Very neatly packaged shatter, arriving in an envelope sleeve and placed within a piece of parchment. The appearance and colour of the shatter itself is of a red-amber complexion kind of resembling maple syrup. The texture is very much pull and snap with a malleable consistency unless exposed to cold...er temps. Makes gathering a dab super easy as it doesn’t fly or explode everywhere.

Hard to find an exact lineage but I’ve seen it’s Sour Bubble x Matrix 2 on a few sites. Not the terpiest of profiles unlike their White Widow Haze which I really enjoyed. Instead It offers more of a generic shatter taste and by that I mean it’s quite earthy and herbal dominant. It did dab very smooth however and produced a ton of vapour with a small chunk.

The high is mainly a body based one with subtle heady effects but it focuses on the relaxing side more than anything. 1 or 2 dabs is enough to have me slouched back into my chair without a want to do anything strenuous or active. Not too much of a burn out factor afterwards even though it can be a couch locker.See More

This one is a unique cross between staple strains Mendocino Purple x Blue Dream and one that I’ve rarely seen around. The buds are dense and tightly structured, displaying olive green tones with soft purple streaking. The combination of colours rea...lly allow the fiery orange hairs to pop. Sticky and very frosty with plenty of greasy, undisturbed trichomes, and decently trimmed with little remaining sugar leaf.

The aroma is strong and super unique, providing prominent notes of berries, earth, and herbs which in turn form together to create a sweet, yet bitter red wine fragrance. Almost comparable to the hops in beer as well. Doesn’t fully transition to the taste but it’s still enjoyable, producing an exhale that is blue dream dominant. Smooth and clean burning, leaving behind a light grey ash.

Definitely a hybrid based high that offers a medley of mental and physical effects. Very uplifting yet mellow, giving you a good mix of cheerfulness and relaxation. An ideal buzz for socializing or gaming as it keeps you functional and engaged with no desire to feel lazy or tired.See More

It’s been some time since last having Gary’s Doughboy Pink, trying 1.0 a while back. I found this batch to look very similar actually, perhaps a bit of a different structure as 1.0 appeared denser and tighter. That really greasy, resinous look is ...still there, sporting a darker colour palette of olive greens and purples. Heavy trichome coverage that are mainly of the milky variety with some amber tinged heads as well. Even though this one came out about a month ago, the buds are still sticky and healthy with an outstanding cure. If anything, I prefer my indicas to be a little aged and CBN heavy.

The profile of this Doughboy Pink 3.0 is something I’ve really missed. There are definitely some trademark pink qualities to it as it’s pungent, dank, and gassy. More of an earthy kush versus sweet but the more classic pink notes are still there with hints of floral vanilla. Equally pronounced in both smell and taste and sure to scratch that gassy itch. The burn is exactly what I would expect from a resin rich flower like this. Super slow, producing a super greasy oil ring and white ash. The smoke is thick and heavy but not harsh, just strong. If you have baby lungs then I would suggest holding off on the huge puffs.

It wouldn’t be a complete package without a powerful, face slapper of a high and it definitely delivered on that aspect as well. Even with a strong tolerance, this stuff does the trick and then some. I can be feeling energetic and awake and two bong hits later I have a case of heavy eyes and constant yawns. It’s also noticeably heady and extremely euphoric. Seems like an effective indica to have as a nightly smoke but also enjoyable anytime of the day. Just be prepared for a possible lazy, tired state to follow.See More

Another beautiful drop from SG. Purple Drank Breath, a ThugPug creation of Purple Punch x Mendo Breath F2. Beautiful, unique looking buds displaying lovely shades of soft greens and faded purples, all overshadowed by a swarm of fat, winding yellow-orange pistils. It doesn’t even look like weed at ...times. Sticky when handled and a semi dense bud structure that appears fluffy but is rather firm to the touch. Neatly trimmed and impeccably cured as were the other Sacred strains I’ll be reviewing or have reviewed.

The profile of this cut is much different than I’ve experienced with this strain. Instead of grape candy/koolaid terps, this one is much more pungent and doughy, providing sweet breathy notes followed by a tasty purple punch finish. The taste excels on many levels, coating the mouth with a rich, full flavoured smoke that lingers on the pallet and taste buds. Instantly fills up the room with it’s delicious aromas, making it easily identifiable from even 2 floors below. Clean burning and smooth on the lungs, leaving behind a light ash behind in my bowl. Will update as soon I try some in a joint!

Full balanced hybrid type of high that is equally potent as it is long lasting. Promotes a strong mood elevating stone with relaxing, yet uplifting qualities that bode well for anytime of the day. Not particularly heavy in the physical department but does a good job leaving you calm and mellow, feeling content and carefree. One of those strains that you want to savour for a while as I really loved this PDB.See More

One of my all time favourite crosses. Wedding Cake x Gelato #33. The result : Ice Cream Cake. This one here by Sacred is some seriously sticky flower. Greasy and resinous, with a firm and dense bud structure. Mainly green in appearance with purple sha...ding throughout and a slick layer of milky crystals. Definitely would save a lot of time using a grinder on this one. It breaks up to a perfect consistency and doesn’t clump like something that is too fresh. Basically rolls itself in a joint.

Wicked terpene profile on this ICC#9, with dominating notes of sweet doughy gas followed by vanilla cake undertones. Dank, pungent and savoury, producing a full flavoured smoke that lingers on the pallet. The burn is clean and resinous, producing a light ash and heavy, yet forgivable, lung punching smoke. Great cure on this stuff.

The effects of this ICC are potent and very indica leaning, providing an instant headiness that’s closely followed by a body buzzing, couch locking stone. Extremely relaxing and tranquil, not allowing you to do much as it’s quite a lackadaisical high. Not an instant KO but it’s sedating tendencies can eventually catch up and leave you lazy and ready for a nap.See More

A timeless pairing of Master Kush and Afghani. Dense, pinecone shaped buds that do the name platinum justice as they are indeed iced out. Also covered in an orange sea of thick winding hairs. Just a little bit of sugar leaf at the bases of the buds bu...t it’s nothing significant. Cracking them open is satisfying as they tear apart with a clean snap, leaving the fingers sticky. Loving the cure on this one as well, something WTF does great as I’ve seen it mentioned before and would be inclined to agree.

Classic profile on this platinum kush, producing a real nostalgic experience due to it’s old school lineage. Pungent and dank, with earthy, sweet, kushy aromas/flavours and a touch of pine on the back end. Very smooth on the lungs, producing an enjoyable taste and moderately clean burn with a salt and pepper ash and quick forming grease ring.

The high is heavily indica dominant but doesn’t play out like one immediately. This one is more of a creeper high which is always nice to have once in a while. Starts off mostly as a heady buzz, feeling it behind the eyes and temples before going into a full on relaxation mode where all you feel like doing is sitting down and vegging out with some munchies and tv. It can be a little short lived like descriptions say but it’s still effective at night.See More

This Black Cookies from seeds by Jordan of the Islands is a potent cross between GSC x Blackberry Kush. Stellar bag appeal with medium sized, conical shaped buds that display shades of light greens complimented by subtle purple streaks and thin orange... hairs. It has a very frosty appearance from the sheer amount of trichomes that cover each nook and cranny. Perfectly cured and trimmed, with a sticky texture and dense bud structure baring virtually no leaf.

If anyone’s ever had HGA’s Death Mint Cookies, this stuff really reminded me of it which is amazing because it’s an extremely terpy strain. Sweet and skunky aromas followed by a kushy, berry back-end. It translated to taste seamlessly and delivers the same mouthwatering flavours. You know something is terpy when it even comes through in a bong and even more so in a joint, burning slow and oily and producing a clean white ash.

The high is a very trippy, in your head type, feeling a strong cerebral rush that can leave you focused yet spaced out. It’s relaxing indica qualities come into play shortly after, providing a euphoric haze that keeps you feeling happy and elevated. Perfect for a good gaming or show binging session. My first time having this strain and it’s definitely one for the books.See More

This lovely King Tut is another new offering from CAMMP that is perfectly hand trimmed and grown with obvious love and care. Very minimal signs of handling as well as there are copious amounts of intact trichomes. Plump, semi-dense buds that have very... eye-catching, vibrant colours. A mix of light and dark greens paired with soft purple shades and winding orange pistils. Sticky and flawlessly cured with the buds crisply breaking apart from the stem.

A strain without much info on the genetics but is said to be a descendant of AK-47 and also known as Tutankhamon. The profile of this flower is a more traditional one and akin to more of a classical type sativa as it’s citrusy, herbal, and peppery. While tame at first, there is a pungent, diesel-fuel sharpness that only comes out after breaking the buds up and not so much when smoked. Smooth and easy to take fat rips in the bong and I will update on ash colour as soon as I try it in a joint.

Just like the Duke Nukem I previously reviewed, the high is very sativa leaning but even more so with this one with talkative, energetic characteristics that are mood lifting and clear headed, perfect for still being highly functional and active throughout the day. Great for getting things done that require some motivation, and rewards you with a jolly stone that is free of any laziness or burn out.See More

Death Star. A vintage cross of Sour Diesel and Sensi Star. This one by TokeClub ha a very appealing bag appeal and bud structure too. Resinous and sticky to the touch, sporting a darker green appearance with some faint purple hues. Covered in a layer of greasy crystals that are mostly of the milky v...ariety with some mature, amber trichomes too.

Very pungent aromas emitting off this nug with a terpy combination of diesel-gas mixed with sweet, nutty kush. Translates to taste perfectly with a thick and heavy smoke that delivers plumes upon exhale, yet still remaining smooth on the lungs. A potent and couch melting high with strong heady effects as well. Starts with a tightness around the temples followed by a buzzing head stone. Also some sedating body effects that leave you physically relaxed and mellow. All in all, a great indica to have around that won’t disappoint on all fronts.See More

Granddaddy Purple x Durban Poison make up this dense Cherry Pie. A strain that has been elusive to me on it’s own yet I’ve had it in countless exotic crosses. A very tightly structured flower, made up of light and dark greens and a heaping helping of fat orange hairs. Very long stalks topped wit...h small, amber and milky trichome heads. Not as sticky as the other strains but still decent overall and once again the cure is great.

The aroma from this flower isn’t super strong right off the bat and a little muted but after breaking it apart it got much better. A mix of earthy pine from the Durban Poison paired with the sweet, berry like aromas from the GDP. They combine to give it a subtle aroma that is very reminiscent of cherries. Not too pronounced when smoked but still pleasant, offering a faint sweetness followed by flavours of pine and earth. The high on this cherry pie starts out as being very cerebral, combined with strong bouts of euphoria. Slightly aiding in the physical department as well, bringing on some soothing and relaxing vibes followed by a gentle couch lock. Seems to be a pretty balanced high, just slightly more on the indica side. Also worth noting that this one promotes a good deal of pasties, something I dont experience often.See More
