosses. Can't say I've tried this one before but it's genetics are very cake heavy, combin...ing Wedding Cake & Wedding Crasher. She's certainly a 10 in the looks department. Pale, mint green buds, met with hints of dark purple and thin, rusty-orange pistils. Covered in an impressive amount of full, juicy trichomes. Very dense with a sticky, snappy texture, followed by a tidy trim and good cure.
Amazing nose on this Cake Crasher. Very dessert like in nature as it's sugary and creamy with a delicious grape kool-aid background. The flavours are a little tame in comparison as they aren't as sweet, providing more of a spicy, herbal, earthy-grape/berry nuanced smoke. The burn is on the darker grey side, producing a thick, expansive smoke that can feel a little sharp in the bong, followed by a medium sized resin ring.
Overall a balanced, medium potency high with very adaptable effects, beginning with an up-tempo cerebral buzz that feels focused and clear headed before slowly morphing into a serene, lightly relaxed high. Found myself reaching for this one as a wake and bake or when needing to remain functional and alert throughout the day while still enjoying a decent buzz.
Beautiful aesthetics on this Pink OG x Organic Pink cross. Buds are dense and on the smaller size with some wild fox tailing going on, covered in a heavy layer of resino...us crystals. Super sticky overall, except the fox tails as they usually tend to be crisper. Cure is on point once again as is the trim job.
The nose at first is mostly earthy and sweet until broken up where pungent notes of fuel and spice are released. Same thing goes for the flavours but without any sweetness, offering an earthy, spicy kush taste. Burn is clean and greasy, smoking to a light grey ash with a nicely sized resin ring.
Effects are very balanced for an indica, the type that can be enjoyed throughout the day if tolerance isn't an issue. Very mellowing and relaxing with just a touch of a couch lock but it's a forgivable one that's easy to snap back from, paired with a potent, mentally soothing head high.
A cross between Sticky Icky and OG Kush. Very fitting for how sticky this Icky Pink is. Gummy and greasy, a recipe for effectively clogging up a grinder. Dense but squishy..., maybe even a little too fresh/moist, not what I would deem a perfect cure and could benefit with jar time. Mainly forest green with subtle purple shading and a coating of rust-orange hairs, followed by a decent dusting of trichomes.
A little lighter on the nose in comparison to the strains I've reviewed prior. More of a sour, earthy profile with a kushy floral sweetness. The flavours are also on the fainter side of things as the smoke is mainly earthy and dank with a little bitterness on exhale. Smoke is a little scratchy as well while the burn is perfect, producing a clean white ash and sizeable resin ring.
The high is easily it's best trait as it has a pretty strong potency, only smoking less than half a j before feeling pretty touched. Not really sedating at first as it's more of an upbeat, heady stone but soon adds a little sedation and relaxation into the mix. Overall while not my favourite it does have some promising qualities, just never really been a fan of sour type kushes in general. Organic OG up next.
