One of my favourite Thug Pug creations between GMO & Mendo Breath f2. Buds are extremely easy on the eyes. From the structure and colours t...o the impressive amount of full undisturbed trichomes and careful trim. Cure is also on point as the buds have a perfect firmness and snappiness to them while remaining nice and sticky.
Certainly an accurately funky nose on this Garlic Breath, smelling of fuel, spice, and bad breath. Actually brought back memories of another Thug Pug strain, Halitosis Breath. Definitely worthy of the name it bears as it's pungent and in your face. The terps translate to taste quite emphatically in the same dank fashion, delivering a spicy, peppery, chemmy funk. Joints res up quickly to a thick oil ring while producing a salt and pepper ash.
I'm always prepared to be wowed by a GMO cross in terms of potency and once again I wasn't disappointed. Straight to the dome it goes in a powerful manner, leaving me with a floating, spaced out head high minutes into a session. It's soon met with a potent physical buzz that provides a heavy sense of relaxation paired with a carefree couch lock. Ideal for a late afternoon or evening smoke to effectively wind down with and a great example of the strain.
Light green and purple streaked nugs covered in a generous dusting of frost and arriving on the small to medium size. Semi dense to the touch... with a slightly sticky texture, feeling the trichomes rubbing off on the fingers. Certain buds look a little larfy and leafy but overall not too bad.
Been really enjoying the intricate terpene profile on this Greasy Runtz. Found certain buds to produce a citrusy, spicy, rubbery funk while others brought on more of a creamy, citrusy, candy like smell. Had me guessing what I was going to get everytime. The flavour on the smoke is delicious as well, delivering a creamy, citrus, cakey taste paired with that same rubbery funk found in the nose. Joints grease up quickly and form a large oil ring while burning to a salt & pepper ash.
Potency is up there without a doubt as per usual with these genetics. A strong mix of euphoric heady effects that are spacey and zoned out combined with a heavy relaxation that grows into a soothing couch lock. It can be potentially sedating too, especially later into the day.
(not the best lighting outside for pictures, it was a little cooler than I'd like!)
A timeless exotic genetix cultivar responsible for some great crosses and one I personally love. The structure and colours are very consistent and s...imilar to most CNC's I've had with a super bright green complexion littered with fiery orange pistils and a generous dusting of milky trichomes. Hints of purple throughout as well as hints of forest green in the form of foliage. Dense and crisp on the outside with a snappy sticky texture within, all followed by a very clean tidy trim.
A very nice nose to this CNC even though it isn't too strong until busted up. Smells slightly gassy at first but is soon followed up by a creamy, nutty, vanilla cookie sweetness with underlying peppery herbal notes. The flavours are lighter in comparison and more on the herbal and spicy side, delivering a smoke that is slightly scratchy on the throat but overall ok, burning with an average sized resin ring and salt n pepper ash.
The high is a delicately balanced one, offering a mix of mellow hybrid effects that are slightly cerebral in nature in the form of a focused and creative head high. Just enough of a physical buzz to help unwind and feel calm without putting a damper on productivity. Not bad at all for what it's listed at!
The lineage on this one grasped my attention right off the bat. An In House Genetics cross between Slurricane #7 × Platinum Kush Mi...nts. Buds are dense and sticky with some give when you squeeze them, followed by a lovely colour arrangement of pale pastel greens, purples, and oranges. A touch of yellowing/oxidation within. Decent trichome coverage overall but not many visible outer heads, giving the buds that furry vs frosty look.
An interesting nose to this Slurmint with the Purple Punch in the Slurricane coming through. Creamy and sweet with a grape backing followed by a herbal musk. I'm just not getting the same set of terps when it comes to the smoke unfortunately as the flavours are more on the funky herbal side with a weird kinda musty/musky taste every now and then that is hard to identify. Burns with a hefty resin ring but the ash is on the darker side.
The high may just be it's strong suit and packs a decent medium to high potency that leans heavily to the indica side. Heady and spacey with relaxing couch locking tendencies that can leave you in a lazy slumber. Certainly geared towards later in the day and evening.
Beautiful vibrant green nugs heavily populated by clusters of thick orange pistils and blanketed in a layer of long stalked trichomes. Some are lacking heads but there are equally as many with full ones as well. Dense in texture ...with an average humidity and stickiness, followed by a clean tidy trim. Found a couple premature seeds here and there that are worth noting.
I haven't had this strain in a while but the profile on this one is very different than I remember. A sickly sweet nose that is citrusy and herbal without any noticeable FPOG traits. Combustion yeilds similar results, producing a peppery herbal smoke with a faint citrus backing. Overall not a whole lot going on but she smokes smooth and clean, burning to a Iight ash while building to an average sized oil ring.
The buzz produced by this FPOG is on the lighter side, offering a balanced mix of mellow heady and physical effects that'll get the job done but are short lived. Would make a good daytime smoke for the lower tolerant individuals out there and at 100 a oz the quality is decent!
Easily my favourite of the bunch so far. Beautiful healthy looking buds, equipped with that typical MAC density and chunky structure as well as colour profile, showing off a mix of faded bright greens and pale purples. Generously coated in a... greasy layer of milky trichomes glistening in every nook and cranny and a population of luscious peach orange pistils. The cure on her is on point as is the trim. Sticky and snappy texture inside and out, basically rolling itself.
So the nose on this MAC is quite different overall but is still very lovely. It's not as pungent and funky like certain MACs and instead is very citrusy and lemony with a scrumptious vanilla background. Not as good as the previous batch of MAC but still an amazing value at the current tag. The terps accurately translate to flavour quite well are are very enjoyable, burning smooth and resinous with a peppery grey ash.
Effects are very balanced and well rounded with a decent potency to boot. A little bit of everything going on as it's heady and uplifting while also feeling very relaxed and easygoing. Great for both a daytime and evening smoke as it's characteristics can suit any situation with only a minor laziness left behind when the buzz dies down.
Genetics : Platinum Girl Scout Cookies x Oregon Huckleberry

This Platinum Huckleberry Cookies arrived sporting the best bag appeal of all the strains from THC along with the MAC #1, also containing the large...st nugs. Very easy on the eyes with a gorgeous colour scheme and bud structure, donning a dark purple and pale olive green coat populated by a forest of lively orange pistils. Dense and slightly sticky with a good amount of frost, followed by a neat trim.
I've never had something so pinene dominant before as the nose on this Platinum Huckleberry Cookies is like the actual essence of pine needles and incense. Reminds me of walking into a church to be frank. There is also a sour/spicy berry thing going on, even smelling like a wine at times. It translates to the smoke with flavours of pine, spice and faint berries but unfortunately burns completely black and isn't too enjoyable as it can be a little harsh and seems like it wasn't flushed and/or cured properly.
Only smoked about a quarter of a joint and a single bong hit for reviewing purposes so I didn't get a grasp for it's overall potency. One that certainly had potential but needs to be majorly dialed in.
These buds of SLH arrived on the dense sticky side, sporting a light green profile with a small helping of thin orange pistils and generous coating of trichs. A little leafy in areas but overall not too bad. Certain buds are slightly oxidized within as well.
Th...e nose on this Super Lemon Haze is a combination of sweet lemon grass and herbs with a zesty peppery background. Reminds me of a Red Congo at times. Flavours are very similar as well, producing a peppery herbal taste with lemon subtleties on exhale. A little on the sharp side but only through a bong as some haze's can be, delivering a punchy smoke that may trigger a cough. Joints burn smooth and resinous while producing a clean white ash.
A sativa fueled high that is both cerebral and energetic, vibing well as a daytime smoke with an average potency. It's mainly heady but there is a slight mellowness to it as it's not as intense or anxiety inducing as some sativa doms.
Really enjoyed this Freshwater Biscotti as a daily driver and just finished my last nug recently! Not as creamy or pastry like when comparing to other Biscotti crosses I've had but still a very nice terp profile. Earthy, gassy, an...d herbal with hints of vanilla and spice, topped off by a delicate cookie creaminess. The effects are indica leaning but can still be enjoyed during the day as they aren't too heavy and forgivable. I did find a few small seeds but not enough to be an issue.
Good ol' ATF. Literally the first strain I ever had upon joining the online scene. Medium sized fluffy forest green buds that are a little crisp on the outside while still managing to leave the fingers sticky after breaking... by hand. Decently frosty and greasy as well followed by a neat trim.
Not what I typically remember from other ATF's I've had but that's not to say I don't dig this profile either. A combination of diesel and skunk with undertones of musky earth and spice. Found the flavours to show up more through the bong than in a joint where I got a taste of earth and diesel with a lingering spiciness where in a joint it was more one dimensional, burning to a dark exterior ash and lighter grey interior. Relatively smooth despite that and also fairly resinous.
The buzz comes on quick in the form of a very head oriented high that is focused and creative. It's mild mannered in nature but very social and uplifting, the type of smoke I'd bust out for a morning session. I did notice it however to have a bit of a burnout in larger amounts so it can also be used for it's relaxing qualities. Overall another solid option at it's current tag.
