wanted to try skookum for a while and debated between this and the mcc, i’m happy with my choice though. quite impressed with their packaging and tins, they’re a bit bigger than coastal’s so no squishing. the smell reminds me a lot of the lemon mintz weedposters had up recently, i found it ha...d more of a piney taste with a subtle sweetness though. good potency and burns clean, i saw another review mentioned intense munchies. i’d have to agree, i ended up downing a box of melona bars after a bowl lol.
i don’t think you can go wrong with anything from northerncanna on cwf’s menu, but this stuff is just wild. i can’t get enough of that creamy vanilla grape vitamin smell
used the sale difference credits from my electric black mamba order to grab this during the sale last week. no issues with dryness on this one, mostly medium-sized dense resinous nugs. it smells like a pungent mix of berries and gas with a hint of pine, the gassiness comes through a lot more w...hen broken up. it translates into the taste, but becomes a bit more earthy/peppery with a lingering sweetness. the high on this is really nice, starts off feeling quite uplifting and euphoric then tails off into a very relaxing body high.
i’d just like to mention hga’s amazing customer service with this order. i ordered this a day before the 7/10 sale with some points. after noticing the sale, i emailed them asking if they could do anything about the price drop and they were kind enough to reimburse me the difference. unfortunat...ely the oz came extremely dry and seeded, so I reached out again voicing my issues, they apologized and refunded me the full item price which is even more than what i had originally paid.
probably the nicest looking strain i’ve received from hga. the oz being made up of similar sized nugs like the one shown. while being the most visually appealing strain it was also the driest i’ve ever received, this stuff sounds like twigs snapping when being broken up. it has a really odd smell almost like hay/green tea with a hint of those terry’s chocolate oranges. i can’t describe the taste, but it’s not pleasant. as for the burn on this, it’s quite dark and fairly harsh. i’m kind of hoping some time in a jar with a boveda will help it, but this stuff kind seems beyond saving lol.
grabbed this during the flash sale yesterday and arrived this morning. mostly small-medium nugs in my oz that were slightly dry and dense. I don’t get much slurricane from this, I find it’s more wedding cake leaning in smell/taste. the potency was surprising as it hit harder than the pink mku/ic...e ive had that were also rated aaaa- . ended up getting the oz for 50 shipped with the sale and discounts so can’t really complain about anything.
