Been trying several strains from the team at Oso Fuego, and while I thoroughly enjoyed them all, their Polynesian Thin Mints is the pick of the litter.
Opening the container I'm hit in the nose with a deep doughy gas with some lemon freshness on the back end. The aroma is nice and lo...ud, and translates well to taste, where the notes of kerosene and citrus coat the inside of my mouth quickly after a few drags.
This isnt what you'll reach for if you need a sleep aid, but it's definitely potent, with a strong rush of euphoria to the dome to start, followed by a heavy functional couch lock and muscle relaxation. Well balanced and potent, without being narcotic. This would be excellent for a long gaming session and lazy weekends.
The cure, texture and humidity are almost flawless, and they produce a greasy burn, white ash and a thick oil ring. Really reminds me of the G33 from Lot420 with it's dankness and effects.
Beautiful foxtailed buds, dense and resinous. Nose is a bit Pink Kushy opening the jar, sweet and sour like watermelon gummies after grinding it up. Potent for the head and body, Poncho crushed this one.
No longer review on this one but it's complex, both sweet and dark with notes of fruity cream and roasted coffee. Nice balance between modern profiles and old school kush, really comes through on the inhale. Potent daytime smoke for me, not narcotic or sleep-inducing but allows me to vedge out o...n the couch watching movies or gaming. Smaller nugs in my bag, burned clean and greasy.
I do enjoy a good Gas Mask, and this one is quite enjoyable. Complex profile with black berries, gas and creamy smoke contribute to a very pleasant experience.
The effects for me are heavy and very potent, however they stop short of being sedative. It's still a smoke that I will be ke...eping for the night time. Burn is clean and slow, producing a light salt and pepper ash with decent oil rings.
My main concern is the packaging. Although it is absolutely gorgeous, once the seal is cracked, it is not airtight. For those who put everything in a mason jar this is a non-issue, however for those who use the original container, this might dry out a bit quicker. That being said, the flower arrived with a nice sticky cure and a good humidity level.
The quarter came in 3 medium sized nugs, all super dense and covered in trichs. The cure and texture is a bit dry on the outside for my taste, but once ground up I'm left with a tacky pile of flower.
The profile is deeper, darker, and more complex than a straight GSC, giving me sweet... vanilla notes on top of a layer of heavily roasted coffee and gas. On the exhale I get a nice light fruity note, similar to a Blueberry, however the smoke is still quite heavy, and might overwhelm the weaker throats.
Effects are well balanced, and while it's not a knockout, it leaves me lost, confused, and with a huge smile on my face. The couch lock that follows is heavy but functional to a degree. Rolling this in a donut with some limonene-heavy did, however, send me to sleep.
Burns clean, leaving behind a light salt and pepper ash, along with a nice oil ring below the cherry. Very enjoyable smoke, as is most of Kraft Kronic's flower.
I'll admit I spent a while shitting on Astro for some sketchy bags I've seen pass by, seems like those days might be over. Don't really care if genetics are legit or if they rename, this is some good Pink / Goo. Loud, sticky, and potent, burns clean to a soft white ash with a thick oil r...ing. Thanks to the homies who reviewed this earlier, pushed me to give these guys a try after so long.

Very nicely balanced between a deep cakey Cookies profile and a sweet creamy strawberry candy. Love this kind of bud structure, and the cure is on point, producing sticky dense nugs. Effects are also ...well balanced with a good rush of euphoria up front, leading into a decent body stone. Not knock-out potency, however the high is very enjoyable. Paired with the taste, it's an excellent daily driver.
I always like a good Slurricane, and this one doesnt disappoint. Not as gassy as some I've had in the past, but the harshness is replaced with creamy rotten fruit, a nice sweet profile that's easy on the senses. Translates nicely to taste as well.
Slurricane never hits hard for m...e, same with this one, however the effects are still very pleasant, offering good couch-lock and muscle relaxation with some loss of focus. I made the mistake of smoking this while cooking brunch, and I was totally lost in the kitchen. It isnt sedative nor sleep-inducing, making it a good indica-leaning hybrid for wake and bakes or daytime.
Burn was a bit quick, however ash was still light and fluffy.

Very pleasantly surprised by this one. Nice earthy and herbal profile with some minty freshness on the inhale and slight gas all around. Cure is nice and sticky, rolls up tight and burns to a clean white fluffy ash with thick oil rings.
My experience with the strain is usually that it...9;s well balanced between mood elevation and couch-lock, this one I found to be quite potent in both aspects. Smoking at night might help as a sleep aid with it's intense loss of focus. During the day it probably will lead to some Netflix binging with no sleepiness.
