But to those who are unaware, Scoops is the Holy Trinity of three Cannabis heavyweights Cookies & Cream, Gelato and Tina that was bred by none other than @exoticgenetix_mik...e and cultivated in Canada by @eveningstarcraft. Taking the community by storm, these crystal-laden buds are rich in Anthocyanin with only a fraction of the surface area left to don vibrant shades of bright green; a testament to the bud tender and the precision of their craft. Breaking this flower down feels almost criminal, but reveals an entirely different level of bag appeal as lavender hues tuck themselves beneath a healthy coverage of brimming trich heads interwoven with rich mocha pistils.

Earth and gas forward aromas are tied off with hints of orange bitters and a noticeable backend of baked sugar, or cookie dough that’s lent from its parent genetics. A mouthwatering translation of terpenes tantalize your tastebuds (alliteration intended) with an unbelievably smooth smoke. Well above average potency levels manifest as deep relaxation and a body-driven stone that feels clean and focused but doesn’t bring the sluggish feelings more commonly associated with heavier indicas and can be enjoyed at any time of any day.

This is my second time with this cultivar from @eveningstarcraft (last time being 7 months ago) and I’m more than happy to say their quality control stands the testament of time, enough so to invoke feelings of positive nostalgia and fond memories of warmer days. While rated a modest AA+, this batch of
Violator outshined it’s peers in nearly every respect. Dense buds generously coated in visibly thick trichomes that dance under sunlight give this flower a visual appearance well above average for it’s category. Fall...ing short of the ’sticky’ threshold - with humidity levels that resemble an acceptable curing time, rolling was not a problem as the product holds to itself well.

Despite the mesmerizing appearance, the highlight of this batch of Violator remains with the aggressive terpene profile that resembles old school Kush flavours dominated by earth, hash and pine. A particular sweetness can be identified that gets complimented well by faint citrus notes that remain hidden underneath the all-encompassing blanket of fuel. When burned, these translate into a wonderful hashy mix of hallmark Kush flavours with that touch of gas that lingers in your mouth long after the joint is completed. Sedative effects that stay true to it’s OG Kush lineage with an indica-dominated wave of pure body euphoria that will cement you in place for hours.

Near identical in appearance to previous batches, this expression of Death Bubba rings familiar bells with a dense and stout bud structure dominated by forest green hues broken apart only with the occasional mocha pistils. Muted aroma at first that was hesitant to make it’s presence known but finally came through when the flower was broken down, giving users that classic Bubba funk with twists of earth, gas and pine.


As with what you’d expect from a strain with this name, it’s hard to remain awake long after indulging in the effects of this relatively potent and sedative indica. You can expect a full bodied buzz, impaired motor skills, lethargic energy levels and possibly munchies - best suited for late evenings when all your daily responsibilities have been taken care of.See More

Remaining true to it’s name, the faintest of pink shades decorate the underskirt of this modest batch of Island Pink, or Pink Kush. A familiar expression that anyone on the east side who cares about cannabis can relate to, a gassy aroma with light floral notes and just a twist of funk to top it of...f. Arriving slightly on the dry side, these closely manicured buds did not meet the sticky threshold, but with a crisp exterior hiding acceptable humidity levels beneath.

Breaking down the flower allowed for terpenes to present themselves in a more noticable manner, with dry pulls being filled with a reasonable amount of flavour. Sitting on that sweet spot between harsh and smooth, this smoke accurately represents the AAA tier with relatively strong potency levels that match up to the classic Kush stone that we’ve all come to know and love. A relaxing wave of good vibes and a strong body stone that is sure to please everyone from novice smokers to even the most seasoned.

A surge of Mike Tyson has popped up all throughout our community on numerous occasions. Despite that, this particular cultivar has eluded my grasp so I am very grateful for @the.smoking.monkeys for allowing me to indulge in these genetics. A full bud structure dominated by darker forest green and mu...ted midnight blue leaves is speckled with trichomes that lend a noticable stickiness to this flower that when paired with the density, will prove to be a challenge for even the most seasoned grinders.

Deep, complex hash and spice notes lend themselves well to the more dominant aroma of pure fuel that when ignited, tasting good enough to make your mouth water. In regards to potency, there is a particular set of shoes to fill with a cultivar that carries this type of name, and I’m happy to say that after being put through the process, it fits exceptionally well. A powerhouse of effects that just leave you completely immobilized as you figuratively turn off all the switches in your brain, this strain is a go-to for anyone fighting insomnia or restlessness.

Adorned with chunky resin glands, this beautiful batch arrived in dense buds absolutely sticky to the touch that went toe-to-toe with the teeth on my grinder. First impressions can’t be fully expressed without mentioning the complexity and depth of aroma that immediately surrounds your senses upon... opening the jar. The parent Genetics of GG4 (Chemdawg and Sour Diesel) really lend a pure petrol that sits front and center with a sugared backend of nutty musk that stems from the Cookies & Cream lineage, both pairing well to create a truly intoxicating scent every single time you handle the flower.

All of these terpenes build a flavorful concoction that, when burned, will linger in your mouth for a solid half hour. Effects took hold almost immediately after the first few drags which manifested as a robust body buzz that stretched itself to the farthest reaches of my limbs, but didn’t leave me in a couchlock thanks to it’s hybrid nature. This strain smoked unbelievably smooth for how dense it was and left great first impressions.

The sugar leaves left behind by a noticeably lackadaisical trim job weren’t enough to hide the trichome adorned flower that lay beneath, as these buds boasted vibrant hues of lime and forest green just practically glistening under light - with the only colour seperation being the healthy orange mo...cha pistils doing their absolute best to press through the dense bud structure.

Hallmark Kush notes of pinene and straight petrol roll out initially to make way for more subtle and unpronounced notes of sugar, spice, coffee and wet wood. This pleasant concoction carried with it more memorable levels of medication with a sedation that doesn’t put you under with too much pressure initially. MAC 1

Being no stranger to Elite Elevation I had a relative idea of what to expect from their full live sauce cartridges. Having sampled some of the heavier hitters in the community such as Enigma Extracts and Kind Selections I can say with full confidence... that I will keep coming back to EE because the balance of quality to price is just perfect for me. Upwards of $90 a unit is a sinkhole to my wallet when frequent and discreet medication is the subject, so Elite carts have become a staple in my daily routine.

MAC1 carries a hybrid of parent genetics between Columbian and Starfighter, crossed with Alien Cookies. This particular batch of sauce boasts vivid, dark amber hues and a pleasant terpene profile dominated by that key ’sour citrus’ or bitter orange peel scent that accompanies a proper grow of Miracle Alien Cookies. Faint notes of a pungent earthiness and funk help to flesh out the taste that truly expresses itself on each pull of the pen.

These cartridges are best suited for batteries with a temperature control function, being hit at no higher than 4V (with that sweet spot being around 2.2-3.5V). A modest three to four pulls is enough to feel hybrid effects that sit comfortably between a calming energy boost and sedation which will last hours if you continue to dose. I use these daily and highly recommend anyone looking to medicate without the smell and smoke.

Couch Lock

Arriving slightly more yellow in appearance than the MAC1, Couchlock takes on a smooth sheen with absolutely no THC crystallization - I only hit on this point because I’ve sampled other carts that have ’sugared’ up and leave a good 5-10% of product stuck in the chamber. I have not yet had this issue with any product from Elite Elevation.

Couchlock is a cross between pure indica landrace Afghani #1 and Northern lights, bringing with it heavy and sedative effects clearly reminiscent of it’s name. Hallmark indica flavours of pinene, and kush complimented with an earthy dankness are experienced on the exhale with little to no time until effects set in. Make sure you are comfortable and have nothing to do for the next few hours because you won’t be going anywhere as this is a full bodied and immobilizing type of high that will melt away your troubles, until you sober up that is.

Blueberry Crumble

A sharp floral aroma kicks your nostrils immediately after breaking the seal that’s quickly followed with faint fruity notes. Vaguely reminiscent of blueberries but that could very well just my brain trying to bridge the gap and apply my own preconceived knowledge of the strain into my own experience. The texture of this crumble is low in humidity, with ease of malleability and transportation which makes this a go-to for hiking or when I’m out during the day.

Important to note this crumble lacks in regards to raw potency, so users expecting a hard hitter will need to dose higher to achieve desired effects but this was found to be quite pleasant for a clean, daytime stone. Ease of use and a light onset of euphoric effects pair well for mornings or afternoons. Pink Kush Rosin

When I source extracts on the more affordable side, I tend to lean towards solventless for obvious reasons. Golden Monkey Extracts are a new face in the game who have made the rounds on numerous vendors and suffice to say, I’m quite impres...sed.

Suble aromas of an earthy gas and hallmark kush notes really come through post whip, which reveals a more golden, muddy amber colour. Stretching and pulling like wet taffy, this rosin stays secure to the bottom of the jar during travel - which has been a godsend for hiking as I hate opening concentrate jars after they’ve been in transit.

Slight fruit tartness and gas on the exhale with potent and fast-acting indica effects that take hold of the users body almost immediately. With almost daily use in the headstash, I can say with full confidence I will be grabbing more Golden Monkey Extracts in the future.

Pink Kush x GG2

I’m not sure if this is rosin pressed from two seperate flowers and mixed or if it’s pressed from one batch crossed with both cultivars, but in comparison to the Pink Kush this particular mix is far more appealing on the aroma and flavor pallete with prominent notes of gas, and limonene stemming from the Gorilla Glue 2 parent genetics of Sour Diesel.

Similar to the Pink Kush, this rosin dons a muddy amber hue albeit lighter with a glossy finish. A quick whip to reveal a more textured and golden appearance that stretches and pulls with ease.

Effects lean on the indica side with a noticable difference between the intensity of sedative properties in comparison to the previous batch and a more front-and-centered feeling. Well suited for evenings trying to wind down without being put to sleep.See More

Elite Elevation have pulled through with a phenomenal jar appeal in the production of this pale, yellow live resin. Finite THC crystallization makes for a fine, sandy texture bathing in a terpene sauce with relative malleability. 91 Octane had lead aromatic expectations a little to high, as there’s not much to offer in the way of scent. A tad earthy, with faint scents of limonene and diesel.

Hitting hard with above average potency, and clear taste, 91 Octane delivers sedative and medicating effects that lean on the Indica side. Powerful body effects allow users to fully relax and enjoy an evening lost in the clouds.
