My second time having this wonderful cross of T...he Platinum x Wedding Cake in a very short period. This particular cut is from a source but still looks rather similar in appearance. Narrow, dense, dark coloured nugs that sport a mix of green and purple shades. Great trichome coverage, trim, and cure as well. These are the normal sized buds but the smalls of this exact Platinum Cake can be found in the ornaAAAAment that I've posted in the imgur album. The only difference is that the smalls are a little on the dry side but the included Integra has helped a lot with that. The ones pictured above are decently sticky however.
A funky and pungent terpene profile on this one especially when it's ground up as it exudes loud notes of musk and spicy kush, followed by sweet, cakey nuances. It translates over to taste seamlessly, bringing forth those same funky and sweet flavours, leaving the pallet coated after each exhale. It burns to a light coloured ash, producing a greasy oil ring and a very smooth smoke for how milky and thick It is.
The high this plat cake delivers begins almost instantenously with a flurry of potent indica leaning effects. Extremely heady and euphoric, producing almost spacey like tendencies paired with a slow building body stone. Really puts you into a state of zen as it offers a great sense of mental and physical relaxation. A couple tokes go along way and can surely promote a yawn or two, making it a good one to smoke later on in the day or evening.

Last and certainly not least from Quadcity and WeedPrime is this organically grown Pink Kush. One of my all time favourites as it's no secret around these parts. This flower looks like it's going to mess you up bas...ed off appearance alone. Wild bud structure and colours, displaying shades of light and forest green, paired with a heaping helping of greasy, resinous trichomes and clusters of orange hairs. Super sticky and terrifically cured. A few extra leaves and cosmetic flaws to be had but nothing major.
A pungently dank profile emitting aromas and flavours of sweet, floral gas, accented by hints of earth and pine. Nose invading and mouthwatering as it completely radiates the pallet and air. Definitely not one to be discreet with. The smoke is extremely thick and creamy, although smooth as ever considering you're able to indulge in some big rips. Clean burning and ridiculously greasy, leaving behind a light coloured ash with a hefty resin ring.
The high is what I also love about this strain and anything pink related. This cut in particular is real potent and hard hitting, providing huge waves of euphoria and relaxation. Mostly cerebrally focused but definitely adds a physical element as you're left couch locked and content. Heavy but not overly sedating, playing the part of an all-around super enjoyable smoke.
Always been a big fan of GG#4 since I can remember and this cross bre...d by Exotic Genetix pairs it with Starfighter F2 to create Future. A very light green appearance with a slightly yellow complexion, accented by darker green sugar leaf and a mix of cloudy and amber trichomes. Fluffy and sticky, breaking up to a consistency and texture that's perfect for rolling. Very nicely trimmed and cured just like the previous strains I reviewed.
The profile on this one is more of a classic one, releasing aromas of sour earth and lemon-citrus with underlying notes of diesel, paying homage to both parent strains. The taste is identical, providing a very silky smooth smoke that burns with a clean white ash and medium sized oil ring, remaining extremely enjoyable from start to finish.
A perfectly balanced hybrid that is immediately felt after the initial toke, specifically behind the temples. Uplifting and euphoric, as well as calming and relaxing, relieving any tightness or tensions one may have at the moment. Mostly cerebral in effects as it stimulates the mind effortlessly. Just an all occasional high as it keeps you heavily buzzed, yet engaged and social as well.

(Other than being smalls, they are pretty much the same as the bigger buds which I'll also be posting. Maybe just a bit on the drier side but they arrive already inside the glass ornament with an Integra boost. A cool littl...e gift idea to hang up on the tree or toss in as a stocking stuffer.)

A strain I've had countless times and continue to welcome with open arms. These buds of Gelato are dense and conical in structure, displaying dark olive green colours complimented by soft hints of purple. Sticky and frosty, though perhaps ju...st too tightly trimmed as the majority of the stalks and pistils are stout with plenty of disturbed/squished trichomes. Cured very nicely however, providing an ideal moisture level when breaking the buds apart, leaving the fingers clinging to one another.
This gelato boasts a super fragrant profile, emitting pungent and sharp notes of sweet cookie dough. Creamy and very dessert like, paired with undertones of dank earth. Super flavourful as well, delivering those same nuances found in the aromas. Smooth and clean burning, leaving behind a light coloured ash followed by a hefty resin ring.
A real social and uplifting high, bringing on relaxing yet mood enhancing qualities. Very easy going as it has the ability to seamlessly lure one into a state of blissful euphoria. Calming and slightly couch locking as well, completely putting negative thoughts and achy limbs to rest. One of my favourite and ideal hybrids when done right.

A mouthwatering cross of Mimosa and MAC, bringing forth memorable traits f...rom each parent strain. Medium to large in size, boasting a wildly interesting bud structure. Very sticky upon arrival with no need for the separate, included Integra but it's a very nice touch nonetheless. Dark shades of olive and sage green, topped with streaks of purple and copper coloured pistils. Embraced in a blanket of resinous trichomes and cured to absolute perfection.
The profile of this Mimosa x MAC is undoubtedly MAC leaning with the Mimosa lingering in the background, only further complimenting and enhancing it's deliciously funky aromas and flavours. A creamy combination of sweet and sour citrus that's met with rich notes of savoury dough. Pronounced in both smell and taste, offering a relatively smooth smoke that burns to a light coloured ash with some peppering through out and a decent sized oil ring.
A very uplifted, outgoing high that takes place exclusively in the head at first. Potent and quick hitting mental effects that leave you completely engaged in whatever you are doing at the time. It's relaxing qualities eventually kick in, adding a very mellow and euphoric nature to the high, making it a great all-around strain for daytime use. Anything MAC is always a homerun in my opinion and this one further proved it.
just made my first order with these guys, your pics of their bud makin my mouth water. did u get the cookies n cream or gelato? i ordered those as well as a few others
Up next from QuadSquad and WeedPrime is this incredibly beautiful Slurricane. Everything about these perfectly structured buds are on point, starting with their vibrant array of colours that involve deep violet purples and hints of green. They are ...then peppered with thick orange pistils that fiercely stand out in contrast to the dark background. Super caked and greasy as well, packed full of milky trichomes in every possible nook and cranny. A tad crisp on the outside and sticky within, followed by a very neat trim. The large bud pictured above weighed just under 4 grams.
Surely one of the more memorable Slurricane's I've had as of late as sometimes this strain can leave a bit to be desired. A tasty mix of sweet berries and grapes, delicately complimented by pastry-like undertones that come through in both aroma and flavour. Smooth on exhale but can also be quite heavy with it's milky, lung expanding smoke. The burn is terrific, producing a slick oil ring and white ash from start to finish.
The high is extremely heady and begins rather quickly with a buzzing behind the forehead and eyes. Very stoney and euphoric, almost giving off the impression of a powerful sativa in the early phases. The physical effects seem to be a creeper and coincide towards the halfway point of the buzz, delivering more relaxing and couch locking qualities. Doesn't really lead to sedation, but there's surely the chance for it based on potency and amount smoked. Overall a quality offering of this strain in each area.
Up next from HGM, a crossing of two widely popular and old-school strains, Gorilla Glue #4 and Dj Short Blueberry. Sticky, resinous, and dense, displaying a very light green complexion that's peppered with a small amount of orange hairs. Spo...rting a significant trichome production with a great trim and cure.
This gorilla blue produces a pungent and powerful scent redolent with aromas from both parents. Sweet blueberries and skunk, accented by explosive notes of pine, herbs, and spices. The type that lingers in the air and on the fingers long afterwards. Translates perfectly well to the taste, just perhaps a tad acrid on the throat as it delivers an expansive, lung punching smoke. It burns to a decently clean ash with hints of peppering and produces an average sized oil ring.
The high is fairly potent and long lasting, beginning with a surging head buzz that's followed by some hazy euphoria. Like most glue strains, this one gradually gets stronger over time, eventually settling into a full bodied stone with couch locking properties. Very relaxing and calming, making for a great night/day of watching movies or gaming.
A relatively new cross between Mendo breath x an unknown cookies strain, this butterscotch breath arrived as one unit weighing just below 4 grams. Super dense and chunky in structure, sporting shades of light and olive greens accented by thin co...pper-brown pistils. Sticky and decently trimmed with minimal leaf, though perhaps just a tad oxidized as there's some yellowing and amber trichomes that have developed. Frosty nonetheless, with a greasy layer of trichomes blanketing the surface.
An oddly unique profile on this one, with aromas and flavours ranging from sweet and sour to earthy and herbal. There are subtle touches of butterscotch/caramel but ever so slightly. A tad heavy on the lungs with a minor acridness on the throat, though burns fairly clean with a light coloured ash and moderate grease ring around the joint.
An indica dominant high with heavy body effects that allow you to relax and wind down in an instant. Heady as well, which only further enhances the couch lock as you're left in a state of bliss and calmness. Surely a strain to smoke when you need to kick back and chill after a long day.
