Strains :
Birthday Cake Kush
https://i.imgur.com/MiWhxmQ.jpg
Rated AA at 72/oz is this Birthday Cake Kush, also known as Wedding Cake. Sweet and spicy with peppery vanilla undertones. Smells strongly of white cookies, although doesn’t translate too much to flavour with it’s strictly earthy aftertaste. Very smooth and clean burning, producing a light ash in a joint. Hybrid-like in effects, promoting a moderate cerebral buzz paired with relaxing sensations. Decent potency just a little short-lived.
Zombie Bubba
https://i.imgur.com/uXhXXu5.jpg
This Zombie Bubba is listed as a 107/oz AAA strain and modestly priced. The looks are nothing special but it’s hard to tell completely from a 1 gram sample. The aroma and taste are definitely bubba leaning but not oveTunapronounced, with an earthy, piney, gassy profile. Smooth but heavy on the lungs and throat like a bubba can be. Decent burn with a salt and pepper ash. Definitely indica leaning, producing a lazy and relaxing body stone with a spacey head high.
Pink Tuna
https://i.imgur.com/Zs1TF54.jpg
The best one of the three and rightfully so as it’s the highest rated and priced at 135/oz. Also one of the better looking. Not the most pungent for a pink tuna and more pink leaning with notes of floral, earthy gas. Very smooth smoking but lacks that serious kushy flavour. Produces a light coloured ash. The high is calming, relaxing, and euphoric but also in the head as well, slowing everything down. Not sedating or a knockout but I did get a decent couch lock going on.

Mainland Cannabis
Shipping/Packaging
Packaged in a sturdy, protective box. Everything was vacuum sealed within, containing all smells. Very quick two day shipping from BC to ON.
Strains :
Widow Lightning
https://i.imgur.com/4AejGQy.j...pg
This Widow Lightning, also known as White Lightning, is sourced by Sacred Gardens and carried by Mainland. A cross of White Widow and Northern Lights #5, two legendary classics. Nothing special about the looks but it’s definitely all about the taste and high with this one. Light green buds, slightly larfy looking in appearance, with a fluffy consistency and texture. Decent trichome coverage and moderately sticky within.
The smell of this flower doesn’t do the taste justice at all and it’s mostly the other way around. Subtle aromas of earth, with a sweet, floral back end. When smoked, it definitely takes it up a notch in the flavour category. The soft sweetness becomes more fruity and berry like, lingering on the pallet after an exhale. I feel like it’s definitely white widow dominant. Extremely smooth and silky smoke, producing a light ash.
An indica dominant hybrid but plays out like a sativa at first without a doubt. A head high that comes on as quick as a bolt of lighting, just as the description says. Mentally alert and stimulating but eventually becomes very spacey and zoney. From that point on, it starts to show it’s indica side in the form of calming, relaxing effects. Long lasting as well with a slight burn out afterwards.
Kush Berry
https://i.imgur.com/3VI7DbP.jpg
Beautiful, eye popping colours on this Kush Berry from Mainland. Fox tailed, pine green buds, with purple hues that are accented by fiery red hairs. A fair share of thick and visible trichome heads. Plump and dense in structure, presenting a neat trim. A little sticky inside and slightly crispy on the outside but not in a dry way, and still breaks up nicely in the grinder and rolls itself in a joint.
A cross of OG Kush And Blueberry and probably the most berry influenced strain I’ve had in some time aroma wise. Very rich, sweet, and creamy, with strong floral-berry notes that really intensify after being broken up. The flavour is slightly different with more of an earthy, OG taste, and a faint berry exhale. Smooth on the lungs and burns a salt and peppery grey ash.
Definitely an indica dominant high as it pairs a cerebral head stone with strong, physical effects. I rolled a joint at night while watching tv and a few tokes in I was yawning non stop and became one with the couch. Low, heavy eyes, accompanied by feelings of complete relaxation and sedation.
Sundae Driver
https://i.imgur.com/HEpavak.jpg
I’ve never had Sundae Driver before and it’s a lovely, fruity cross of FPOG (Fruity Pebbles OG) x Grape Pie. This bud arrived sticky and frosty with numerous amounts of long stalks and trichome heads. Real dense and tightly trimmed with beautiful purple streaks accompanied by long, fiery orange hairs. Some sugar leaf near the base but nothing extensive.
The aroma is very pronounced and pleasant, emitting strong fruity notes of sweet grape followed by a creamy vanilla back-end. Unfortunately, it doesn’t all translate to taste and is rather subtle, which is probably the reason for the lower/modest price tag. No issues with the smoke as it’s very smooth and burns a light salt and pepper ash.
Potent and quick hitting high that delivers quite the euphoric buzz. Very bubbly and social like in nature, acting as a mood enhancer before it leaves you in a calming and relaxing state. Not very sedative but can be to someone with a lower tolerance. Despite the subtle flavour, I would love to have a jar of this flower for daily use as it’s still a great value and not a strain that is often seen.
Super Pink Bubba
https://i.imgur.com/Z1kqvZy.jpg
This Super Pink Bubba is another Sacred Gardens strain sourced by Mainland Cannabis which is cool to see as many MOM’s don’t carry their stock. Two powerhouses, Bubba Kush x Pink Kush, making for a dense, sticky, and resinous appearance and texture. Shades of dark greens with subtle purple hues underneath a healthy layer of trichomes.
The profile is slightly more bubba leaning than it is pink kush, with aromas and flavours of earth and pungent gas, but also a hint of sweet pink kush. Definitely more noticeable in the taste than smell. Thick smoke that hits hard like a potent kush should, but still smooth on the exhale. Clean burning with a light ash and produced a thick oil ring in a joint.
With the parents of this strain you can expect nothing short of an extremely relaxing and sedating high and that’s exactly what this one offered. A great aid for falling asleep and winding down or just simply for lovers of heavy indicas. Euphoric and long lasting high as well and just an all around classic.
Charlotte’s Web
https://i.imgur.com/a5uasNg.jpg
This Charlotte’s Web has a very nice look to it as far as CBD flower goes. A high CBD, low THC content which would explain the visible trichome head production amongst the semi dense buds. Very light green appearance with a heaping helping of long, orange hairs. Not very sticky but not dry either and breaks up with a fluffy consistency in the grinder.
Lovely aroma and flavour profile, bursting with notes of tangy and tart citrus rinds. Very pungent, similar to mimosa. The flavour is also the same with an added touch of spice and herbs, leaving a chamomile tea taste on the exhale. Smooth and easy on the lungs in both bong and joint, burning a clean light ash.
The high is very relaxing and not overwhelming in the slightest. Good for those looking to take the edge off but without getting too buzzed as there is a small head high that comes with it’s myriad of effects. Mainly just a calm and mellow feeling that offers tension and anxiety relief. Not as effective as CBD isolate but still a very helpful and useful strain to have around.
Hindu Kush
https://i.imgur.com/BPGFMxV.jpg
Love me some Hindu Kush and this one from MLC is a great rendition of it. Chunky and slightly fox tailed, this bud arrived sticky and dense. Overall decently trimmed with few random leaves at the bud’s base. Lovely contrast of colours, with almost dark black-indigo streaks that are beautifully complemented by healthy coatings of milky white trichs and orange pistils.
I really enjoy this terp profile as it’s very nostalgic to me. Notes of sweet, musky earth, paired with rich, hashy undertones. Extremely pleasant and delicate. The flavour accurately transfers over, offering a smooth smoke with a light grey ash. Slow burning with a resinous oil ring.
The high is fairly potent with strong indica leaning effects that creep up and get stronger over time. Super calming and relaxing, with a gentle, worry-free head stone. Heavy body buzz too, as it can leave you feeling like a floating head. Also good in aiding sleep, anxiety or muscle pain, etc.
Black Diamond
https://i.imgur.com/mcfCg8l.jpg
This Black Diamond from Mainland arrived in a dark green, purple toned bud, dusted in a layer of frost. Sticky, semi dense texture and structure, with stout rustic orange hairs that barely peek through. Neat trim as well minus a few visible sugar leaves.
Really strong black diamond nose and taste too, with very sweet notes of earthy grapes. More on the sweeter side of the spectrum but definitely has a little of that black diamond musk to it. Really does remind me of a red wine, and lingers for quite some time on the pallet and in the air. Burns very clean as well, producing a light coloured ash in a joint.
The high is fairly potent and effective, beginning with uplifting and social effects before melding into a relaxed and mellow state. Some bodily effects as well but nothing too heavy or sedating, making it an appropriate and ideal afternoon/evening hybrid.
God’s Green Crack
https://i.imgur.com/gQEWokG.jpg
A strain I’ve had countless times but always seem to enjoy it. This GGC from Mainland is a very nice smoke and an example that this strain can be quite potent. Round, dense buds that are tightly trimmed with a sticky texture. Typical GGC colours, including purple streaks complimented by bright orange hairs. A nice frosting of trichomes as well.
Strongly excels in the terp department, with notes of sweet pine and earth followed by a herbal woody finish. One of the better smelling and tasting versions of this strain I recall. Translates to the taste with a full flavoured, thick smoke. No harshness and very smooth smoking, burning with a light ash.
The high is definitely as close as it gets to a balanced hybrid. It hits fairly quickly with instant heady and euphoric effects followed by a relaxing and calming body stone. Decently potent and long lasting and serves as quite the all purpose high.
Bruce Banner #4
https://i.imgur.com/AknGsM6.jpg
Another Sacred Gardens offering on Mainland’s menu, this Bruce Banner #4 came as a dense, colourful bud, sporting shades of greens and purples, with slight brownish hues, probably being a bit aged. Still a little sticky within, displaying a mix of milky and amber trichomes.
The smell and taste is a little underwhelming and not as gassy or berry as I’m used too with most Bruce Banners. Instead it’s more earthy and sour. When smoked there is however a slight gassyness on the exhale but once again mostly earthy. It was rather smooth in a joint but not as flavourful as I wished.
No issues when it came to the high and it was a very potent smoke but definitely more indica leaning due to the extra CBN production. Relaxing mind and body effects and slightly couch locking too. Not the typical Bruce effects though.

Also got this very clean and classy looking lighter with the MLC logo. One of those USB, electric ones. I don’t use it for smoking but it’s a beautiful accessory to have regardless.

Purple Chemdawg :
https://i.im...gur.com/DxklBUL.jpg
https://i.imgur.com/EZFGl28.jpg
https://i.imgur.com/1lCS3nm.jpg
Absolutely a big fan of Chemdawg related strains. This sample of Purple Chemdawg introduces Grand Daddy Purple into the mix, making for some very beautiful looking buds. A combination of dark greens and light purples, blanketed in full trichome heads. A little crisp on the outside but not dry all the way through and could definitely use a little Integra/boveda love. It seems very well cured though and decently trimmed minus some sugar leaf.
The aroma instantly gives off unmistakable notes of sweet grapes, reminding me of purple kush, followed by hints of diesel. When broken up, the Chemdawg takes over with a rich, nutty smell and soft grape undertones. Translates to taste very accurately with an ultra smooth and creamy smoke. I will update on the ash and burn once I try it in a joint but in a bong it was effortless to inhale.
When it came to the high, it was no slouch either but it definitely had me slouched back into my couch. It was also very cerebral and focused making it the type of high ideal for show binging or gaming as it didn’t make me tired despite the heavily relaxing and long lasting body effects.
Widow Cheese :
https://i.imgur.com/zbakXgj.jpg
https://i.imgur.com/YUoajA1.jpg
https://i.imgur.com/yxIdbJW.jpg
This Widow Cheese from Kootenay Botanicals arrived as one dense and springy bud weighing close to 4 grams, sporting a typical cheese appearance with it’s olive green colours and faded orange hairs. Not going to win any insane bag appeal points like most cheese strains, but surely makes up for it in trichome coverage as it’s just littered with full, undisturbed heads. Also quite sticky as well.
There’s the woody-cheese type profiles, and the pungent, funky type cheese profiles, and this one is definitely the latter. Sharp, rank notes of aged cheddar, with a faint berry back-end. Very cheesy and acidic, although entices you to keep smelling. Translates surprisingly well to the taste considering most cheese strains don’t, leaving a soft and subtle cheese taste on exhale but not in a overwhelming sense. Smooth hitting and clean burning with a light coloured ash.
The high is extremely heady and begins instantly with it’s uplifting, social, and euphoric effects. Very spacey and stoney, making it insanely easily to drift away with your thoughts and can be a bit too much for some. Slight physical effects kick in eventually but more relaxing than sedating. People that love cheese strains know all about the high it offers and this one was a great example.
Blue Jagger :
https://i.imgur.com/BtOxHqr.jpg
https://i.imgur.com/dEgSRcC.jpg
https://i.imgur.com/sS5DzQX.jpg
A cross of LA Confidential, Blue Dream and an unknown strain, this Blue Jagger is part of Kootenay Botanicals’ Craft Series. Tremendous bag appeal on this flower, with extremely long stalks topped with milky trichome heads. Very light green in colour, sporting wild orange pistils, and a great trim. Tightly structured buds with a moderate moisture level, not being dry nor sticky.
The only category where this flower didn’t stand out was the aroma and flavour. A little muted at first and improved slightly upon grinding but still nothing too special. A subtle combination of berries and spices with hints of earthy lemon. The taste was similar and subtle as well, although very smooth smoking. Light salt and pepper ash.
I really enjoyed the high on this Blue Jagger and felt it was heavily Blue Dream dominated as it offered a plethora of relaxing and mood enhancing effects. Didn’t leave me feeling one bit sedated or fatigued, making it a good time day smoke. A bit on the pricy side considering it’s profile doesn’t match it’s looks and potency in my humble opinion.
Pink Kush Kief :
https://i.imgur.com/gpBTJxU.jpg
https://i.imgur.com/AwaN6X4.jpg
This is the type of kief I actually enjoy. When it’s fresh, sticky, trichome heads clumping together, vs older, oxidized kief. Smelled and tasted exactly like pink kush ; gassy and floral, and made for a great bowl topper over some flower or hash. Adds a potent indica kick to anything.

The Budibles, 200mg THC Gummies
https://i.imgur.com/FhpD4lB.jp...g
https://i.imgur.com/0c1VIgm.jpg
https://i.imgur.com/BFiZuuZ.jpg
These are Hve’s new line up edibles, The Budibles. They come in a few different variety of gummy types. These ones are Wild Berries, Cola, and Bears. 200mg THC per package.
Hands down some of the tastiest gummies I’ve had as far as edibles go. Especially the cola bottles which are nearly identical to the originals before the weed taste kicks in. Slightly bitter and spicy which is the norm for THC infused edibles.
The effects can vary from individual to individual as is always the case with edibles as there are many variants. For someone like myself with a higher tolerance they offered a mildly euphoric and uplifted high after eating around 150-200 mg. A friend only had 100mg and had stronger effects that were more relaxing and sedative. These would be ideal for micro dosing and the less tolerant without a doubt.
Concentrates :
Black Afghan Live Resin
https://i.imgur.com/WIv0Ol6.jpg
This live resin is a cross of 2 classic indicas, Afghani × Black Domina. Very moist, soft texture and consistency. Really simple to work with.
Absolutely love the flavour this one produces and might be my favourite over the others. Earthy and peppery hints followed by a sweet berry taste on the exhale. Didn’t expect that at all and assumed it would be more of a clear cut, kush type profile. Extremely smooth as well with my e-nail set to 650.
I felt the high this Black Afghan delivered was more of an old-school creeper than an instant knockout indica, which is nice for a change. Mood lifting and euphoric at first but eventually does a complete 180 with relaxing, couch locking effects. Still mentally alert enough to enjoy some tv or games, etc.
God’s Green Crack Live Resin
https://i.imgur.com/uIrzHnn.jpg
Very nice consistency and colour to this GGC live resin. Easy to handle and dab as the texture is similar to budder.
The aroma upon opening the lid was spot on to every time I’ve had GGC in flower form but more pronounced. Sweet, herbal notes with a touch of peppery pine that translated exceptionally well to taste. I prefer to dab at a lower temp, around 600, and it was extremely smooth and terpy.
Quick on set of effects that included an intense cerebral high that eventually subsided, making room for the relaxing and euphoric, bodily effects. Will always appreciate the potent indica-hybrid punch this strain packs.
Iced Grapefruit Sauce
https://i.imgur.com/teNdBkC.jpg
Beautiful caramel colour and consistency to this Iced Grapefruit. The texture is of a really thick and rich sauce, making it easier to manage and scoop up than something runnier.
The profile is very tangy and citrus dominant with hints of sweet and sour grapefruit. Very pleasant smell and flavour with a smooth and effortless exhale. Actually enjoyed this one more than the wedding crasher as I found it terpier.
Uplifted and social type of high that gets you going in the morning or afternoon. Didn’t find it heavy or sedating in the least, although relaxing, and an all-around decent, sativa leaning hybrid.
Wedding Crasher Sauce
https://i.imgur.com/h96Btdv.jpg
https://i.imgur.com/Q058Z2G.jpg
A lovely cross of Wedding Cake × Purple Punch. Golden yellow in colour and even lighter than my picture when It’s in the jar as it’s a thinner layer instead of a blob on the dab tool. Very thick and sticky sauce like consistency.
Very pleasant profile with a combination of sweet and earthy undertones and subtle berry and citrus nuances on the exhale. Super clean and smooth with my new e-nail setup where I can do accurate low temp dabs and savour all the flavour.
Evenly balanced hybrid effects that offer an extremely clear headed high. Ideal for focusing and a creative thought process. Noticeably uplifting and energizing as well but with zero anxiety and instead quite the opposite; calm and mellow.

Z-Wiz
https://i.imgur.com/gzWgnIm.jpg
https://i.imgur.com/oYxeUFT.jpg
Genetics : Zkittlez × GMO × Bwiz
Grower : Flawless.bc
Bred by : Cookiemaine (the captain’s connection)
...This Z-Wiz is an absolute beauty with tremendous bag appeal. Heavily blanketed in greasy trichomes in every nook and cranny there is. Lovely bud structure as well, being dense and sticky within and no humidity pack needed. Very well cured and trimmed flower. The colours really pop in good lighting, with frosty light greens and purple streaks throughout, accompanied by thin, winding orange hairs.
The aroma straight out of the jar reminds me of sweet citrus and apricots or something very similar. It becomes more doughy and pungent when broken up and overall a very tropical profile. When smoked with either bong or joint, the flavour comes through in abundance, with a tropical fruit and candy like taste, and a doughy finish. Thick and creamy smoke that burned silky smooth with zero harshness and clean light ash.
Luckily, it doesn’t only stop at bag appeal and profile because the potency is also a standout with this strain. A little goes a long way and straight to the head it goes. I was constantly drifting off into my own zone and not paying attention much to my surroundings. Very spacey and hazy. Eventually makes it’s way to the rest of the body in the form of complete relaxation and couch melting goodness. Ideal effects for a lazy night in.
Wizard’s Wand #2
https://i.imgur.com/PTevnqU.jpg
https://i.imgur.com/R0Vh3He.jpg
Genetics : Blissful Wizard × Girl Scout Glue
Grower : Flawless.bc
Bred by : Cookiemaine (the captain’s connection)
Another visually stunning flower cultivated by flawless. This Wiz Wand had very pronounced purples all throughout the buds, overshadowing the greens, and complimenting the long trichome stalks and thick orange hairs. Firm and dense structure, with a perfect cure and stickiness. Also neatly manicured, minus a few odd sugar leaves.
When it comes to the profile, the first thing that comes to mind is undeniably of the sweet, citrus variety. Definitely more complex than that though. I would say tangerines to be more specific, with hints of creamy glue and cookies. The taste is nearly identical with an introduced hint of subtle gas on the exhale. Flavourful and smooth smoke that lingers heavily on the tongue, and burns with a light fluffy ash.
The effects this one offered were even and balanced and very much a hybrid in my opinion. Found it to be quite potent, especially in larger amounts. Extremely heady and zoned out high to go along with it’s relaxing, couch locking side. The more I smoked the more spacey and ’out of it’ I felt. Gave me a case of temporary writer’s block while trying to type up this review.
Gizzard Punch #3

https://i.imgur.com/7UzIaDT.jpg
Genetics : Wizard Punch x Girl Scout Glue
Grower : Flawless.bc
Bred by : Cookiemaine (The Captain’s Connection)
The colouring on these beautiful buds are something to behold. Very light green in appearance, with soft violet streaks throughout, and clusters of thick orange hairs. All covered by a frosty blanket of trichomes. Chunky and dense bud structure, sticky to the touch, and well trimmed. Another flawless cure like the previous strains, with the buds snapping off the stems with ease and not needing any extra moisture from humidity packs.
I really love the genetics of this strain and it’s elite lineage. Blissful Wizard, Purple Punch, GSC, and Gorilla Glue. The profile really embodied their characteristics in both smell and taste. Sweet purple punch, with creamy, doughy undertones. Also a subtle hint of pepper/spice from the cookies and glue. An extremely smooth and enjoyable smoke in both bong and joint. Burned slow and resinous in ultra thin papers, producing a light ash.
The high on this one is very cerebral and psychedelic, offering an intense stone that is thought racing and zoned at the same time, making it a real heady concoction. Quite potent, and definitely can be overwhelming to some with a lower tolerance. After the initial buzz, it drifts into a relaxing, euphoric state that didn’t leave me heavily burned out. Really been enjoying this one these last few days staying in.
Black Dog #2
https://i.imgur.com/TmjDmCf.jpg
https://i.imgur.com/O7q52Of.jpg
Genetics : Emerald Headband × Blackberry Kush
Grower : Flawless.bc
Bred by : Humboldt Seeds
Bred by Humboldt Seeds, and grown by Flawless.bc, this Black Dog #2 pheno is quite the looker and that’s putting it lightly. The colours are eye catching and vibrant. Deep purples and mossy greens, littered with fiery orange hairs amongst a sea of glistening trichomes. Plump and wholesome nugs with a decent trim other than some protective sugar leaf. Cure on point once again, with an ideal moisture and stickiness.
The aroma this flower possesses is an extremely pleasant mix of creamy berries and sweet grapes followed by a slight gas. Almost smells like a blackberry cheesecake or pastry, and tastes like one too as it translates accurately to the smoke. Burns very smooth in a joint, leaving behind an instant oil ring with a fluffy, light ash.
This Black Dog ain’t all bark as it’s got a nice bite as well. Definitely indica leaning with it’s full bodied effects that included a blissful and euphoric high. Soothes and relaxes the mind and body, all the while being glued in place. This is the ideal type of high I find perfect for tv and gaming as it isn’t heavily sedating and actually quite social too!

Gorilla Glue #4
https://i.imgur.com/Y3TDM0A.jpg
https://i.imgur.com/tPSymjA.jpg
This GG4 is yet another great budget option from Kush Station. Decently sized mediums with some popcorn, all sporting dense and frosty structures with healthy greens and sharp orange hairs. Also quite sticky when breaking apart the buds and tons of visible trichome heads for a 110$ ounce.
Not quite the gg4 profile that I’m accustomed too as this one seems more traditionally ’kushy’. Very sweet and earthy with fresh herbal notes. Definitely gets a little stronger once you crack open a bud, emitting subtle notes of pine. Tastes quite the same on exhale, producing a sweet and sour smoke that is thick yet surprisingly smooth. Burns nicely too leaving a light grey ash in a joint.
Very hybrid like in nature, producing a real stoney and spacey high with uplifting effects. Eventually goes into a slight body buzz but still mentally stimulating enough to not feel tired. Decently long lasting as well and overall a great value budget drop.

Moby Dick

https://i.imgur.com/W5oI1gz.jpg
Haven’t had this strain in a while and it was one of my very first orders when I joined the MoM world. This Moby Dick arrived slightly dense but was softer and... fluffier to the touch. Neatly manicured, sporting a typical sativa structure with shades of light and dark greens, accented by peach toned hairs. Fresh and sticky texture to go along with it’s fair share of trichomes.
Fruity aromas of sweet and zesty citrus followed by lemony-pine undertones. For some odd reason, the aroma of this strain always reminded me of cola bottle gummies. Translates perfectly to the taste, providing a very clean and smooth smoke that burns a light ash.
The high comes on quick and strong, producing a potent sativa buzz that is very heady and spacey. Good picker upper as well since it acts as quite the mood enhancer with it’s noticeably uplifting effects. Great choice for waking and baking and starting off the day.

Strains
Death Star OG
https://i.imgur.com/w9ObZSu.jpg
Death Star OG, a combination of 3 classic strains, Sour Diesel, Sensi Star, and OG Kush. Very greasy and resinous look to these partially dense buds, with colours of dark greens and purples, and a thick layer of trichomes. Not super sticky but a decent moisture within the buds and they grind up beautifully. Little bit of sugar leaf here and there.
Very pungent aroma right out of the bag. Exactly what I would expect from this strain. Strong, dank notes of sour earth and diesel with subtle skunky undertones. Very flavourful as well in a joint from beginning to end and was extremely smooth and easy to inhale big clouds. Burned with a nice light ash.
The high on this one was very different as the time went on. At first, it’s mostly all in the head and eyes with the classic sour diesel tendencies, feeling very zoned out and spacey. Before you know it the creeper effects kick in and forces you to melt into the couch in a very relaxed and sedated state. Decent quality all around although a tad steep in price in my humble opinion.
Island Pink Kush
https://i.imgur.com/VGJR1df.jpg
This Island Pink Kush arrived in dense, frosty, and slightly fox tailed nugs. Very tight trim with virtually no leaf. Dark green in appearance with plenty of rustic, peach coloured hairs and milky trichomes. Not incredibly sticky but not dry either keeping in mind that this was a small sample and not a large amount.
One of those aromas that remained subtle and dormant until cracked apart. Sweet and gassy, with that body odor kush type smell. Not the terpiest of pinks when smoked but still very enjoyable with a clean, slow burn, and oil ring. Produces a thick smoke that hits hard but isn’t harsh at all.
The high is indica leaning, producing heady and euphoric effects that are followed by a very relaxing body buzz. Not your knockout type of indica making it perfect for all day use but can also leave you a little tired and burnt out. Similar to the death star in price but there are often coupons and promos around as well.
Boss Hogg
https://i.imgur.com/zkJBmuG.jpg
Boss Hogg is the supposed child of Chemdawg 4 x Chemdawg 4 bx1(backcross). Being part of NextLevelLeafs’ budget options at 100/oz, this bud holds some nice value. Semi dense and conical in structure, sporting shades of olive green accompanied by yellow and brown pistils. Not the greatest of trims, however no visible sign of handling as there are copious amounts of intact trichome heads ranging from clear to amber. A tad on the crispy/dry side but still breaks up decently without any crumbling to powder.
The profile is very unique, hitting all sorts of different notes that quickly merge into one another. Sweet and sour at first with hints of diesel and what I strongly believe to be a touch of cinnamon. Quickly transitions into the chem side with undertones of earth and skunky kush which translates fairly nicely to the taste. Thick smoke, yet smooth, and burns decently clean leaving a lighter colored ash.
This Boss Hogg produces a very nice buzz, although not the longest lasting. Instant euphoric head high followed by a tightness around the temples and heaviness behind the eyes. Doesn’t take too long before drifting off into a relaxing and calming state, but still maintaining functionality. Decent hybrid on a budget.

Shipped from BC and made it to Ontario in three quick days. The products all arrived in a nice plastic container/tupperware and all strains were individually labelled and vacuum seale...d. It was then packaged and sent in a bubble mailer. No smell whatsoever and nothing was squished.
Strains :
Gangster Kush
https://i.imgur.com/3fiN4G6.jpg
This Gangster Kush is grown in house by CAMMP. A cross between 5K OG and Aloha White Widow. Sticky, light green buds, with purple hues throughout, and a resinous layer of trichomes. Medium in size and clinging to each other. Just a little bit on the fresher side and a couple days in the jar did wonders already. Definitely can give the grinder a good workout.
I was able to distinguish the OG characteristics with this strain right off the bat. Aromas of pungent and dank earth, with subtle hints of gas and citrus/lemon. The flavour was similar as well. Nothing overwhelming or exotic but very smooth and clean burning. No problems staying lit either due to the stickiness and freshness.
A slight sativa leaning hybrid that takes effect almost instantly after a few tokes and goes straight to the head, more specifically behind the eyes. A type of strain I can smoke throughout the entire day like most OG’s as it’s offers such a calm and relaxing buzz that puts me in a mellow, uplifted mood. Can have some slight burn out effects in larger amounts but overall it remains rather functional.
Black Kush
https://i.imgur.com/rtj94gb.jpg
This Black Kush, which is a phenotype of the BC Black strain, is grown by CAMMP themselves. Not as dark in appearance as the name would suggest and instead sports a forest green colour, with clusters of wild orange hairs throughout. Decent texture, being sticky but not moist, and great trichome coverage. Small to medium sized buds.
Very classic profile to this strain that many old school type kushes seem to share. A combination of sweet earth and peppery spices. I didn’t seem to get any hints of berries like some descriptions mention but it was a very enjoyable and pleasant smoke. Extremely smooth on the exhale and burned with a light fluffy ash.
Indica dominant effects that come on quickly and powerfully. Starts off with a soothing and calming wave of relaxation that gives off a body buzzing sensation. Not an instant knock out but more of a creeper in terms of sedation that had me yawning a whole bunch and feeling lazy. Very nice stuff for relaxing and not doing much.
Strawberry Shortcake
https://i.imgur.com/sexZGqG.jpg
Strawberry Shortcake, a cross of Juliet x Strawberry Diesel and another strain grown by CAMMP like the previous strains I reviewed. The buds were quite dense but not a rock solid type, and slightly sticky. A mix of various greens and some purple sugar leaves, more so on some buds than others. Covered in long hairs and a modest amount of trichomes.
The smell upon opening the jar instantly reminded me of fresh strawberries and eventually combines with a sour diesel aroma. Less terpy and defined when smoked but still a subtle taste of strawberries with an earthy, diesel finish. Really found it to be smooth and easy to smoke, burning a salt and pepper ash.
A strongly sativa influenced high that has been a great early morning/daytime smoke. Very uplifting but also a really potent head surging buzz, probably from the sour diesel. Not the best for multitasking as it can be overpowering but very good for focusing and zoning out on a single thing.
Headband
https://i.imgur.com/18DLVKs.jpg
This batch of Headband is grown by CAMMP themselves and came in 3 large nugs, weighing about 2.5g each. Vibrant colours of forest/sage greens, and a heaping helping of bright orange pistils. Moderately sticky with a slightly fluffy but still dense texture and decent trichome coverage. The trim is more on the bushy side but at 100/oz you can hardly complain as it’s super reasonable.
Not the most pungent of Headbands, although very complex with plenty of notes coming through the longer you smell. Sweet and earthy with subtle notes of Sour Kush and citrus/lemon. Translates fairly well when smoked, producing a thick, smooth smoke with hints of sweet skunk on the exhale. Reminds me of the strain Chemdawg in a few ways and left behind a light ash.
I believe this was the same headband cut that was included in my first CAMMP order and the effects were just as I recalled. Immediate headband characteristics, including the tightness around the head and eyes effect, staying true to it’s name. A very heady driven and stoney high that isn’t ideal for focusing, but more for relaxing and melting with your thoughts. Definitely indica leaning but not sedative as I was still able to stay awake and be partially active.

Overall some decent value on some of the strains if the consistency is there. I’d have to agree with another review I seen that mentioned the potency and smoothness stood out more so than the smell/flavour. These strains were all grown by CAMMP.

Strains :
Velvet Elvis
https://i.imgur.com/yCYkwry.jpg
Can’t really find a clear cut description of this mysterious strains genetics, although TNR has it listed as a cross of Purple Space Cookies x Elvis. Decent bag appeal with bright greens and subtle purple hues complimented by vivid peach toned hairs. Slightly fluffy and a little crispy on the outside, but nothing an integra can’t fix. Only downfall seems to be the size of the buds as they are mostly smalls with the odd bigger one.
The profile of this Velvet Elvis is very unique. Fragrant and earthy aromas followed by notes of fresh berries and flowers and a hint of creamyness like a cheese cake. The taste is similar too but slightly toned down, with a sweet and floral/perfumey flavour on exhale. Burns clean and smooth, producing a light coloured ash in a joint.
Definitely a sativa dominant high as it produces uplifting and social effects along with a cerebral, heady high as well. Perfect day time strain as it leaves you functional and motivated for carrying out daily tasks and whatnot. Very little burn out afterwards too.
Stevie Dawg
https://i.imgur.com/Snw6nvG.jpg
https://i.imgur.com/fAqmryv.jpg
Another unique offering from TNR, this Stevie Dawg is listed on site as a cross of GG4 x Sour Patch Kiss. Lovely mossy green nugs that are moderately dense, sporting a neat trim with plenty of dark orange hairs and some sugar leaf. Real frosty as well with a healthy coating of trichomes. Arrived slightly on the drier side but not to a point where it crumbles.
The aroma of this strain is very influenced by the gorilla glue side, with notes of earth, pine, and coffee. Also some sour hints of diesel especially once broken up. When smoked, the diesel came out on top, with subtle undertones of sweet pine and earth. Smooth on the exhale and left behind a light ash.
Good mix of euphoric and cerebral effects making for a balanced, hybrid high. Starts off in the head and behind the eyes, making it’s way to the rest of the body in a very relaxing fashion. Also said to have a small amount of Cbd as well, adding to it’s mellow and slightly sedating nature.
CBD Canna-Oil , 50ml
https://i.imgur.com/PlSUpEL.jpg
This is Natural Remedy’s in house CBD oil which is high in CBD content and low in THC content to maximize and get the most out of it’s effects. 14ml of CBD and 1ml of THC. Olive oil is used instead MCT oil which I tend to prefer anyway. The oil itself is a golden yellow colour and very clear and transparent with a planty/hemp like taste. 50 ml bottle.
Such a fantastic product and anyone that has tried CBD before knows the many benefits and healing properties it offers. My parents swear by it and I also use it myself occasionally. Helps them with arthritis, aches and pains, and allows for full, uninterrupted sleeps. The little amount of THC gives the slightest of buzzes but remains very manageable and functional. Even my mom who was super skeptical of anything THC related loves it now. Fantastic and natural medicine.
Canna Oil Plus, 1gram. (75% thc, 1% cbd)
https://i.imgur.com/K1Ysuzi.jpg
This is The Natural Remedy’s version of what we mostly know as Rick Simpson Oil or Phoenix Tears. It is made in house from their own flower. Comes in a syringe commonly used for oils and distillates and is very easy to dispense. 1 gram of oil, with a content of 75% thc and 1% cbd.
The oil is rich, thick, and dark in colour just like the original. There are many ways to consume it since it’s completely edible. My favourite was with a bit of peanut butter as it completely overpowers the strong cannabis flavour which can be a bit bitter and spicy. Some people may prefer to fill capsules with it too which is a great idea for finding a perfect dosing.
I’ve used this oil on a few occasions now and it’s very potent and creeps up a couple of hours later. It can be extremely mellow and relaxing in smaller doses and more psychedelic in larger ones. All depends on an individuals tolerance too of course. This is a fantastic product overall and helps with a myriad of ailments and symptoms like pain relief, anxiety, depression and much more.
80mg THC 50mg CBD Mix & Go’s , Passion Fruit & Pineapple Flavours
https://i.imgur.com/uimo21C.jpg
These are flavoured powder/crystals but with an added kick. They each have an 80mg THC content and 50mg CBD content. Passion fruit and pineapple were the only 2 flavours in stock at the time but there were a lot of options.
Perfect amount for a 500 ml water bottle and they tasted pretty good, especially the pineapple. The passion fruit was a bit too sweet for me so I added a little extra water afterwards. Not a strong flavour of cannabis but you can definitely taste it. Gave it a good shake and everything dissolved nicely.
Drinking a full dosage throughout the morning offered a very relaxing and mellow high that wasn’t so overpowering or in your face. It was very functional but also gave me a noticeable pep in my step. I should also note I have a higher tolerance so the effects will vary for everyone!
