These gorgeous looking buds of Sour Power OG are a result of crossing Sour Power x Biker Ku...sh. Once again, the cure is on point, leaving the buds with the perfect amount of moisture as they break up with ease but still remain sticky. Sporting a healthy green complexion that's then accented by sharp orange pistils and a vast amount of long milky trichomes. Masterfully hand trimmed, leaving the jagged features of this buds' fluffy structure on full display.
Just like the Josh D OG, this one offers an old-school profile that has aromas of sour diesel meeting undertones of OG. It's then further followed by lemon subtleties that linger in the background. It's flavours are nearly identical, providing a combination of sour diesel and OG Kush with those classic Chemdawg nuances coming out. Another perfectly burning Healing Hands cultivar that smokes with an impressive white ash and thick resin ring. Extremely smooth with zero harshness whatsoever. Just super clean flower.
Starts off with a potent head high minutes into the session that brings forth euphoric, mood lifting qualities that can effortlessly help raise one's spirits. It also excels at settling and relaxing the nerves with it's mellow, soothing nature, especially as the high progresses into a light physical stone. It barely treads into sedative waters, making for a fine tuned high that's suitable for any time of the day.
Genetics : SFV OG x Triangle Kush x Hell’s Angels OG
Cultivated by : healing hands
Bred by : karma genetics
A first time having this Karma Genetics strain that is a potent triple threat between SFV OG x Triangle ...Kush x Hell’s Angels OG cultivated by Healing Hands. Gorgeous light green buds that are accented by hints of purple sugar leaf throughout and blanketed in a layer of full trichome heads and thick orange pistils. Some lovely fox tailing going on as well. Not often do I come across flower that so easily breaks up by hand to a perfect consistency but is also sticky at the same time. Didn't even need a grinder at all, just my thumb and pointer finger. Beautifully cured. Found a few light green seeds here and there that are of a smaller size.
The aromas on this one immediately shoot up into the nostrils upon opening the jar. A sharp, OG diesel-fuel that's followed by traditional undertones of rich kush and a touch of woody citrus. The flavours follow suit, providing the same combination of sweet kush and sharp OG fuel that ends in a woody, slightly citrus exhale. The burn is absolutely perfect, producing a delicate, snow white ash that burns greasy and smooth as ever. Couldn't make myself cough if I wanted to as this flower is so easy on the lungs.
An indica dominant hybrid that just seems like the type of strain I can smoke at any point of the day. It's not a knockout and didn't make me tired at all but instead offers a strong, uplifted head high that rids you of any stress and replaces it with a soothing euphoria. I also got a mellow body buzz that brought a wave of relaxation with it but never felt like the type to make me noticeably tired. Lovely all around strain with a super clean burn and old-school terps.
Also would like to mention the beautiful looking packaging that Classics puts so much effort and detail into. The neat little glass jars all the way to the classy boxes they arrive in. All equipped with high quality labels and stickers that peel off easily if you like to save slaps like me ?
This in house MK Ultra Flower Rosin from The Natural Remedy arrived with a lovely butterscotch colour and texture and a consistency that is very smooth and silky. Extremely easy to work with as well, sticking itself to the dab tool with it's... gooey nature.
Opening the lid releases pleasant aromas that are a pungent combination of musky earth, pine, and kush. Dabbing at a lower temperature brings out those same traits found in the smell. Flavours of pine and kush with a dank earth finish, producing a very smooth vapour that is impressively easy on the lungs. A tiny amount will also offer quite the large dab so a little goes a long way.
The effects start off in the form of a powerful head stone like MK Ultra is known for before slowly being paired with a full body relaxation that comes out of nowhere in a classic creeper style. Doesn't take long before you begin to feel lethargic and sleepy, making it a great option for late night dabs or when wanting to get lazily baked during the day.
Haven't had a 99er in quite some time but I've had experience with them in the past for sure. This doesn't seem like a typical 99er that can sometimes arrive as dry, larfy, or leafy. The bag appeal is great ...as these very well trimmed buds are frosty, greasy, and firmly structured, displaying a colorful mix of dark green, orange, and purple. Sticky and dense, leaving the fingers coated in crystals after breaking it down by hand.
I find the aromas are more similar to a gelato than an icc with notes of dough and dank earth. A little sourness in there too. Nothing crazy but it's far from muted. The flavours are similar with a subtle doughy and earthy gelato taste that is bitter on exhale but smooth on the lungs. Joints burned decently greasy with a salt and pepper ash.
The high is a mellow, clear headed one that feels like it would make for a solid morning/early afternoon smoke on a budget or lower tolerance. Very functional with it's milder potency but also comes with a burst of upbeat energy while remaining relaxed and calm throughout it's entirety.
Classics is also tossing in a month of @terpy.tv streaming service with this 99er. 5K + channels.
I've only had this cross of Face Off OG x Animal Mints a handful of times but alwa...ys really enjoyed it. This one from PBB is definitely the best cut I've had so far. Dense, resinous, spade shaped buds, showcasing a combination of greens and purples that are covered in a greasy layer of trichomes and dark orange hairs. Sticky and wonderfully cured, breaking up to a perfect joint rolling texture that has the paper creasing itself for you.
Huge fan of the profile on this Animal Face. Deliciously sweet cookie aromas combined with notes of gas and pine that intensify upon grinding. There's also a subtle scent of mint in the mix. It's flavours are very similar, just carried out in a different way as it starts out tasting of rich pine and fuel and ends in a doughy, sweet cookie exhale. Joints burn nice and resinous with a snow white ash from beginning to end. Very, very smooth and clean flower.
The high is a noticeably potent and long lasting one. Even borderline overwhelming if you aren't used to powerful heady effects that leave you spacey and disoriented. Not a type of buzz that is focused or clear headed and quite the opposite as you just feel flat out stoned after smoking. It doesn't focus a whole lot on relaxing qualities although there is a mellow tranquility to it that eventually sets in later on. A potent and hard hitting daytime smoke that has become a quick favourite of mine. Also will be getting to the Animal Cookies from PBB as well.
A mighty interesting strain that crosses MeatBreath x Gelato 45. Crazy visuals to this one with it's almost intimidati...ng appearance. Wicked colours that combine different variations of green and purple, ranging from light to dark and further accented by it's copper pistils. Caked is an understatement as these buds look like they've been dipped in actual icing sugar. Dense and sticky as well, with a trim that leaves it's coated sugar leaf behind as they are just as frosty as the buds. The cure is perfection, following suit with all of PBB's strains that I've tried.
The aroma profile on this one is pretty much all MeatBreath. It kind of reminds me of GMO a bit with it's powerfully pungent funk. Meaty, spicy characteristics, reminiscent of pepperoni, followed by subtle hints of doughy gelato, dank earth, and gas. Just a battle of the senses as they try to decipher whether it smells pleasant or strange. I say the funkier the better. It's flavours are a lot like the aromas but a little more balanced as they are a combination of sweet, creamy gelato and spicy, savoury MeatBreath with undertones of funky earth and gas. A delicate dance indeed but they compliment each other to a tee. Joints burn slow and greasy with a salt and pepper ash.
It's effects feel about as balanced as one would look for in a hybrid. A very uplifting, mood enhancing high from it's powerful, heady euphoria that continues to build over time, eventually intertwining with it's slightly relaxing side. I wouldn't call it sedating but it's definitely a potent one and has the potential to make one quite lazy in larger amounts. Feels like a great late afternoon strain to kick back with when not much is going on or needs to be done. Another banger by PBB.
Out of all the strains I tried, this Peanut Butter Breath doesn't seem to be as bad in terms of smoke quality which is refreshing that I can give a positive review. Very lovely looking buds, displaying a wild colour pallet that consists of l...ight purples and forest greens, absolutely smothered in a forest of monstrous orange hairs. Sticky, dense, and super frosty, followed by a neat and tidy trim.
This cut surely possesses more of the Dosi Dos in it's lineage, having a profile that's very rich and pungent with hints of sweet, nutty dough. Real nice as far as PBB cuts go with pleasant aromas and flavours although this one suffers the same fate as the other strains I reviewed. It burns with a grey ash center that's encrusted in a layer of dark ash, in turn resulting in a heavier, harsher smoke but not as unpleasant as I thought it would be.
A moderately potent, hybrid type of buzz, beginning with a euphoric head stone before balancing out with more soothing and calming sensations. Doesn't really tread too far in any one category, but instead gives you a little taste of both worlds in cerebral and bodily effects. Maybe a little short lived however, encouraging you to go for another toke sooner than usual.
As a fan of Breath crosses, I've really slept on this variant. Bred by In-...House Genetics, Buffalo Breath combines Platinum Buffalo with Jelly Breath, producing this greasy, heavily frosted nug that weighed around 4 grams. A light, faded green appearance that is delicately peppered by gentle streaks of purple. Every nook and cranny is jam packed with copious amounts wet looking trichomes along with a plethora of thin orange pistils. Beautiful and compact bud structure as well that has the outside feeling slightly crisp and the inside sticky. Well trimmed and exquisitely cured.
The aromas on this one are heavily dominated by the Platinum Buffalo with no sweetness whatsoever from the Jelly Breath, smelling of fresh earth, pine, and sour herbs. Identical when smoked, bringing on flavours of musky earth and herbal pine that end with a touch of spice. Very smooth in both bong and joint, burning with a grey ash while producing a good amount of resin.
This Buffalo Breath's high is definitely it's strong suit as it's potency is noticeably up there. I'm a seasoned smoker and It's powerful creeper high definitely took me by surprise. Super zoned out effects that leave you easily distracted with it's dream like euphoria. Surely not the best for focusing at all. A relaxing body buzz eventually sets in that can bring on a heavy limbed couch lock but it never feels sedating. Great strain for when wanting to get efficiently baked at any point in the day.
Love the genetics on this one. An epic pairing of Ice Cream Cake and K...ush Mints #11 cultivated by PBB. Terrific visuals on her, displaying a unique and vibrant profile that consists of multiple shades of greens and purples. So much going on. Truly some eye candy in it's purest form and that's without even mentioning the insane crystal coverage that has the buds glistening, further complimented by a plethora of wild orange pistils. Trimmed and cured to perfection, which is immediately noticed upon handling these semi dense, sticky buds, leaving the fingers coated in resinous trichome heads. Couldn't help but to notice how wicked the violet purples looked within them as well, which can be seen in my pics. Just some beautifully grown flower.
If there's ever been a strain that perfectly represents both parents, this would be it. Delicious ICC aromas straight out of the jar, smelling like a sweet and creamy pastry. As soon as those aromas peak, the Kush Mints make an appearance, adding a refreshing touch of cool mint and gassy kush that offers a real unique twist on the classic ICC. Found the flavours to be just as delightful as they translated over accurately when smoked. Starting off in the same fashion with a creamy, sugar frosting taste that's met with undertones of sweet minty gas and a touch of citrus tang. Ran out of my elements and had to use a thicker style paper but you can see the oil wanting to seep through as the burn is nice and greasy, followed by a salt and pepper ash.
The high on this Dairy Queen is an indica dominant one but not at all sedating until much later on. Extremely euphoric feeling, paired with a dreamy head stone that flushes away any negativity and brings with it a burst of uplifted energy. Very social and chatty too, as I usually tend to notice with ICC's, at least for me. Once these initial effects start to melt away, a wave of potentially couch locking relaxation settles in, making this the ideal dessert strain to save for an after dinner treat.
One quick gander of these immaculate looking nugs of Peanut Butter Breath and the term ...Mutant Pheno makes complete sense as they do indeed look otherworldly. One of the most, if not the most, photogenic flowers I've had the privilege of capturing to date. Displaying a beautiful shade of royal purple that vibrantly stands out against it's dense assortment of glowing orange pistils. All topped off in a slick layer of milky white trichomes. Perfectly hand trimmed and cured, containing an ideal amount of stickiness that has the dense buds crisply snapping off the main stem when breaking it down for the grinder.
Not only is this the best looking Peanut Butter Breath I've had, it's also the terpiest. A very aromatic nose that is both sweet and pungent, bringing together nutty and floral aromas with sharp scents of rich pine. There's also this creamy, almost meaty aroma from it's Dosi Dos parent. Translates effortlessly over to flavour, offering those same delicious qualities found in the nose. Creamy, savoury terps that are sweet and nutty with unmistakable undertones of rich Mendo Breath pine. The burn is slow and greasy, leaving behind a salt and peppered ash that's followed by a resinous oil ring.
Last but not least, this Mutant PBB's effects. Also no slouch in this department as it packs a great, all-around potency. I found it to be pretty balanced too, maybe a little indica leaning if I had to narrow it down but still seems like a hybrid at heart. Very in the head and euphoric at first, finding yourself zoning out and drifting off in thought, forgetting what you were just previously doing. Not the best for being creative or multitasking as I found it much better suited for relaxing and spacing out into a good movie or video game, especially when it's ultra soothing couch lock kicks in. Can't wait to try this one again in the future.
